I am an active person who spends a lot of time outdoors and this mascara has never smudged for me. It also never clumps and gives me great extension and volume. Will definetly buy again

I first caught wind of this mascara from a suggestion of a friend. She raved at the extension of her lashes she got when wearing the mascara and as a fan of all things Dior I dived in and tried it.
After a solid week of wearing the mascara I have to say it's an amazing product. For my olive complexion and light eyes, my lashes carried a dramatic effect, which I loved. As well it's pone of the few makeup products I own that I can apply everyday with a simple tinted moisturizer and lip gloss and my face looks fresh from morning to night.
The only boo against the product that I have is that I'm not a fan of the price, I'm willing to shell it out if need be.
I absolutely love this mascara. It gives me long, thick, gorgeous lashes that don't smudge or smear on me. Naps don't disturb it, and it's held up through crying spells, too. I actually really like the big brush, although admittedly, it did take some getting used to. I always use an eyelash comb with any mascara, and for this one it's absolutely essential because it is pretty thick (but very moist) and does have some clumpiness to it. I have it in brown (chestnut) - it's still very dark but just a bit softer than black. I don't mind shelling out $23 for this because I like it so much; I've repurchased 6+ times.
Don't get the hype around this. I sprung for this based on raves, but this isn't waterproof at all. Like a poster below me, I live in a tropical climate. I get better wear out of Maybelline FnS.
So I tried almost any volume mascara imaginable on the market and this one is really working for my lashes!! I really love it even if its a little expensive for a mascara (30$cad) but at least its working!!! the only part I didnt really like is that it says waterproof but I dont think it was waterproof on me ....
The biggest problem with this mascara to me is that it is NOT waterproof at all. Living in a tropical climate, I need to use waterproof (truly) mascara daily and that factor is so critical for me in choosing mascara. My fav is Maybelline Volum' Express (x3) waterproof mascara because it is truly a waterproof mascara and never irritates my very sensitive eyes (I wear contact lenses). On the other hand, DiorShow WP gives me raccoon eyes everytime I use it. With Shu Uemura lash repair as a base, it manages to stick with my lashes for hours but I still cannot agree with CD selling this mascara as "waterproof."
Other than that, this mascara is impressive. The feel of the wand is so elegant, application is smooth as butter and lengthens my lashes dramatically so effortlessly. And it never clamps. Another great thing is that this mascara never irritates my eyes!
I would love to give 5 lippies if this mascara is sold as non-waterproof, but Dior says so, and it does not do what it claims, unfortunately. I won't recommend this mascara for those who need truly waterproof mascara.

My HG. Makes my tiny lashes look dramatic. Wears all day with no smudges or flakes. Comes off easily with Shu oil cleanser. The brush is the secret to this legendary mascara. Somehow, it keeps me from making mistakes and gets the product on the lashes ONLY. The classic logo print on the outside of the tube reminds me of grade school and sneaking into my mom's makeup stash. :-)
I loved it! It didn't flake or run but I dropped the tube and it cracked in half! I think I am going to try something a little less pricey.
I have been a Lancome Definicils user for years now, but recently tried my friend's DiorShow. Defincils was great but not dramatic. I am in love with this new mascara. It is so dramatic and fierce and you can definitely tell a difference. I am converted.
