This is an amazing foot cream. I would never put it near my face but I slather it onto my feet every night and wake up with very soft feet. And I love that it's cheap. Will keep buying it for that purpose

I doubt I will ever use another face moisturizer after using this one (at least as a night moisturizer). I live in a dry climate and have dry skin. So during the winter it's a constant battle not to have a dull flaky complexion. I have tried many moisturizers ranging from cheap drugstore up to $100+ moisturizers and this beats them all. I use this after using a creamy cleanser (I use Burt's Bees chamomile) at night and really slather it on. It does make my face feel very greasy at first, but it sinks in within 5 minutes or so. When I wake up in the morning, normally my face is flaking horribly and looks like the skin of a dead person (ashy, dull, and gross).

After using this for 2 weeks, my face is the softest and most radiant I've ever seen it look and feel. I have to fight to keep myself from running my hands all over it. It is just astonishing. I can then wake up, apply this to my cheeks, apply my daytime SPF lotion, and put on my makeup. My skin has that dewy look I used to use so many products to achieve, just on its own. I have naturally very ruddy cheeks and they have GREATLY diminished since using this. The fine lines around my eyes, mouth and on my forehead have diminished and are less visible. I cannot rave about this creme enough. Yes it is greasy, but it's really best as a night creme (I use it in the morning on my cheeks too). This stuff has completely changed my face. Complete HG, miracle product for dry skin.

I also use this as a hand creme and it works fantastic at softening the scaly feeling bits. It's the only one I use that doesn't like an icky powdery feeling film on my hands.

This is also works FANTASTIC as a base for a DIY BB Cream. I scoop out a bit of this, pour in some medium-heavy coverage foundation, and then mix it together and apply.

Edit: I have been using la mer creme and even though they smell and look the same and the ingredients are similar, I find that the comparisons end there. La mer spreads onto the skin easier and absorbs very soon after without leaving a greasy shine. Both leaves the skin very moisturized but La Mer leaves the skin softer, smoother, and more supple feeling. I do prefer La Mer but for the price, it is not proportionally better. I think the pricing of La Mer should be more in line with chanel or dior.

I have combination skin and have suffered from acne since 13. My face finally started to improve at around 19 years old but have recently (at 26 years old) started breaking out like crazy again. I get the closed comedome type acne that just wont resolve unless I get a facial and have them manually extract them. My face continued to break out despite my last facial so I finally had my doctor prescribe me differin gel. It cleared my skin but left my face extremely dry. Even my shisheido bioperformance revitalizer moisturizer wasnt enough to help with the dry skin so I tried the german version of the nivea creme and now I am sold on it. It didn't make me break out even though it's so thick and it keeps my face moisturized morning and night. The only complaint that I have is that it takes a long time (about 1 hour if using a generous amount) for it to be completely absorbed into the skin so my face is greasy and shiny for awhile. Once it is absorbed though, there is no shine. I tried using my shisheido for the AM and the nivea in the PM bc of this problem but it seems like nivea is the only one that will keep me moisturized. The best part is that it is only a fraction of all the other moisturizers that I have used (shisheido, chanel, kate somerville, md forte, dermalogica).

I have both "versions" of this, and I can definitely tell a difference. The one made in Mexico is OK, but I recently got the German version on Ebay and I love it. I use it after showering. I personally like thicker creams so I love the consistency of this. Will repurchase!

This is one of those products that almost everyone likes and I don't really get it. It is cheap but does do anything, except making my skin feeling greasy. It's a thick cream that take ages to absorb. I can't stand it on my hands, because it feels so greasy and I can't touch anything almost immediatly after putting this without leaving grease marks behind...

Another product I can't live without! Honestly, give me this and my burts bees and I'm set! I have been a long time user of this ever since my mother introduced it to me and it's just amazing. A tub of this lasts me forever! It's very thick and moisturizing but absorbs very quickly. I like to keep a tub of this next to my bed and then a little pocket sized container in my purse. It leaves my skin so much softer than anything I have ever tried. I like the fact that it has no scent because it doesn't clash with my perfume that day and it's not too strong that when I apply I need to supply the people sitting around me with gas masks. I also love to use this on my feet and then put socks on them and leave it overnight, when I wake up my feet feels soft. Another use for this is in the drier months when my hair starts to get really dry and staticy. If I'm out and about and need a quick pick me up to keep my hair from sticking to my face I just take a little of this in the palm of my hand and mix it with some water, rub it together, and apply it to the ends of my hair. It makes my hair soft and shiny for the rest of the day. This is my HG product!<3

Awesome Eucerin-type product. Super thick but does sink and last. Great for dry skin conditions like keratosis pilaris, and excema or dry winters. Its unfragranced so it doesn't smell good or bad. A tub of this stuff lasts.

For reference, I have combo skin, tending towards oily, and no problems at all with acne or pimples, just very mild keratosis pilaris along left jawline.
Well, I needed a moisturizer, so I filched this from my mom. Instant HG. It's really thick, and goes on white, but half an hour later it's completely vanished. My skin is plump, glowing, dewy, and soft, and the appearance of my KP has actually diminished. Works for my mom and sister too, and they have different skin types (mom=dry, sister=oily). Highly recommended, will definitely be buying some more.

I bought a trial size tin to try for 99 cents. This is good as an extra moisture barrier in the winter and when my ezcema is acting up. The scent is light and a little goes a long way. I've moved on to unrefined shea butter for after showers, but I still keep a tin of this in my purse.

So I remember as a child stealing some of this stuff from my aunts Huge jar I remember once I got yelled at because I smeared it all over the wall years later now I'm a 24 year old adult who suffered from severe acne as a teen and now left with huge pores, a few indented scars (that are hardly noticeable) and breaks out every now and then !!! One day as I was Browsing food for less isles I came across the huge blue glass jar so I decided to take it home !!! Once I got home I checked the ingredients for comedogenic ingrediets one by one none are comedogenic so decided after a nice warm shower to use all over my body then put some benzoyl peroxide gel on my face let it dry then slather a nice rich layer of this on my skin feeling a bit greasy threw my pj's on and went to sleep !!! Woke up @ 5 am with the most beautyfully plumped smooth skin that I've ever and I mean ever experienced !!! Washed my face left it some what wet and got a tiny amount of this stuff and rubbed it between my some what wet hands and rubbed on my face and neck then went to work !!! A few hours later went to the restroom checked my face and to my surprize my extreemly oily acne prone skin was incredibly smooth two active pimples had gone down, and no sign of oil production just a nice glow with no greasy shine what so ever !!! I was shocked to see such nice skin !!! ON ME !!! I was almost flawless and others noticed it, try this product my work for some might not for others but for me I have words to explain it !! Its dirt cheap, smells great, reminds me of my childhood and before I forget to mention somehow it soothes my rudy complexion it really calms redness and irritation !!! I'm in love and will I buy it again hell YEah !!!!
