I really like this product. if people expect it to completely get rid of their dark circles, they're expecting way too much. i get super-puffy eyes in the morning, so I use this to take the swelling down, which it does very well. I also use it at night sometimes just because i like the feeling and it removes any little amounts of puffiness i may have gotten throughout the day from eye irritation, etc. I also have the tinted one of these, which i use over it in the mornings, and it's incredible. It's a little bit expensive..around $13...but you can always find them on sale at rite aid or wherever, and there's usually coupons floating around the internet.

USE-less. Totally useless. It's like, water. Useless, and not cheap, I mean for drugstore. $12.99 I think. I would have spent a few bucks more to get another brand. Useless.

I really like this product. It claims to reduce dark circles over time. It didn't. But I never let my expectations get too high when a product claims to diminish my monstrous dark circles. I use this every morning to perk up my eyes. The cold metal roller feels great, and the caffeine in the serum wakes up my tired eyes. I always notice a difference throughout the day on days when I forget to use this. I bought this when it first came out and didn't really use it, but I've been using it daily for the last few months and have just reached the halfway point. As a negative, I will say that the packaging sucks. It looks pretty, but the base is so much smaller than the middle that the bottle topples over eight times out of ten. Very annoying, but I've learned to shrug it off and laugh when it falls over. I'll definitely repurchase.

Hated this! Okay, some background first. I have undereye circles and puffiness and wrinkles...so I figured this couldn't do anything but help! I used this morning and night for 2 days...on the 3rd day I noticed my eyelids starting to itch...but some reason, did not think it was from this (probably because I have oily, non-sensitive skin & nothing ever irritates my skin). So I continued using it...the next day...itching was worse and both of my eyelids looked red and swollen. The wrinkles under my eyes were worse from the swelling...even my husband noticed it. So, yes, I discontinued this and the problem cleared right up! I'm glad it works for some people...but it did nothing for me except make me look worse...and itch! continued >>

While I love the feel of the cool roller I don't see any real changes in puffiness after I use this. I bought it on a whim but I don't think I'll buy it again.

I have dark undereye circles. This product claims to get rid of circles and puffiness. I don't have puffiness but I have really dark circles. This did nothing for me. I think it'd be best if you only get puffiness.

I happened to read reviews of this on a day when there was a series of good reviews appearing on the first two pages of the MUA reviews. Only after I bought it did I dig deeper and realize it mostly got the thumbs-down. Weirdly, I could swear that the first day I used it, this DID depuff my eyes (I could literally feel the skin tightening), but it never worked again after that. I dunno, maybe all the caffeine was in that one first roll? I returned it to Ulta.

I am a big fan of this product. As a sufferer of horrible seasonal allergies, and not being a morning person AT ALL, this product is my every day, go to, HG eye product. In fact, the very first thing I do in the morning is swipe this on, even before I brush my teeth or whatever. The caffeine instantly de-puffs my under eye area (and will also work on your jaw line if your face is puffy due to water retention that day...) and the cold roller ball wakes you right up, and is very soothing to allergy attacked or tired eyes. I swipe it on and let it sit while I brush my teeth, and then rub whatever is still on top of my skin in. I have no problem applying concealer or any other eye product over it. It doesn't cause clumping or smearing. One tube has lasted me 2 years of daily use, so even though it is 13 bucks or so, you do get your money's worth out of it. NOBODY SHOULD BE WITHOUT THIS PRODUCT.

FYI THIS IS NOT MEANT IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM TO WORK ON UNDEREYE CIRCLES. YOU WILL STILL NEED TO COVER THOSE UP. THIS IS STRICTLY FOR PUFFINESS. Those who are rating it lower because it doesn't clear up circles are expecting it to do something it isn't advertised for.

I actually really like this it reduces puffyness well i dont have bad dark circles so cant really comment on that but what i have found is it makes a GREAT concealer primer my undereye concaler always creases into my fine lines but when i put this on first then my concealer it does not budge would deff buy again for that purpose.
