I love this color! It is so pretty on my dark blue eyes. It is super pigmented and I can mix it with many different colors. This is one of my everyday colors and I LOVE it!
This colour is like a corally, pink, peachy, gold. It's absolutely lovely in the pan and transfers just as beautifully to the lids :)
I would only caution those who are pale like myself to avoid heavy usage around the inner corner/under the eye due to it making you look sick.
The color looked really nice in the pan & on eyelid.I tried this with *Swiss chocolate, when eyes were closed looked nice, but against my eye coloring I wasn't too sure if this was a eye combination I would wear on normal basis.A+ on the color. For me though,I won't re-purchase =(
They color payoff is amazing, very rich. Smooth and blendable too. It's a gorgeous color, but the duochrome effects aren't that obvious, not on me at least. Or maybe I'm just used to duochromes being very light reflective and shimmery (ex. MAC Blue Brown piggie) However, I LOVE the color in the pan and on light skin, but on my dark skin it's kind of awkward - a very bright golden coral-y orange color with a small hint of pink. Maybe with other colors it would look better. I should try using it over a hot pink base to bring out the pink, will update once I've tried it. :)
So, it's not bad, it's just I don't like the color on me.
I got this at the CCO. I think this is kinda what I wanted Paradisco to be. It's like pinky goldy peachy frost and I love wearing this all over the lid with a color like Satin Taupe in the outer V. It really brings out my eyes.
Horrible. On me this looks like i have some serious eye infection. It isn't even pink in any way. I would def not buy again.
MAC doesn't always make sense naming their eyeshadows (Star Violet anyone?). I really expected more of a pink, and this is a coral-coppery colour to me. Thankfully it's nicely pigmented and the texture is great, but I just don't see this as a colour I will wear often.
OMG, my new HG pink! Soooooo gorgeous. I can't get enough of it. I will admit, it's a little overwhelming in the crease (as I have NC15 skin,) but it's awesome on the lid. A lovely coral-pink shade with gold glimmer. Great color pay off. Can be layered on to look really bright. I recently put this on my lid and cut the crease with Print and Electra. Wow!!! I loved the result. Will definitely repurchase again and again.
The perfect shade for many different skintones. This was my first Mac purchase when I first starting using their shadows. It is a Veluxe Pearl finish. Blends effortlessly. The color is a pinky/peach with gold. I like to use it with Mac Coppering, Trax, Make Up Forever 92, Melon pigment, Brown Script or even Espresso. I also use Femme Fi as a highlight whenever I wear Expensive Pink. This is truly a universal shadow.
This eyeshadow is very misleading. It looks gorgeous in the pan, but no one tells you that when you put it on, it looks like you have an eye infection, especially if you're pale like I am! Don't waste your money. It's also hard to find colors that look good with it. I would never buy it again. In fact, I intend to exchange it.
