This stuff is awesome. It leaves my hair shiny and silky, it stands behind it's claims, whereas some don't. I have fine/thin hair and it doesn't weigh it down at all. This will stay on my list of good products.
love this shampoo and conditioner. my hair stylist always yelled at my for using pantene because it actually doesn't work IN your hair, just leaves a wax coat on top (thats why it feels so smooth all the time) so thats when i switched to dove's advanced care therapy. i loved that! then i told my stylist i switched to that and she said if im gonna use a drug store shampoo, i should use ICE shine by pantene. it was actually a lot better for my hair. i noticed it became more lively and shiny and definitely was not weighed down! i guess it all depends on your hair type but this worked for me! ill buy it again!

Terrible. I had the healthiest head of hair when I began using Pantene products, and now, at age 22 - my hair has thinned drastically because of this product. I would find clumps of hair everywhere since I began using this - then I was informed by my hairdresser that Pantene products are known to be terrible for your hair. Will never invest another cent in any Pantene product.
I love Pantene Shampoo & Conditioners- they smell awesome & leaves my hair lookin nice. I have really dry hair & also use their mousses...I am hooked. I was a Herbal Essences fan for many years back when it was the original version & I used to love their mousses, I not fond of their new line at all & their mousses now suck @$$. What is your feedback on Herbal Essence (new line)? They left my hair dry. Now, I have converted to Pantene. continued >>
being fully aware of advertisements and their bullshit ad's i knew that i wasnt gonna get 'ice shiny hair.'
i only bought this shampoo because i love the smell of pantene and my hair takes well to it. it cleaned my hair well and the conditioner topped it off. didnt irritate my scalp or strip my hair of moisture. im not expecting my hair to be shiny or have any kind of dramatic results.
if u look closely at the ingredients of the pantene shampoos and conditioners, you will notice that the ingredients are very similar to one another. one may by for dry hair and the other for daily moisture... shampoo on shampoo that is.
if u have a bad experience with this product i would suggest you call p&g and let them know and ask for a refund of some sort.. seems like theres a good hand full of reviewers that have wasted their money on this product and have ended up with troublesome hair.
... try getting ur money back!! dont let false advertisement get away with this!!

i'm baffled at the noticeable differene in shine my hair has once dried.... i will be stocking up on this!! continued >>
This is really the most horrible shampoo I have ever tried. My daughter purchased it for herself but she didn't like it. Since I get all her cast-off's I gave it a whirl and the high content of sulfates irritated my scalp. I relegated the bottle to hubby's shower and he complained that it dried his hair out and made it frizzy. I suppose next it will go into my liquid hand soap dispenser. Too bad because I used to use Pantene in the 1970's when it was one of the best products on the market. It is an insult to consumers to call this product "Ice Shine" as it stripped our hair of any shine it had.
Hmm, I guess I'm slightly in the minority, but I really love this product. I usually use Pantene products because I have yet to use any pro products that really make that much difference in my hair, so I'll stick with cheaper. I have long, straight, layered brown highlighted hair, and this gives me body, smells nice, and keeps a sleek, shiny look (no flyaways). I like my hair big and volume-y, and many products that make it silky or soft weigh my hair down too much. I use it with the conditioner. This just works for me.

I have rather oily hair so I'm always looking for a good clarifying shampoo. I bought this on a whim thinking maybe it would be good. I was mistaken. The scent was refreshing but the formula made my hair fall out like CRAZY. I used it for 4 days before throwing it out. I even had to go out and buy some of REALLY thick conditioning packets in an effort to restore "the broomstraw" (aka my hair after 4 uses) and I never have to use those.
I was highly disappointed in this product and will not repurchase.
I bought this because I had a coupon for it and it was new. I didn't really read the ingredients, noticed that it said something about moisturizing on the bottle so I assumed it would be the typcial Pantene shampoo that's not great but fairly good for heatstyling bc of all the silicones. Wrong! This should totally be marketed as a clarifying shampoo. The bottle does say that it's good for dull, lifeless hair, but there are sooo many reasons your hair could be dull and lifeless that you're not necessarily going to assume that this shampoo will strip every bit of everything off your hair and leave it literally squeaky clean. For that reason, I take off 1 lippie -- imo products should be properly labeled and marketed. Additionally, there really is nothing moisturizing about this product, and yet the back of the bottle does say that it (the shampoo and cond together) will leave your hair in better condition and more moisturized. IME, that's just not true; this shampoo is way too drying to be used as a daily. That said, it's a great clarifying shampoo and definitely removes all traces of everything, but I have to follow up with a pretty deep conditioner to prevent my hair from being super dry, unlike slightly nicer clarifying shampoos, so for the dryness I've taken off another lippie. I probably wouldn't buy it again -- I have the really large bottle of it and I'll probably throw it out before I ever get through it just because I don't need to clarify that often, maybe once every two weeks max, so I don't see myself using this up any time soon. Definitely an underwhelming product that's neither great nor bad.
