For the price ($4) it's quite good. My mother bought it for herself, but because I'm a makeup junkie I had to try it. The formula was very thick and I think it covered well and gave a pore less look. It also did very well on my skin since I think i had less breakouts. However personally it is not my first choice since I'm young and I think it looks a little bit heavy on me. I also don't like wearing it because they don't have a color light enough for me.

I have never had a worse reaction or experience with any other makeup. I am a practicing cosmetologist and have used many brands or make up. I have used fairly inexpensive basic makeup such as this and have also used high quality cosmetics. i applied this cover up on myself before using on anyone else. It applied very sloppy. Most definitely did not cover evenly or in fact "cover" at all. My skin type is fairly "pale" for the most part and I have some freckles across the bridge of my nose and above my cheek bones under my eyes. I am usually able to hide them completely with even lower quality foundations. With this make up i saw right through and as for how transparent it is , it laid thick and cake like against my skin. Further-more... I could have very well dealt with that response by washing it off and using a different product but after i washed it off and went about my day i noticed red blotches starting to appear all over my face. I went to bed and when i woke up I had an awful chemical reaction to it and had red bubbles all over my face that eventually turned to scabs. I was so upset I actually called out of work right away and explained the situation to my boss and my staff. with working in an industry that caters to the idea of a positive image they very well understood my distress and wanting to go 'un-noticed" so to speak until it cleared up. To give a more vivd imagery, I was left with what almost looked like some sort of lesions on my face. Over the course of the day and a few following days they disappeared. I however will never use this product again. Worst foundation ever used. I would like to end this on a positive note though speaking for the Rimmel brand entirely. I have never had a bad thing to say about any of their other products i have used such as eye liner, mascara, eye shadow, etc. I actually love their Glam Eyes Lash Flirt mascara by the Rimmel london line and the slightly more creamy eye liner applies quite well and does finish quite dark which i like in reference to the contour of the eyes. In finalizing, Good brand...horrible product.

This product is definitley not so great. when i first applied it, it was splotchy. and it stuck to your skin, litterally impossible to spread nicley. i tried applying it many different ways. i even added some moisturizer to it to see if that would be better. when i added the moisturizer it turned into a whipped foundation and felt and looked almost identical to loreal's magic smooth souffle makeup, which i was excited about, but it applied the same way. i unfortnatley do not recomend this makeup.

I was a little scared to buy this since it only had a 3.5 on MUA and was only 4$... but I'm so glad I did! For me it feels a little heavy if I apply it with a brush but I prefer using my hands anyways. It feels really light and does give a "poreless" effect. Love it especially for only 3.99! Although the spatula thing is a little weird...

I have never tried a Rimmel foundation before, but found this on for a little over $4 at Walgreens, so I picked it up. The description attracted me since it said it would diminish pores. The first time I used it I found it did not blend well and was pretty streaky. I learned it dried quickly, so the second time I used the spatula applicator to spread some on one area of my face then blended with my SK pointed foundation brush, and it worked great. I used a bit more to cover a red mark from a previous breakout, and it covered well without having to use concealer. I have combo skin and did not set this with powder. It lasted all day without shiny breakthrough. I purchased shade 420 and it matched my NC35 skin perfectly.

This foundation is fantastic. The spatula is silly but the formula is lovely. It feels so light, the coverage is natural looking, and it has pretty decent wear time. Unfortunately though, the lightest color they offer is about two shades too dark for me. I kinda knew that would happen but tried it anyway. I just blend like there's no tomorrow, apply lightly and barely touch my jawline with the stuff, making it sort of like a natural gradient. Hey, it works. The most important part is that it has not caused breakouts, at all, and I've been watching very carefully. I paid $4.50 at walgreens. In a world where even the lowliest of foundations is $7-8 bucks (like cover girl clean), I appreciate the budget friendly price and the good quality rimmel has delivered. I will buy again, if I can. I'll be much too light for this by winter, sadly.

Pros: Great color match for pale skin, natural finish.
Cons: Melts off with water
I bought this because I liked Rimmel lasting finish but couldn't find a shade that was light enough for my pale, neutral/yellowish skin. Clean Finish has quite a few options for lighter shades and I decided to pick one up 130 True Ivory. It turned out to be an amazing color match, quite possibly the best match I've ever had. I really liked how it looked and felt on my skin. It has a quite natural, light-medium coverage. I thought it would be a great change from my usual Revlon Colorstay. I'm glad I didn't wear it out of the house though! I scratched my eyebrow with a slightly damp finger after washing my hand and it caused the foundation to turn milky white and kind of melt off where I had touched my skin. I've never seen this happen with foundation before :( It did the same milky white thing around my forehead with sweat. I wish Rimmel would combine the Clean Finish shades with the Lasting Finish formula!

I bought this foundation because it was very cheap (4$) at walmart. I will buy it again because its not a bad foundation at all. It has a cool feeling when applied on the skin, it has a thick mousse like texture. It also comes with a handy dandy spatula which you can wipe your finger across or dab a brush on it. It has a matte finish and it lasts pretty long, although it melted right off after I did a workout. The shades run dark so even 120 ivory was a little orange on me

This foundation is amazing especially because it is sooo cheap (four dollars at Wal-Mart). It comes in a nice glass bottle and it doesn't have a pump but it has the neatest little spatula you use to scoop the product out with. It is pretty thick but it melts right into your skin and gives a medium coverage. It has a good range of colors but I personally think they run just a tad bit dark. I got the shade 130 true ivory I'm NC15/20 and it is just a bit dark but once I put my powder on it looks great. It has good staying power too lasted 8 hrs with a primer. All this from a drugstore foundation that costs 4 bucks run and buy this!!!

I chose this product primarily because of the low price, which was a bad idea. The formula was much thicker than what I usually prefer in a foundation, and the closest match to my skin looked monstrously yellow once I applied it. My main issue with this product is the small shade selection. If I had been able to find the correct shade, then the thick, hard-to-blend texture wouldn't have been as much of an issue.
