I got a sample size an although it doesn't sting my eyes like other eye creams do. This does make my eye water a lot. I use this before bed time and my eyes water to the point it looks like I am crying. I also haven't noticed any differences. I wouldn't buy the full product just based on how it works with the sample size.
It's good. It's a good eye cream. I am satisfied with it and have been using it for two years. I'm not old so I'm not looking for an eyecream with anti-aging or wrinkle filling effect. This is just a great moisturing eye cream around the sensitive eye area. I think the word "cream" is misleading because the consistency of this product is more liquid than your usual eye creams. I would describe it to be more like a lotion or a thick serum. It applies easily because of the lotion-like consistency. I don't think there is any eye cream out there that will help you reduce your dark circles, fill deep wrinkles, de-puff eyes. It's just unreasonable to expect an eye cream to perform such tasks. If you have dark circles, you put on a concealer. If you have deep wrinkles, you go get a botox. If you have puffy eyes, you stop eating late at night, stop crying, or do some cold/hot compresses every morning around your eye area. I just slighly changed my expectations on what an eye cream should do, and this product COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations.
Ok, I agree there is nothing special about this eye cream. But I don't really expect it to erase my circles or de-puff my bags. I just don't really believe most of the claims makeup companies make :/ (wish it would be true though)
I use this with the sole intent to moisturize my eye area and it does.
So far I've gone through 7 deluxe samples of this product and I've bought 1 full size. I will keep using this as my options are very limited since I have a fragrance allergy. So many, many brands are off limits to me.
It does what I want it to do, but don't expect it to do more than moisturize.

I surely will not buy this cream again because here in Brazil it is super expensive ( around 89 reais ) and it did nothing for my dark circles and even in my fine lines.
I really wanted to have noticed improvements using this product.
PS: sorry if a wrote something wrong I´m Brazilian.

This has done absolutely nothing for me....I've been using it for a couple months, and I haven't noticed any difference in the darkness of my under eye circles or fine lines!
For 29 dollars at my local Macy's this product did not live up to its claims.
Pros:
light scent/no scent.
Moisturized eye area very well
noticed slight decrease in puffiness while using
Cons:
Did not reduce dark circles
Did not have cumulative effects on my puffiness
was too thick to use under make-up
I received this as a gift with purchase. I used this cream several times; the consistency feels rich and takes a while to absorb. As rich as this little cream feels it dried out my under eye area so much that my skin feels taut, uncomfortable, and to top it off it makes my fine lines even more visible. At first I thought it may be another new product I had tried that day, but I gave it another try yesterday and this is the culprit. It did nothing for the puffiness or darkness, maybe I just need to sleep more.
This is my favorite eye cream. I've been using it for about 10 years now and it's the best I've found on the market. I have dark circles under my eyes and this cream moisturizes very well and reduces the puffiness I sometimes get in the mornings. It seems to reduce the darkness under my eyes as well. It's a little pricey, so I usually wait until Clinique has their bonus time, but since you need so little anyway, this works out just fine. I would re-purchase and recommend this product.
