This is definitely my HG liquid liner. It is long lasting, easy to apply and the color really is a true black. My favorite part about it is the applicator, because it is short and fairly stiff, which gives you a lot of control over the line. I have gone through several of these and always repurchase. It is a great, great product.
After I ran out of my pencil eyeliner, and was too cheap at the time to pick up more, I started using this liquid liner in the mean time. Honestly, best liquid liner I've encountered so far!! The pen-tip wasn't that flimsy, thin paintbrush you usually get, so I was able to draw my lines on more precisely, being able to thicken and thin them wherever I needed to. The colour was an intense black that you can't really get from pencil, and I found them way more sanitary than pencils/gels/creams etc. The staying power was magnificent, considering I have the greasiest lids of life, and it's so easy to remove with some handy dandy vaseline. Def. my HG liquid liner atm. :)
wow! im amazed. i have super oily eyelids but this liquid liner manage to stay on all day without smudging. color is great. packaging is pretty standard. the only down side is that i find it a bit hard to remove, repetitive wiping is required even with the best make-up remover. still im really happy with this purchase and will definitely buy it again!
UPDATE: ive been using this for at least 9 months now..... i still like it very much. it is also pretty waterproof. the color is very pigmented. as for the make-up remover, i've now switched to one that is more oil base and removing this eyeliner has became easier, but still requiring few swipes and Q-tips to really clean it up. like i said, will repurchase.

Revlon makes the best eyeliners! This one doesn't flake, lasts all day, goes on well, and has a great brush.
Pros: Doesn't smear or flake, Affordable, Brush is easy to control
Cons: I would've liked the black to be darker :/
This stuff is okay. I don't really like to wear it buy itself because it bleeds and doesn't apply evenly. It has like an uneven rigid appearance. The only reason why I like this and use this is because it's perfect for touch ups and "filling in gaps". It also comes in handy when eyeshadow has gotten over my eyeliner, easy to touch it up that way. It looks good on top of pencil liner and blends right in to the pencil. Sometimes I don't get this eyeliner tight enough around the eye as I want and this is really useful for "filling in those gaps". I never ever use this on my lower eye lid. It bleeds like crazy.
I hated this. It surprises me to hear that other people with sensitive eyes didn't have problems with this. Right when I applied this my top lid AND my eye started burning and I removed it immediately even after I did, my eyes STILL burned. The color was good but I didn't like the stiff brush and how it applied. Needless to say I returned this in a heart beat. I'll stick to my mac fluid line and bb liner.

I have highly sensitive eyes (most things sting and makes my eyes watery) and I also have periorbital dermatits.
Have gone through just about all liquid eyeliners on the market. Some the tip of the brush/applicator aren't firm/thin/short enough. But ColorStay has most probably one of the best brushes/applicators I have come across.
Also, the liquid liner itself is non-irritating for my problematic skin and eyes.

I absolutely love this liquid eyeliner. I buy this in Blackest Black and the color is definitely true to its name. The color is rich and does not smudge or fade at all. The finely-pointed brush glides on smoothly and is great for precision. The Revlon Colorstay Liquid Liner has a department-store brand quality but is only $4.95 at some stores. I would recommend this to everyone.
