I got this from my best friend for Christmas, and it's my favorite pencil liner. My second favorite would be Feline from MAC, but this is even better. It's super inky black, doesn't smudge or budge, and looks great. Hard to wash off though. Will repurchase.

I'm so so on this product, it isn't terrible, it isn't great. It's fairly soft so it smudges out well however it it also smudges off. It also doesn't go on all that evenly. It is fairly difficult to sharpen so I had to buy the Urban Decay grindhouse to sharpen it. I think I prefer using shadow to line my eyes because it stays put better and is easier to apply.

It does stay on my eyes, but ONLY if I smudge it along my waterline with a pointy brush and some black eyeshadow. It goes on smoothly and it is the one eyeliner I always tend to reach for.

My only problem is that it is NINETEEN dollars for this eyeliner pencil. I had to take off a lippie because it's pricey, but it's okay because this eyeliner does work very well for me.

nice black eyeliner but doesnt have a good staying power even though it says 24/7 ha. it applies smoothly and removes amazingly well with waterproof or nonwaterproof make up remover. this will smudge when you step in the pool so be aware you will end up looking like a mess like i did ah

Runs, runs, runs!!! I hate this liner! It would smear all over my eye. Not a good look, literally!

I needed a pencil to use for my waterline. I heard the 24-7 Glide On Eye Pencils were smudge-proof and wouldn't budge when used on the waterline which isn't true at all. It only lasted for like an hour. Then again, I have quite watery eyes so it may work for you. It just didn't for me. But when I used this pencil on my lash line, it was amazing. The staying power of this pencil is great after you let it sit for a couple of minutes. The only reason for the lower rating is b/c of my disappointment that it didn't stay on my waterline.

I adore this product. I first bought this product about four or five years ago and it's been in my makeup case ever since. I must have at least two on hand at a time. I like to use this in my waterline, it stays better than any product I've ever used there , and doesn't run down my face like others have in the past.

This will always be my go-to eyeliner, it comes everywhere with me.
I'm looking forward to trying their new Perversion color as it's supposed to be darker than Zero, however, based on the reviews I feel like I'll always come back to Zero.

I would definitely recommend giving this eyeliner a try.

I put yes I would buy this again because if I ever want a pallette or eyeliner set with Urban Decay products again I will essentially HAVE TO. This is a decent pencil, not the blackest black but it stays on. But please please pleeeeease UD, mix it up because between the Naked Pallette, various Book of Shadows, and eyeliner sets with limited edition colors, I have about 5 of these pencils, no joke. And so does just about everyone I know that is into makeup.

I just love all of Urban Decay products. I got this along with "Yeyo". Personally, it's one of the best creamy eyeliners I've encountered so far. It's super creamy and dark, easy to sharpen, and it doesn't smudge that bad. It does smudge, but trust me, it's not severe. It's good to use to line your waterline and what not. :)

After reading all the raving comments on this eyeliner, I rushed out to Ulta and bought it for myself. I tend to be a drugstore makeup kind of girl-- but thought dishing out $19 on a revolutionary eyeliner pencil would be worth it.
The one thing that really sold me was reading that it was would really stay on the waterline. I always end up with eyeliner smudges in the near and far corners of my eye, and the thought of an eyeliner that did not need to be reapplied 4 times daily was quite tempting.
Here's what I found it did for me:
-Glides on smoothly as promised.
-Easy to apply on lash line (I never applied under lash line, always on water line- with this eyeliner I can actually apply it to the lashline and it just colors in around bottom eyelashes)
-Not quite smudge proof- doesn't stay in the far corner of my eye and the part of my waterline closest to my eye. I find it will stay on waterline, just not the part that gets closest to your eye. Other than that, it stays very well- just not as well as I had hoped. Often stays on even when I take my makeup off (w/o makeup remover)

Did this product meet my expectations? Not at all.
Given, it is a VERY nice product. It just wasn't as fabulous as I expected it to be.
