I love this stuff. The smell is just incredible and it makes my hair silky short the second I put in on, after I get out of the shower and comb my hair, and even after it's heat dryed and styled. No complaints other than I dislike that the large size comes in a tub container. I would prefer it came in a big bottle or squeeze tube like the smaller sizes. Regardless, it works great on my thick, curly, color treated hair.

Holy Grail. Period. This conditioning balm along with Biolage Detangling Solution are two of absolute holy grail hair products. I used to love trying new things and experimenting with high end products/drugstore products/sale products/department store products, but now I've definitely settled into Biolage conditioners for my long, thick hair. I use the detangler on a daily basis and this balm about twice a week or when I know I'm going to be tough on my strands (hot rollers, blow drying, etc). Fantastic smell, medium priced (wait for the buy 2/get 2 free sale at Ulta and stock up), wonderful conditioning and smoothing properties. And I love the simple, pretty packaging as well. Fabulous stuff.
I love the price but not the product. My hair is way too dry and coarse, and this conditioner does nothing. If your hair is normal, and you want a cheap conditioner, go for this!
I always end up going back to this shampoo. In between trying out new stuff, its what I use. But it seems that if you use it too long (and I only use a little tiny bit on my ends) all your hair gets really limp and oily. It stops making it soft and not frizzy after about 2 or 3 weeks. So when I use it, I only use it a short time, and then back under the bathroom cabnet it goes.
WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE? Ive struggle for years looking for a conditioner that would detangle my hair, hydrate and leave it soft yet with bounce. And finally, for the first time, after 10 years I can say this is HG! Ive tried countless of conditioners and/or treatments (for reference I have waist-long straight hair but its thin and lots in quantity and tangles like no tomorrow). This little gem detangles your hair so easily my hair just drips and slips with moisture from the touch when detangling. The texture is very heavy and creamy and a little hard to spread since its so thick but after you spread it in there and comb it slips, moisture, AMAZING. My hair was so soft and I only lost about three strands maximun in the process which amazed me since most conditioners that actually detangle my hair cost me a lot of hair at the end. I AM IN LOVE. I mostly dry my hair with hot-rollers and I got bouncy wavy soft hair with this. My hair looked so hydrated and moisturized Im finally done with the search. TRUST ME GIRLS AND TRY IT.

I absolutely love this conditioner. Leaves my hair silky, smells great, doesn't build up.
Been using it for 2 years now. It's my HG!
Only complaint is the bottle collects water at the bottom. Other than that, this is a fantastic conditioner. Doesn't weigh down my fine hair.
PROS: A good occasional deep conditioner for my dry/fine hair. My Walmart carries this.
CONS: Slightly pricey, but affordable at my Walmart. If I use daily, weighs my fine hair (dry) down.
APPLICATION TIPS: For maximum effectiveness, towel dry hair, especially the ends, before applying.
ALTERNATES: For a lighter alternative, Weightless Conditioner Detangler by Motions (found in the African American hair section in my Walmart). For deep conditioning alternates, try L'Oreal's Nature's Therapy "Mega Moisture" (can be found at Sally's Beauty Supply.)
***I usually get this one in the little tub. It's thicker and more repairing, I think.****
Does a very good job on my bleached, fine hair without weighing it down. Not as likely to make hair oily-feeling and packed a few days later as do some conditioners.
