I love this deep conditioner! I have really dry highlighted hair and this makes it really soft. It looks a lot healthier too. The price is about 15 dollars and it is totally worth it!

I love the smell of this product and I did notice that it made my hair softer, but I won't be buying it again because I feel like it's too heavy for my hair - but I will be buying the regular conditioner from the All Soft line.

This is one of two recent cream/treatment products by Redken that I find very helpful. I also use Redken • Smooth Down Butter Treat • the same way. I have curly, highlighted hair - two factors that are all about using lots of product on the hair to manage it well. I like to use this product as a leave in conditioner on my ends and to smooth out frizzies (apply lightly to dry areas.) The dry winter air and hats dry out my hair. This combats fuzziness/frizzies very well.

I've posted a recent photo taken after 4-days of vacation when I could fuss over my hair a little more - on my profile. It shows managable hair. The highlights are about 1 month old, and doing well. Redken usually produces reliable, helpful hair products with more uses than just the usual.

This is a great very moisturizing conditioner. I have fine, highlighted hair that always seems to need moisture. I use this 1-2x a week and it makes my hair so silky soft and shiny. Doesn't build up or weigh down my hair. I put it on in the shower after I shampoo, comb it threw my hair and leave it on for about 10 minutes or how ever long I'm in the shower. When my hair is feeling really dry I use it everyday for a few days as a regular conditioner and it works wonders on my hair. I absolutely love it.

This product worked really well for me. I gave it a 5 for the price because I bought a sample size (at CVS), which was under $4. I'm not sure how much the standard size costs.

My hair was very dry. I had, on 2 occassions, added lemon juice and water to my hair and sat out in the sun to get my hair a little lighter. This worked, but my hair became so brittle that I could hear it crunch when I took a section and squeezed it. I tried a bunch of things that are normally great on my hair, but they just didn't do the trick...my hair was too far gone.

So I figured I'd try this. The directions say to leave it on 5 minutes, but I left it on about 10. It rinsed out really well. My hair is so moisturized. No more crispiness, and it's also softer and shinier. I definitely recommend this for dry, brittle hair.

Good deep conditioner, leaves my hair soft and easy to comb through. It does mosturize well and it makes my hair feel and look good. Im loving all redken all soft products. I use this after my shampoo (redken blonde glam or all soft) and apply on towel dried hair, leave in for about 20 minutes with a cap on. Good results so far!

Update: It's a good product, but for the price there are better things out there. I started to find this more coating than moisturizing.
I'll stay with my HQ's: Terax Crema, Masquintense and Kiehls Olive fruit oil pak for moisture.

hm, not sure why this product got some bad reviews. Its the only conditioner i use in the shower that really makes my hair look healthy and soft. I'm a Co-washing girl - so after i co wash, i put this on the rest of my hair for 5 min and wash out - my locks, which are dry, colored, frizzy and heat damaged, always look smoother with this stuff - i DO think its better than L'Oreal's Natury's therapy. That line doesnt do much for my hair. This Heavy cream isnt heavy on my hair at all - i only put a little bit in, and it goes along way - ill keep repurchasing... probably forever.

I'm Asian and have straight, slightly frizzy and light weight hair. I keep this product on for almost an hour before rinsing off. Like the scent. Works better for me than the Butter Treatment. Will still repurchase until I find my HG.

I have extremely dry, thick hair and this product instead of making my hair soft, made my hair really hard. I couldn't pass the detangler comb through my hair after rinsing my hair after using this product. The reason I picked this up is because I have used the Smooth Down Butter treatment, which has been wonderful, and wanted to try other Redken products. I'll be not buying this product again and will stick with the Butter treatment.
