I use this as my everyday eyeliner. I love it (I would probably use another eyeliner if I were to sweat a lot. i.e: clubbing, heavy duty work)

Pigmentation/Texture: the color is amazing, it's such a deep, in your face, matte black. I like how it is so pigmented, that even with a thin black line, it is enough to make your eyes just pop. I also like the texture. It is not watery.. It is slightly on the thicker side, for me personally, it make is easier to apply and doesn't "bleed" when I put it on. I have only been using this for a couple of weeks, so I hope it doesn't dry out terribly. (will update my review if it does). A con to note is that sometimes, I may have a small clump of the liner gooped in my tear duct, but I can remove that. It doesn't irritate my eyes if it is in there. Another con, sometimes when applying the eyeliner, it may or may not sting my eyelids. Usually it does not sting me. If it does sting a little, it would happen when I put it on my upper eyelids for some reason.

Staying power: This ins't bad. It would take a couple of hours (I didn't keep track of exact time), for it to maybe smear just a teeny tiny bit. I am usually bothered when eyeliners smear, but for some reason, I am not bothered by this as much. For me, major smearing is one of the main reasons why I wouldn't some eyeliners again. However.....the smearing is so small, so it's not like it runs all the way to the bottom of my eye socket. The color does not fade as much either. I wear liner on my top and bottom lash line. If it does smear, the color is still pigmented on my lashline, while the smear underneath the lashline may be a tad lighter and minimal, giving it a somewhat "smokey liner" effect. Since the formula is not waterproof, I can easily remove the liner or make corrections if I made any mistakes. What's interesting is that when I put the liner in the back of my hand, put it under a running cold water facet, took it out, the liner did not actually run or bleed a whole lot - if you don't rub it, that is. It might bleed a little more on the eyes, because the eyelids may be oiler. I used a primer on my eyelids, but I don't think it made much difference in staying power. So sometimes if I don't wear eyeshadow, I don't bother wearing primer with the eyeliner. I do put translucent powder all over my face/eyes though.

Applicator: some people may find the brush tip applicator to be annoying, but I personally like it. For me, I like how it is soft on my eyes and isn't stiff. I am able to get good control if I work slowly and carefully. Like what other people have said, the brush can pick up a lot of product, so I have to wipe it on the sides to remove some. Also another con is that a brush hair might stick out from the other bristles, so I have to also press it back down by wiping it on the sides of the bottle. But that stick up hair, never really made my eyeliner look uneven. If the brush gets worse later on, I will just use my eyeliner brush with this liner.

Packaging: there's not much to say about the packaging. It is okay. The cap of the bottle is long, which makes it easier to hold when applying liner.

Price: price is amazing. I love how it is cheap. Sometimes drugstores have buy one get one half off, or even 50% off ALL wet and wild cosmetics. I would usually jump on it if it was the 50% off sale.

Overall: I will buy this again. It is going to replace my wet n' wild creme liner with the mega liner for my everyday look just because I hate having the hassle to wash the brushes everyday. It is also faster to put on. What really made me like this product was the pigmentation and the tolerable staying power.

I like this eyeliner. I use it under my lower lashes and on my upper lashes. Just a thin line. I usually put a black or smoke pencil on first and then go over it with the black liquid eyeliner because I like a less severe line and putting it over the pencil gives me more of a softer look for daytime and work. That just works for me but I have also tried the liquid by itself and its a good look for going out at night.
I found that trimming the brush a little gives you more control to draw the line. I thought that the brush tip was just a little too long and floppy but trimming just a bit helps with control and of course wiping it on the inside of the bottle to get less product on the brush. I use the black and it does last all day long. I have tried other brands, but this one seems to have better pigment and the consistency is very good.
I have been using it for a long time and will keep rebuying, I just wish it came in navy.

i truely bought this product because i needed a other liquid liner. i was looking on youtube and found some reviews on it and decided to try it out. i like it i wore it last night and it didn't smudge until about 12pm. but i was about to take it off anyways. i had it on for about 4 to 5 hours and it kind of was a pain to get it off but it's only like 3 or 4 dollars at rite aid. so i guess you get what you pay for.

I've got this in other colors which I highly like.

Something seems to be wrong with the formulation. When I create a line, the edges of the line are far more opaque, the center more thin and watery looking. A few trials all led to the same outcome: an unwearable black line.

I really wanted to like this, but I had to return it.

Like many posters on here, I found the brush requires a learning curve and that it stings if you get it in your eye. It has great staying power, I have to use makeup remover more than once just to remove the product.

I love this product! I have very oily lids and I don't use a primer, but this stays on the whole day! After about 5 hours, there's a very small crease but I just use my fingers or a q-tip to wipe it off. The only bad thing I have to say about this is the brush isn't very easy to use, I often get eyeliner on my eyelashes. But other then that, I highly recommend this product! It's very cheap and very good quality!

This is the first liquid eyeliner I bought and I will never use another kind! It took me a while to get used to putting it on, but now it only takes me a couple of minutes and it dries really fast. It lasts ALL DAY LONG! Actually, you could probably wear it for a couple of days without it smudging. But the good thing is that it comes off easily with make-up removing wipes. Plus, it's really cheap! I HIGHLY reccommend this product!

I'm a FAN! :) It's very black, dries pretty quick, and is long lasting. This was my first liquid eyeliner and it took some time to get used to the brush but I'm glad I stuck with it! The brush does pick up a lot of the product so I have to wipe off the excess on the sides but no biggie. I highly recommend trying this! And don't give up on it if you have to practice with it because it does produce great results with no smudging or other negatives.

i got this at walgreens for $3. i have the black and brown one! i would totally buy this again if i was on a budget or just wanted a really cheap good liner!
pros:
the wand is short enough and the brush is long enough for me to control a thin or thick lines on my eyes.
the the brush is thin and keeps it form when applied to my eyes (the bristles do not spread open like a fan)
its very pigmented and dries to matte finish
its pretty decent for winged out look too!
it comes off easily with water which i love! i have oily lids and i tend to sweat but it does not smudge at all!
it comes with a great stopper in the ink bottle part so you get right amount of liner
cons: takes a while to dry so don't open your eyes fully wide too fast
