I have been using this for about three years and while it isn't omg-most-amazingest-thing-ever, it does the job for me. I have a really, ridiculously oily t-zone and very normal cheeks that aren't oily or dry. This cleanser gets rid of most of my make-up (excluding eye make-up) and it cleans my pores out pretty well.

Not a "Deep Clean" as it claims, I still have very light black heads all over my nose and on my chin. But it does deal with excess oil and white heads. If I go a morning or night without using this I am guaranteed to have a white head in the morning.

The bottle is my biggest gripe. I'd prefer a pump for hygiene reasons. Also, try cutting into the bottle when you think it's finished. I'm a broke uni student so cut open a "finished" bottle to find tonnes of product still inside. It reminded me of the UDPP issue.

Even though, it is reasonably priced and one of the stronger products I have tried; I will definitely be repurchasing this.

I don't like this product. It contains minimal ingredients that are all too harsh for my skin. The only thing I enjoyed from this product was the menthol feeling, other than that the product is cheap.

I bought this because I couldn't find my clean and clear one, but I actually like this one better! The smell is nice and fresh, and you can feel it getting deep. It helped clear up this pesky zit, too, so it does what you expect. :)

TBO, I found this stuff kind of average. I have oily/combo skin, and found that this stuff got most of my makeup off (had to wash a second time to get the rest off, but probably my own fault for not using makeup remover lol). I really liked the "clean/tingly" feeling it gave, but then I think that's all it did... It cleaned my face, and it did not do any sort of deep cleaning for my pores (not that I have found a HG cleanser which does this). I think the tingly/clean feeling is there just to make you think you're getting a really deep clean! I didn't - but still, I would recommend this if you just want a standard, cream cleanser with a novel tingly feel :). There's better out there though, so glad I used my flatemates and didn't buy my own!

Wow, I'm shocked by the low rating on this! It's my HG cleanser; keeps me from breaking out too much, but isn't over-drying. Also smells great and has just a bit of that nice tingle to it!

I am so sick of products that advertise themselves to be "deep cleaning" but fail to do the job! This is one of them. It doesn't take my makeup off or even do a good job cleansing my face at all. Everything is left - makeup, faded mascara, oil, etc. I don't even wear waterproof mascara and today I wasn't wearing any liquid foundation, yet most of the makeup was not removed with this cleanser. The only thing I like about this product is that it makes my face feel a little tingly when I apply it. Other than that, it's a total waste of money. I'm going to return it.

I generally have pretty clear skin (normally just washing my face with cetaphil twice a day works for me), but when I started wearing a little more foundation (and working out more) I started getting more blemishes. I use this once a day on my face and chest, and any acne I had cleared up. It really feels good when washing with it (super refreshing and it feels like it is deep cleaning). I definitely would not use it more that once a day, it would probably dry out my skin. Overall I really like it and definitely will keep using it!

I am a fan of Neutrogena Deep Clean Foaming Cleanser, but since I've had a Clarisonic Face Brush, I find that formula too harsh. I tried myriad cleansers, from Pure Melt cleansing oil (Clairins) to Avene Cleanance and Spectro-Jel. I had different issues with each and was about to give up and face it...if I wanted to use the Clarisonic it was gonna have to be very less often and it would have to be a fussy affair.
I thought of Deep Clean, and how it had always been my Go-To...so I thought "Why not try the cream version...what have I got to lose"
In summation: Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser and my Clarisonic=A+.
There are a few things I do not like about Deep Clean Cream Cleanser. I really dislike that menthol smell. It kinda smells like *cat pee* sorry kids, but it does. I need to rinse like mad to make sure I get it all off, and it does not remove makeup all that well. That's okay though, I can remove it beforehand (as one should with the Clairsonic anyway) using baby dove soap.

I don't get the hate for this! I've only used it about a week but I already LOVE it! I use it at night, in the shower. I use an Olay makeup wipe to remove my makeup beforehand and then while in the shower I put this on and let it kinda hang out for 5-10 minutes while I do my shaving and wash/condition my hair.

The tingly feeling is fantastic and people can say they don't think it deep cleans but my face has looked so much fresher since I've been using it. I get red, dry patches on the sides of my nose and those are less noticeable. I also have been breaking out on my chin off and on (especially around my period) and this has helped hasten along the clearing of this most recent round.

And also, I have very dry skin. This doesn't dry me out more. It seems like it would with some of the ingredients in it but my skin just feels refreshed and holds my night face cream so much better.

I will rebuy this. I'm only sad I waited this long, trying other, flashier products that did less for me.

I have a combination skin and oil T-zone. This product really shouldn't be called Deep Clean because it really doesn't clean my face. I even don't think it clean much of the dirty on my surface of skin. Please don't wast your money on this!
