Never been a huge fan of creme eyeshadows because they always crease, and this one is no exception. Purchased it in the twilight shade, the colors are all right. Not very easy to blend, my eye usually looks like a smudgy, silvery mess when I'm done. The silver and blue colors look different in the pan but the same on my skin, the gray is just kind of a dirty gray, nothing sexy about it.
The one plus is that the pinky-nude color works well as a base for the rest of my eyeshadow.
It's just kind of an all around mediocre product. The colors, at least in this palette, are nothing special, and once again I am reminded why I avoid creme eyeshadows altogether.
I bought this in 'Moonlit Jewels' #720
The colors are fantastic and they last a very long time AS LONG AS you set it with a little (translucent) powder,
otherwise yes, it creases within a couple hours...although I have oily skin so it may not crease as fast with everyone.
I will buy again :)
I bought it to try cream eyeshadows, but it's better to use matt eyeshadow eventhough I have dry eyelids. It's decent to use under as an eye base but it creases. I like the moonlit palette, because they have gorgeous colors and soft to glide on but i hate creasing.
The shade i purchased is in 701 "Wild Orchids"
The colours are gorgeous. It comes in 4 beautiful colours.
I usually apply this as a base to other eyeshadows or sometimes even wear it alone.
I apply it with my fingers, and it glides on smoothly. The colours has a nice vibrant shimmer to it, and the texture is creamy.
It lasted the whole day without creasing on me, but I did find the colours fade towards the end of the day.
It's a great base, and I would re purchase.
I love using these as bases. I own 6 of these. I can't even tell you which one is my favorite because they're all so beautiful. I do seem to go through the shimmery browns/beiges the most through.
I've never thought of trying to wear them by themselves, my lids are somewhat oily and that just means crease city. But under e/s, these are a dream.
I first put a dab of concealer on my lids to even out the color, then a thin layer of this creme shadow. Then I place my e/s on. It blends great and I have no creasing whatsoever. I like the packaging, the variety of colors is awesome and they really do last forever. I will def. be buying again and again.

I love these creme eyeshadows and use them everyday. I apply them over an eye primer and below my powder eyeshadows to give them a good sticky base to cling to. These are definately not to be used without a primer because they will crease. The best way I've found to apply this product is with my fingers because it blends out better than with a brush and to use very little product. One of the only things I don't like is the packaging because sometimes I will have a hard time opening it and end up nicking one of the colors with my nail.
I'm still torn on this product. Yes, they crease like crazy if worn alone. But, I must say that they work as a great base if applied with a very light hand; that being said, the colors are lovely and look very nice - the trick is that you have to be careful how you wear them because they will crease under most conditions.
I really wanted to like these shadows because, as many people have mentioned, the colors are just gorgeous! The price of the shadows isn't bad either. However, it is very hard to apply this shadow and after an hour or so it creases. Eye shadow has never creased on me before. I'm quite sad to know I won't be able to use these nice colors.I still gave this shadow a 2 because the color selection is just so nice and I sometimes use the light cream color in one of the sets as a pretty highlight. It's probably already obvious but I wouldn't repurchase.
Before the review, a question: I know a lot of you use your fingers for these, which I do as well, but I'd like to know who has found brushes that work well for more precise placement and smoother blending of this product? also which brushes ot avoid with this product?
I bought the 10 color limited edition and I like the colors. I stopped using them for a couple years (found all kinds of other shadows), but just rediscovered them and they are still fine! Even after melting in my car! My favorite in there is a medium matte brown, which looks so good and actually does stay put. I have pretty dry skin, so maybe it doesn't fade as fast for me. I avoid using the shimmery stuff in the crease of my eye because that really does show creasing quickly.
These were terrible years ago and they're still terrible now. The colors are gorgeous but that's where it stops. It's hard to apply this in an even layer even when using a small amount. Generally speaking, I don't experience creasing often with eye products and my eyelids are dry but I saw the worst and most noticeable creasing with this product even with an eyeshadow primer underneath. They crease instantly especially with hooded eyes. Sure, they help enhance the colors of powder eyeshadows but there are other inexpensive products out there that do the same--except without the horrific creasing. The NYX jumbo eye pencils are a much better alternative and they are low price.
