Love this conditioner. Works better than the expensive brands and is especially great for long hair.
This made my hair very soft, silky and shiny. It pairs excellently with the shampoo, which was my first love from this line. I'm planning to use this combo more in the winter when I tend to protect my hair from wind/ cold damage with silicone conditioners. To avoid buildup you should probably rotate shampoos and conditioners at least 1-2 times a week with this one-- it does have a lot of silicones in it, though the ingredients list is good (pretty much the same as high-end super moisturizers like All Soft). I use Suave Daily Clarifying shampoo about every 3rd-4th wash and a silicone-free conditioner-- right now it's Giovanni 50/50 Balanced Remoisturizer. This stuff can make hair gorgeous, but you have to remember to clarify...

Love the texture, love the smell, love the way it leaves my hair so soft and shiny. I didn't even need to put any serum or blow dry it. A little goes a long way.
This is one of the few conditioners I have bought back to back. My hair is fine, colored, and fairly healthy. For the people who feel like this weighs their hair down: you may want to work in a clarifying shampoo every week and a half or so. I haven't found another conditioner than leaves my fine hair so shiny, bouncy, and easily workable than this great buy.
I see lots of comments on this one.
The product was overall good for a while. It smells great and it really did what it claimed. The ingredients on this is very natural... as you will notice...nothing to harsh and not a lot of alcohol based chemicals. This is conditioner is good for people with dry/damaged hair as the cuticles are already exposed. My hair was conditioned and detangled. The BAD: after long time use (like towards the end of the bottle) it started to leave a waxy film on my hair. It became difficult to style and volumize because my hair started becoming waxy and stick like.... It was quite disgusting.

Just didn't work out. While the triple mositure shampoo started the repair and softness, this conditioner seems to take me a step backward immediately. Still in the shower, immediately :-(
It was the shampoo and Triple moist. Deep Recovery Mask that truely saved the day.
Maybe when I am satisfied my hair is fully repaired, I may risk trying it again to get rid of it. Will not repurchase.
The idea of having olive oil as an ingredient in a conditioner is great, however I do not think that this conditioner quite captured that notion. This product is way too heavy and greasy for my hair. I was hoping that it moisturizes my hair but instead, it made it weird looking and completely dull. It took forever to dry my hair because the grease left in my hair would not dry out. Also, it made my hair fall out. Not recommended at all-

I have had my eye on this one for awhile and finally took the plunge! I am really impressed with the detangling abilities of this product. This quickly turns my hair into butter and saves me time in the morning. However, I probably won't repurchase because it weighs my hair down so I'm trying to find silicone-free alternatives.
edit: i decided that I wouldn't buy this again. I used it again last night. and i really am sick of it pulling out so much hair each time i use it. if it was lying around i'd use it maybe once out of the week. but i wouldn't buy it.
This ended up being the only conditioner in my shower for the past couple weeks. And I can say that it's not something i would use every day. it conditioned ok. hair is soft. and it smells nice. sometimes i worried if it was weighing it down too much. But it worked out if i just used it on the bottom half of my hair. I didn't like, however, that a lot of strands of my hair came out with it every time.
