This is a MLBB product for me. I adore it. It goes on very smoothly and creamy with a slight shine to it.The only con I can find to this is that I don't find it lasts as long as some of my other lipsticks - it only lasts a few hours before I have to reapply it.
I wanted this to be my go-to color - the your-lips-but-better color. Unfortunately, I think you need darker skin & the right tone for it to be a dusty rose. It turned more orangy on me. Luckily, Catfight is what I wanted this to be.
The sheer formula of this is nice though.
EDIT: Tried this again and although it is warmer than a MLBB color, I decided I like it and it looks great when worn with a rosy blush.

Positives:
1. Packaging is cute.
2. Product is actually slightly moisturizing on the lips.
3. Um... that's about all I can think of...
Negatives:
1. Does not show up on my lips what-so-ever!
2. CRAZY expensive.
3. Doesn't last long on lips (as far as I can tell... see negative #1)

Every time I visit Sephora I try this lippie on. Every time I am disappointed. I am a super fair PPP with cool undertones. However, my lips are not pale. This lippie makes my lips look a little shinier and maybe a little healthier. You can barely tell a difference in the color, though. Therefore, it's simply not worth it (for me) for such a hefty price tag. I have seen others compare CG Blushberry Shine to Dolce Vita...I own Blushberry Shine, and while the lasting power sucks, the color actually shows up much better on me. I completely disagree with the person below that says that Blushberry Shine has more brown in it. On me, Dolce Vita is much more neutral and brown-toned than Blushberry Shine, which pulls slightly more berry on me.

Very pretty MLBB on me. It is a little drying, so I use over lip balm with a bit of clear gloss on top. Good work/casual day color.
I love this lipstick! White it isn't exactly a MLBB shade on my very pigmented lips, it is a beautiful berry color with hints of rose and brown. Since it has no shimmer and looks natural, I often wear this on job interviews and to work. My only gripe is that it can occasionally be a bit drying, but this is more the fault of my own lips and not the lipstick itself. I could see this working on almost any skin tone and I do believe it deserves all the hype. This reminds me...I just used mine up and must go pick up another!
Ladies, this is a sheer matte lipstick. It is applies very dry on the lips and is drying to the lips. It applies as a dry sheer so you have to apply a little bit more to get some color.
This is the exact shade of my lips - the trouble is that I have realised I don't like my natural lip shade!
In my mind's eye, I have cool toned alabaster skin, with clear pink lips....in reality I am one shade down from alabaster, yes I'm pale but with weird sallowy yellow bits and my lips are a pale brick pink which could alarmingly be likened to salmon.
The only way I can wear this is if I stick a balm underneath, and then I get a sheer wash of colour, which is more flattering, and improves the drying effect of the lipstick.
I have recently tested LM "Bare Lips" which seems to be a similar shade and hue but with less pigment in, and that maybe better for me.

The Sweet Life! The perfect lipstick! I have no idea why I put off trying this lipstick for so long; silly me. A lovely neutral rose on me. Nars packaging is the best. Give this a try, you'll see why there is a huge following. Dolce Vita and Nars Nico are going with me, wherever I'm going!
Update** My love for Dolce Vita died, I've thrown it to the wolves. I feel after finding MAC's "Sophisto" that DV is an overrated, hyped lipstick that does not deserve the attention. IMO it would work beautifully if it had a punch of plum in it. Sorry for the divorce DV you have been replaced and PRONTO! Arrivederci baby~~

This is a lipstick you can apply in the car! (Not that I think it's a good idea to do so..) It's easy to wear, goes just about with everything and gives u a natural yet sexy pout. Its basically a good quality everyday lipstick very similar to the colour of my lips. A must have in any girls makeup kit
