A must have!

It's white when I apply it but than it turns into mother-of-pearl. Depending on what color I used under it, Vanilla gives that color's shimmer. Lasts all day!

MAC Vanilla pigment is just amazing, and one I think everyone should at least have a sample of (although I doubt that would satisfy anyone after using it!).



Vanilla is one that sort of "morphs" into something unexpected once applied. In the container, it appears to be your boring run of the mill shimmery off white .. once applied, something totally different happens. This flashes both peach or pink, depending on the lighting, and depending on what it's paired with. Add to that the variety of ways it can be used (all over wash, inner corners of eyes, browbone or cheekbone highlighter, mixed with body lotion) .. and the variety of colors it can be paired with, and that's a *winner* in my book! A frosted soft ivory white that is extremely versatile and staple in my m/u kit. I use this product not only for a wide variety of eye m/u looks, but for high lighting my check bones, collar bone and/or cleavage. I even use it mixed in with lipgloss for a shimmery soft look. Love this pigment.

glad I got a sample of this because now I will definitely be purchasing in full size! This works amazing on the lid with amberlights in the crease and mulch in the outer corner for my everyday eye (with winged black liner). I haven't used it for any other uses yet since it's just a small sample, but I will be purchasing for sure.

Excellent, shimmery highlighter

I def use this pigment the most. I probably use this if not every day, every other day. It is a great highlight color and in the inner corners of your eye. This is a must-have. HIGHLY recommend. This color would look great on EVERY skin tone.

This is my favorite piggie, and I do not know why I waited this long to get it! Well, actually I do; in the jar and even swatched in certain lights, Vanilla just looks like a blah white shimmer shadow. However, I finally got it after hearing all the raves, and WOW. It really is a light golden peachy shimmer that looks AMAZING on the brow bone, cheek bone, or (my personal favorite), as a wash on the lid. There is no white really in it at all. This is the only pig I might even come close to running out of (though I can't be sure, you really get an amazingly large amount), and if I ever do I will run, not walk, to my MAC store to get another one. If you are having doubts like I was about this pig, just suck it up and get it, you won't be sorry.

Not how i imagined at all. I thought it would be like the vanilla eyeshadow but this is peachy-pink color. i had to swatch it a few times to see if it was me or not. None the less i love it!!!

This is one of my favorite pigments, i like it alone on my lids,it gives it a nice peachy goldish wash, i use it to highlight my eyes and cheek bones, I also added a little of this to some clear nail polish and it looks gorgeous, this has been one of the few pigments I actually have a backup for. I love this!!!

Do not let the colour of this product FOOL YOU!!!!! Omg wen u put on this colour u get a nice, sexy peachy gold colour that looks amazing on any skin tone. For reference I am a NW47-50. I use this colour to highlight my brows and i love it. It is amazing. The amount of product that u get in the jar will last u a veryy long time!
