Out of all makeup removers/ cleansers, this topped my list. It completely removes makeup and eye make up, just love it. Does not burn my eyes. Not only that, a bottle last me 11 months, a little goes a long way. It also never made me break out. I am in love with this, try it you wont be dissapointed!!!!

After trying low-end drugstore products since I was a teenager and having minimal success, I received the small bottle of this cleanser as a gift with a purchase from Beauty Brands. I am so glad I did! I'm sticking with Purity. I used to get 1 or 2 zits a month, usually due to cyclical hormones. I've been using Purity for months now and haven't had a single breakout. It completely removes all traces of makeup, including liquid eyeliner and lash glue. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and moisturized, unlike the previous products (think Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, etc.) which dried out my face. It also shrank my pores, made my fine lines harder to see, helped with my puffy eyes and undereye circles, and reduced redness. Because of Purity, my skin tone is overall improved and I no longer have to use a toner! I also noticed I'm using significantly less moisturizer, and my makeup goes on more smoothly and efficiently. Don't let the price deter you, as a little goes a long way. The small Purity bottle will last just as long as a standard size drugstore product bottle. The smell is also pleasant and not too strong. The only thing I don't like is the bottle; I wish the opening were at the bottom. continued >>

I really wanted to like this cleanser and be able to purchase it again only if Philosophy took the fragrance down a notch. It is very strong, and it is coming from someone who likes fragrances. This cleanser doesn't really foam, but will form some bubbles if you try to work it. It is a very silky formula, so it will be very smooth against the skin which means less tugging. It is really a good formula if you use a brush, which I do with the DHC face brush. I can see that it will also be good with the Clarisonic (future owner, it is in the mail!) This cleanser is suppose to an All-In-One like makeup remover and toner built in. I really don't know how well it removes makeup as I always use an oil cleanser. This cleanser is gentle, but not as gentle as Kiehls Ultra Facial Cleaser, perhaps due to the fragrance.

This product is all the rave! I do enjoy the product for its convenience factor, since it cleanses and removes my makeup effortlessly in one step. The only problem I encounter with this cleanser is the marketing behind it. It claims to be "pure," but if you carefully read the ingredient list, the ingredients are not so pure after all. While the product itself is good, there are better alternative products that remove make up and additionally have beneficial ingredients to the skin.

I loved this product for easily taking all my makeup off and leaving it smooth and clean feeling. But after a week I started to break out really bad and I had to stop using this product. It's a shame because I spent so long scraping up the money to buy it and now it's a huge disappointment. If you have acne prone skin beware!!

I REALLY wanted to like this product. Since I happen to breakout once a while I thought this product would minimize my breakouts, but unfortunately it didn't. However, I like how its so creamy, it lathers onto your skin and it doesn't have a strong scent. I've been using this product for almost 2 months now and I don't believe I'll waste my money on this cleanser anymore.

I got this as part of set being sold on special with a promo from the Today Show and didn't really like anything that came in the set (Purity, Hope, Flowers). This cleanser does not completely remove my makeup (it takes off about 80%) but my main qualm with it is that the ingredients it contains breaks me out. I used it consistently in the beginning and stopped when I noticed lots of whiteheads developing on my normally clear skin, when I stopped using this my skin cleared up as well. I also started using another cleanser and the clarisonic at the same time I started with this so I couldn't be sure at first. I use this on and off when I run out of makeup remover and I always get breakouts if I use this cleanser more than a couple days in a row so now I am pretty sure this is what is giving me breakouts.

Bought a 3pc set off QVC for $65.00 which included a 32oz bottle of Purity, 32oz bottle of Microdelivery & 8oz jar of Hope. Very very dirt cheap. The purity cleanser does do a good job in taking every speck of makeup off, I have to say that, but I do not like the tight filmy feeling my face is left with. So I wash again with my very moisturizing Mary Kay Timewise 3-in-1 cleanser. I will definitely keep using it & buying it but will always wash my face again with Timewise continued >>

This is a mircale product that cleared up my hormonal breakouts. Sadly this is too expensive at 10 dollars for a 3oz at sephora.
