this is AMAZING...my skin feel like a baby's butt!...it says fragrance-free but i detect a *slight* citrus'y smell when getting it out of the bottle, but it doesnt smell on the skin. be sure not to use too much on one area, as it only takes a small amount to be able to slather and sink in. great silky feel!

This stuff is da bomb! It's the only moisturizer I've found that can hydrate my parched winter hands without being greasy. Plus, Curel was generous enough to give out free calendars and lotion samples on their website, and when I got the free calendar in the mail, it had a $1 off coupon for every month of the year in the back! Nothing but praise for this company and their superb lotions.

LOVE this lotion, it's not greasy, it's lightweight, it smells deliciously of orange Tootsie Roll pops (the kind I have, Curel Ultra Healing 24 hour daily moisturizing lotion for extra dry skin - blue bottle, coral swirls), oh yeah and the best part - it does what it says, my skin is SO healthy and hydrated this winter compared to others, I just love this stuff and it's the only lotion I use that my husband doesn't complain about the smell of! LOVE IT!

I'm not big on this Curel product, although I was sure I would be. I haven't tried the other scents, but I did give the Honey Vanilla and Shea butter one a whirl. I'm a vanilla fan, but pair it with honey and I'm done - it gets much too sweet for me. This smells just slightly less sweet than a Life brand nut and honey lotion I'd bought a few years ago, and the consistency, although thinner than a body butter, is stickier. Sweet and sticky unfortunately is not my body moisturizer of choice, but perhaps the green tea version will fare better.

I agree with others that this is too sticky for daily use...BUT it has replaced my beloved True Blue Spa "Glove Potion Number Nine" as my choice for nighttime hand treatment. (Actually, it has similar ingredients and a similar fragrance!) For those who find this too greasy or sticky for daytime use, try it under cotton gloves and socks at night! It is a miracle worker, and MUCH less expensive than Glove Potion Number Nine (sold at Bath and Body Works). For daytime, I still adore the Original Curel, which is lightweight and nongreasy.

I really like this.... My skin has been sooo dry this winter (and I'm not even in a cold climate, so I'm not sure why). I was using Cetaphil cream, and I still love that product (it's probably my holy grail), but I wanted to try something else. This keeps my skin moist and dewey all day--I use it everywhere, but not my face. It does feel a slightly sticky (not greasy, however). I actually like that because it feels like it's working. The smell is completely non-offensive, and it fades rather quickly--doesn't interfere with perfume at all. Also, it's cheap and comes in a convenient pump bottle. I just lotion up immediately after getting out of the shower, put some Aquaphor on my elbows, knees, and feet so they're extra soft, and my skin stays moisturized all day. Definitely recommend. ***UPDATE***1/5/06: After using this for that past few weeks, I have to say that this has definitely become my holy grail--it's great stuff. My dry skin is officially over--as if it never was, in fact. My skin is sooo soft. I don't know this works better than Cetaphil since it's not nearly as emollient, but it does. I've got my mom and sister on it and they both adore it, too.

This was a very strange product. It had more of a gel consistency than a lotion (a bad sign, as gels are always drying on my skin). It went on sticky, and I was worried that it was never going to absorb, but it did - and left my winter-dry arms and legs feeling even drier than they were before I applied this. The Ultra Healing Lotion is listed as unscented, but it actually features a faint citrus frangrance. The label also says that this product is "improved," but I'm left wondering, "From what?"

After reading the raves of Curel Lotions period, I decided to try this one, the Natural Healing Lotion and the Original. All of them are fantastic! I can't believe I didn't find this sooner. I usually in the winter have ecezma that just pops out on various spots on my skin, but thanks to this fabulous line, I don't have them. Just keep using this after a shower and you'll banish your dry skin, especially in the cold winter months!

This lotion does a good job at moisturizing my very dry skin during winter months, but I find it really greasy and sticky. So greasy that I feel the urge to wash my hands after applying this lotion on my body. Otherwise, my hands become too slippery to do anything. The scent is kinda nice and very subtle. I wouldn't buy this again.

Who would have thought that out of all the ultra expensive creams and lotions that I've tried over the years, that Curel would be the one I turn to most often. I have severe dry skin and originially bought this as a body lotion. I admit I was a little scared to put this lowely drugstore product on my face but I eventually worked up the courage. LOL

I love the fact that I can feel the moisturizing effects all day long since so many moisturizers seem to disappear in a few hours. It absorbs well and if you allow it to penetrate into the skin, it also makes a great under makeup moisturizer. I wish it contained a sunscreen but other than having to apply a separate sunscreen, this product is just about perfect...especially for dry and very dry skin.
