This foundation is a JOKE.
Firstly the packaging uses aerosol and the lightest tap dispenses too much foundation.
It comes out as a very thick looking mouse.
I tried two methods of putting this on.
1. Popping the bubbles and applying it as a liquid, this make is easy to blend, but I may as well have been applying water to my face, there is no coverage, none, even if you're looking for sheer coverage you will be disappointed, this does nothing for evening out skin tone. As for lasting powder, frankly I couldn't tell whether I still had it on or not. It's awful.
2. I tried using a brush and applying it while it still had air in it, this was a massive mistake, it wouldn't blend, but at least you could see the foundation... when it dried I was left with little "holes" all around the creases of my face where it had dried.
AVOID!

I bought and returned this foundation in the space of 24 hours. Totally useless. Nothing more than a vaguely tinted moisturizer. And I do mean vaguely--it offers absolutely no coverage, no evening out of complexion, nothing. It's just...mousse. I could probably cook a vanilla mousse myself, add a little food coloring, and get the same thing. I have no idea what Maybelline was thinking. Ridiculous.

I was interested in trying this new Air- Mousse Foundation, I have normal skin, not dry and not oily, with little to no blemishes. I liked this foundation because it was very sheer once applied and not heavy. I only need small-medium coverage, so if you are looking for heavy all day coverage, this foundation is not for you. I live in Central Texas where the humidity is insane during the summer, so I like how this mousse felt very light weight and not like my face was melting. You do need a finishing powder to set in the foundation.

I decided to try this product based on seeing the commercial on television. I'm always looking for lightweight foundations once the warm weather comes, and this one looked interesting.

I applied it about two hours ago over my usual makeup base of milk of magnesia and monistat chafing gel and it went on well. Your BEST BET is to always set it with powder. I applied my usual powder, L'OREAL True Match powder and it smoothed and set it to perfection.

There is no way that you can wear this foundation without powder to set it. I also used my usual concealer, Maybeline ME under my eyes and on some acne marks I have. And I must say, I look sensational today.

This is a really good warm weather foundation in terms of it is lightweight and easy to apply. Just pump on the back of your hand and take it from there, as the bottle tells you to do. Also, be sure you shake it up WELL! If you don't you'll end up pumping out a product that is streaked and not well-mixed at all.

I've seen other reviews here where they suggest applying with a makeup brush. I will give that a try next time.

But this foundation is definitely worth a look.

I saw this product and thought it'd be perfect - a liquid type foundation, but not too heavy. I bought it, and I must say, to me, it was expensive. I usually don't spend $14 on a foundation. Also, this is the first time I have ever written a review on ANYTHING. That's because I think this product SUCKED. It's worthless. It did nothing but make my face moist. I don't understand why they sell different shades. It's sheer w/no tint. The foam comes out white- with no skin tones shades at all. I thought it would have a tint to it- hence the different shades they sell. I am very disappointed. Almost disappointed enough to write Maybelline and tell them I'd like my money back. And again, this is the first time I've reviewed any product in the world on line. This stuff is a waste of money.

i read reviews on this product on various websites and the reviews were all negative. i wanted ot buy this foundation for the longest time just to try it out and see if i would like it for the summer time. although the reviews werent as i expected, i bought the foundation anyways a few days ago. i used it that day and was quite impressed, yes, it is not a full coverage foundation, but for what it's claiming to be, the coverage is exactly how i would expected it to be. when i used it i got a quarter sized amount on the back of my hand used it for my entire face. after that, i applied some concealer under my eyes and on two problem areas on my skin. i set it with some powder and it looked as good as my revlon colorstay. i have very oily skin and i have acne scarring all over my face. this foundation worked really well on me with coverage i was pretty satisfied with. i have very pale skin as well, im in the shade 110 porcelain ivory. it does not look orange on me at all, it matches my skin perfectly! if you want to buy this foundation, i would recommend it!

This is the worst foundation I've ever tried. It was too expensive for the amount of product you're given. I first tried this product after applying moisturizer. Even when I applied it sparingly, my face was dry and my skin was tight within minutes. I returned it immediately. No shame.

I got this in shade 150 classic ivory. Its an ok product you just have to make sure you blend it into to your skin good and not use to much or else you will turn orange. I don't lik that if u take to much out you cant use it again because it turns super orange and dark so ive wasted a lot of product doing that. I wouldn't put this stuff on with your fingers and if you put the product on the back of your hand don't forget to wash them!

I bought this product a few months ago with high hopes. It was good in that it gave coverage without feeling heavy on my face, which I hate, but other than that is awful.

I have it in 150, Classic Ivory. I would have had difficulty finding which color I am because the packaging is not clear, but I have some other Maybelline foundation in the same color. Unfortunately, while the color is the same number and name as the other foundation, it is much more orange. I thought maybe if I waited until spring when I'd gotten a little color it might look better, but no such luck. It simply does not match my skin.

Another problem is the packaging in general is terrible. When I first got it, I shook it for what felt like an hour, though it was probably more like 10 min. I'd heard there had been problems with it not mixing well, and I wanted to make sure I really had it well mixed. The first pump was pure white, the second pure orange, and the third was ivory. It also sprayed me all over with little flecks of foundation. It continues to do this every time I use it.

So I would not buy this again. It is much too orange and the spraying means I have to be super careful when putting it on. Not worth it.

Awful.
Coverage and application felt more like dirty water.
Foam turns into watery liquid straight away.
Orange colour.
Good variety of colours.
Packaging could dent and lid could come off easily.
I wouldn't buy it again because it felt heavy and made my skin dry.
