Very Black and stays on all day! Great pen tip for great control when applying and packaging is so that the pen does not dry out. Very satisfied with my purchase... I bought the black and just went back to buy the brown color.

I have a love-hate relationship with this eyeliner. Maybe it was this specific liner, but if I rub my eyes even a little with this on, it smears. Sometimes it stays, but I don't know. when i run out im going to buy another one and see if that moves around.

OK so got this after the rave reviews I found on this site. Since this is my first higher-end liner, my review might be a little biased. I was very impressed with its staying power, and the intensity of the black color compared to other liquid liners. However, it is pretty uncomfortable (maybe that's the price you pay for lasting power?) especially when it first dries, and for me particularly in my inner corner. Also noticed that if I put it anywhere near my waterline my whole eye goes a bit black. Have a love/hate relationship with the felt tip: initially found it way too long and flimsy (compared to others), very hard to control, but now have gotten more used to it, and was impressed with the level of precision I could get compared with the "fatter" ones. Seemed to have run out after about a month, but now is flowing much better (maybe a packaging issue?)

I wanted a felt tip liner & decided to go with this.I was using WnW mega liquid liner which I loved but I couldn't stand the goopy formula anymore. It would get into my lashes & harden making mascara application very difficult.Anyways, I got this in intense black and I really like it.The formula is really black and it's pretty easy to apply.I like that it's not messy but it does dry quickly so if it does get in my lashes it kind of hardens in them but not bad and my mascara still goes on with ease.So that's the only negative for me.It doesn't leak or smudge in the inner corner area which is nice. This does have strong staying power so if you make a mistake make sure you got makeup remover & qtips at hand.

I agree that this is a very great eyeliner but I have been experiencing styes everytime i use this! I would warn that sensitive lids to stay away from this eyeliner.

this eyeliner stays put. But because it's waterproof u have to really use oil-based makeup remover to remove it. Pretty time consuming. It's a glossy finish so if u like semi-matte or matte ones this isnt for u.

I've been using revlon colorstay eyeliner which I really love. so far, no styes, stays put, washes off easily with water, no smudge, and it's semi-matte.

I've been using eyeliner of every form (gel, liquid, cake, pencil, kohl) for too many years to admit and never could get the hang of the little "tail" flip to make perfect cat eyes. With pencils and gels, and thicker-tip pens my "tail" always came out like a thick bar, just weird! Well consider me flabbergasted! This eyeliner has a PERFECT brush/pen tip that is accurate, exact and precise and draws the most dramatic or subtle (your choice du jour) line ever! You can build it to make a superb cat-eye or draw near the lash line to simulate more lashes, your choice! And, did I mention it's extremely black - and opaque. I put it on yesterday at around noon and it's still on the next day. You really need an oil-based makeup remover to get this to budge! Perfect product!! Does exactly what it promises (a rarity)!!

On sale at nordstrom Best liquid liner I've ever used. Doesn't skip when you apply and doesn't dry out. It also really stays on!

I adore this liquid liner pen. I tested it in an Ulta store, on my hand, against another liquid liner (Urban Decay, I think). I rubbed furiously, then wet my hand and rubbed again. The Stila liner did not budge. This convinced me to buy it, in black.

The first test (and what I bought it in prep for) was an evening summer wedding. I applied my makeup around 5 pm and not only did it look perfect and unsmudged when I got home at 1 am, it lasted until the next day. Still no smudges.

I don't know what black magic is in this stuff, but I love it. I usually use a felt-tip dip style liquid liner, and have used a Lorac pen liner before, as well as all sorts of gel and cream liners, and this one takes the cake.

I have been wearing liquid liner ever since I was able to wear make-up and this is the best liquid eyeliner for my sensitive eyes! I've tried so many brand of liquid eyeliner (Chanel, Dior, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Estee Lauder, Laura Mercier, Revlon, L'Oreal, Rimmel, Make Up For Ever, and Maybelline) This eyeliner beats all the brands mentioned above and stays true black all day! It does not irritate my sensitive eyes! Prior to this eyeliner, I was using the Bourjois Liner Clubbing eyeliner is still pretty awesome but I like the felt pen application of the Stila eyeliner. It's a lot easier to use than a brush tip, especially for someone who can get really lazy with makeup like me. :D

Before I discovered this, I have been using MAC Blacktrack for years. I wanted to find something that I can wear on the go without bringing an eyeliner brush. I'm so glad I found this. This definitely stays on for hours with a primer. I actually conducted a test today. I wore a shimmery shadow (Mac Antiqued) and put Blacktrack over. Within a couple hours the Blacktrack faded and the eyeshadow went over it. It always happens on my lids with shimmery shadows. However when I put Stila over Antiqued today, it actually stayed on for hours even through my nap. I can't believe I bought a new jar of Blacktrack thinking it would be different for me, now I have to use it all up. But, I will be repurchasing Stila after I finish the jar. Great for on the go and really stays on my oily lids for hours.
