finally realized after changing moisturizers.... this was totally contributing to my breakouts!! i swear as soon as i changed it my makeup lasted longer on my face, it didn't get as oily and my face didn't break out as much. so now i really dislike this stuff. i would never buy it again or recommend it to a friend that has sensitive skin. if you never get breakouts then maybe this would be good for you but if you do... i would say stay far away!!

used it for months. i noticed my face kept getting worse, white pimples/bumps...call them what you will. it didn't register in my mind that it was the product, thinking it's stress. on days where skin was dry, it did nothing. it also made my face look dull, as commented by mum. hunt for a good moisturizer continues....stay away unless you want clogged pores.

Horrible. Didn't do anything for my red face and caused little bumps on my forehead and chin which finally wound up as big pimples. The lotion also feels kind of oily and leaves a film on my face. The bottle is also not perfect because a lot of the product was stuck to the sides of bottle where the pump couldn't get it. It also costs a lot. I got it for about $14USD but have seen it even as much as $19.

This moisturizer is supposedly designed for sensitive skin. Pshh, okay! This moisturizer made me break out and I now have bumps all over my face! It's also supposed to reduce redness, but this made me change from my cheeks being red to my ENTIRE face being red! Such a disappointment because I normally love Aveeno! If you have sensitive skin, do NOT buy this product!

Won't do anything for redness, but this is an okay moisturizer for all skin types. It does moisturize, but might not be the best for sensitive skin due to it's chemical sunscreen. Also this is over-priced for a drug store product. Wouldn't repurchase or recommend.

I wanted this to reduce the minor redness on my cheeks, chin and nose. Even though I haven't noticed a major difference after using this I must say that this is a great daily moisturizer. I have oily/acne-prone skin (not sensitive at all) and was previously using Clinique's dramatically different moisturizing gel. While it's a good moisturizer, it left my skin too oily.

This product makes my skin feel smooth and nourished without the greasy, filmy feeling. I was never able to use moisturizer underneath my makeup for fear of the impending oil slick I would notice later on in the day, but I now can with this stuff.

I agree that there is a strong smell to this moisturizer, but it doesn't bother me. It reminds me of something I used to use in high school but can't put my finger on it.....

Overall - I love this stuff!! I fretted over paying $17 for it but it's a huge bottle and it's really worth it.

I have very sensitive skin (burns and stings when it doesn't like a product) and am acne-prone, and this has never broken me out or given me a reaction. That being said, it doesn't help my skin when I do get a reaction, and stings if I apply it to already irritated skin. It does not reduce irritation or redness the way it has been advertised to do so. However, this is a fairly good moisturizer, and applies easily and absorbs pretty quickly. However, my skin tends to be a little oily in my t-zone, and this only accentuates that. I have since switched over to Clinique's DDMG, which I absolutely love, so I don't really know if I would buy this one again...maybeduring the winter, when my skin gets a little dry, but i don't know yet.

**EDIT**
My acne cleared up, and I stopped wearing face makeup, except for blush and mascara. This has been really great for my skin, and I haven't noticed my skin getting oily anymore, even though it has been one of the hottest summers on record here. My skin looks great, and I couldn't be happier with tit, and have since switched completely back to it.

HG! I have ruddy, sensitive, completely see-though skin with rosacea in my immediate family that I am hoping to avoid or minimize. I also have both hormonal/stress and sensitive skin breakouts despite having dry skin (which stopped being cute 20 years ago...oh who am I kidding. They were never cute).

I actually started using this because I had this weird rosy patch under my chin, which it didn't help. I've since figured out it's like cheek rosiness, but in a weird place. However, I kept using the bottle because I had it anyway, and I noticed it DID help a lot with the redness starting on the end of my nose, and my breakouts were a lot less severe for that month's cycle. I started using this on the parts of my body that were also a little problematic, and those skin issues cleared up as well! I have repurchased this 3 or 4 times, and I intend to use this as long as they keep making this!

My skin has also become amazingly velvety smooth lately, but I don't know if it's due solely to this lotion (I also use rosewater for a toner, and L'Oreal Revitalift nighttime lotion).

ETA: contains feverfew extract, which is not recommended for pregnant women by herbalists. TBF, this probably refers to taking feverfew internally, but I thought I should mention it.

I use this product and I also use it on my 78 year old mother who has some skin problems. My son, in his twenties, also likes this product as a daily moisturizer. It works for us and I'm sure others will feel the same way.
