This review is for the EDP. I really like this fragrance! I usually go for heavy, dark and mysterious fragrances...well, this is not that, but...it just smells so darn good! On first whiff, I get key lime pie!! The first lime fragrance that I can tolerate - I think the vanilla warms the lime up just enough to make it delish smelling rather than barber shop lime smelling. A little later, I get fresh floral but now that's tempered with almond so again, not a boring floral but well rounded with an opposite smell emerging simulataneously. I really like the complexities, however from afar this doesn't smell complex - it just smells good. I've already received loads of compliments (and my other heavy hitters rarely receive a mention).
I only own 2 full sized eau de toilettes, but Burberry Brit is one of them. It's a rich, warm vanilla scent that isn't overpowering, it's just a sexy, clean, and pretty scent. It might not please fans of more dramatic scents, but it suits me just fine.
This is my favorite daytime scent which is described as a "green oriental". I love Burberry Brit because it's got that sweet factor that I look for in a fragrance but it's not too young feeling. I think that the nutty scents in this help tone down it down just a bit. It's a gorgeous scent that's warm with vanilla, tonka beans and amber. It's very much a comfort scent for me, I want to wrap myself up in it and just stay there. I will purchase this again and again and again.

This is the fragrance I keep coming back to. I've worn it on and off the past 5 years. I always get so many compliments from both sexes when I wear it. This is a nice feminine scent. Very classic. And the bottle is so adorable. The only drawback is the fragrance doesn't last all day. Sometimes I find myself respraying myself. However it's a staple in my fragrance collection.
A good staple to have in your collection if you like simple vanilla-ish scents.
Not too complex, perfect for daytime.
Love it. The smell is a mix of vanilla, woodsy, and minty smell IMO. It's not super sweet but light with a bit of flower/minty smell.
LOVE! Not too overpowering, just enough scent to last allllll day and smell amazing. love love love love!
I used this a long time ago and saw it on the shelf so I put it on my xmas list and I got it! Yay! I'm so happy, not even being sure what exactly it smells like.. I just know it's different and not to over powering, good because I work in an office and don't want a crazy floral scent.
This is a scent that has really grown on me lately. At first I was determined not to like it, due to the fact that I'd already made up my mind about it, even though I hadn't smelled it at the time. There are so many gourmand, fruity and sugary scents out there, and if Brit wasn't in that same category, well, I'd be surprised. And I was!
Brit starts out with tangy lime on a base of bright vanilla, giving it a fresh and clean start. Then the scent almost starts to disappear, leaving me with almost nothing. Then however, a deep and warm vanilla kicks in, mixed with soft spices on a nutty background. I am surprised to admit that this isn't one of your ordinary fragrances, it's better. It's unique, fresh and warm at the same time, and something you'll stick to once you've tried it.
EDIT: My review above was for the EdT, that was before I had tried the EdP. I have now however, and I must say I prefer the EdP for it's richer, warmer and sweeter aroma. The staying power is much, much better as well. I do love the fact that the EdT has more lime in the opening, but the dry down in the EdP is unforgettable.

This is my signature winter scent for a few years running. I've always purchased the eau de parfum variety with black plaid stripes and love it. This perfume compliments the vanilla and brown sugar-scented lotions that I like. Just ordered yet another bottle tonight after running out of the last 3.3 oz.
Would make a nice gift!
