Well, this product works great for me. I had purchased it about a year ago on ADC website but I was concerned about credit card fraud so I bought a Visa one time use green dot card and paid a $ 4.95 fee at Walgreens and the card was declined. So it did not work, I’m not sure why, maybe ADC is not taking the cards, I did activate it before use and waited several hours. I went ahead and purchased 4 bottles since it has a long expiration date and hope that I don’t have any issues.
By the way, I ran out of this product several months ago and my lashes are now back to their previous short length. I can't wait for my order to come in so they go back to the gloriously long lashes I had before :)

I started this about two months ago and am halfway through my second bottle. My lashes were not sparse to begin with but they weren't lengthy or anything spectacular. I wanted a pick-me-up so I chose to try this. At about $30 per bottle this isn't cheap, but it is do-able. I apply it nightly, most nights when I can remember to. Within 3 weeks I saw an amazing difference - stronger, thicker, darker, longer lashes. Now at 6 weeks my lashes are so long I don't need mascara and women stop me and ask me what mascara I have on when I don't have any on. Sometimes when I put mascara on I feel like I look too "over-the-top" and have to remove it. I am going to stop and do the weekly maintenance on shortly.
I do wear contacts and if I get this product in my eye is DOES irritate them. I have sensitive eyes though and that is obviously my own error. But in all reality this has made such a huge difference in the way I look.

I'll save you the novel--this stuff WORKS. The ingredients are identical to Latisse, even if the measurements may not be 100% identical in the inactive ingredients. The only thing that really matters is that the active ingredient is the same measurement, and the product really grows lashes and brows wonderfully, and darkens them, too.
I get mine from AllDayChemist, the notorious credit card fraud site. I paid with e-check after my mom did w/o any problems, and I had no problems, either. Mom was one of the many whose CC was used fraudulently, so I was shocked she tried the Indian pharmacy again, but whatever--no fraud now, and the product is exactly what I want. Look at my photo album for the before/after pics, and look at my Latisse review if you want to read the long version of why I love this product. Yeah yeah, it's long. I'm very detailed when I write reviews, but at least you have access to as much info as I can give you.

I have been using Careprost for nearly 9 months and absolutely love it. It took a while before I started seeing results, probably due to the fact that I didn't apply it nightly as I was supposed to at first. It wasn't until about ten weeks in that I really noticed the difference, mainly due to the fact that my lashes were getting in the way when I tried to put my contacts in. I was in love with my lashes by about month 4, by then I had been doing good at applying it every night, and I decided to cut back my applications since I was happy with the length. Well, due to my inability to follow any sort of schedule, I would forget applications here and there and after about a month I started to notice my lashes had started to revert back to their shorter and lighter selves. So I hopped online and ordered another 5 bottles of Careprost (I also use it on my eyebrows- it works amazingly well for filling in bald spots and reshaping the brow, and apparently an unopened bottle is 'good' for 2 years) and I started doing my applications daily once again. Soon enough, my lashes were back to great heights and I cut back slowly until I hit the once a week mark. I have been very diligent about remembering my applications since I know that my lashes really will go back to how they were before. After 8+ months of sketchy and eventually attentive use, my lashes are what I always dreamed of. I didn't have terrible lashes to begin with but they were certainly nothing special. Now people ask me all the time what type of extensions I use. When I wear glasses I don't even use mascara since lengthening my lashes more makes them bend against the lens and tangle when I blink! But when I do go out for the night and want to really make my eyes the center piece I swipe on one coat of MAC lash prime+prep and then 2 coats of Diorshow mascara and WOW-ZA! One night I made the mistake of curling them also and they reached above my eyebrows- too dramatic! I had to push and hold them down for a few minutes. Bottom line- get this product. It's so cheap from ADC, especially when you buy multiple bottles at once and only have to pay the shipping fee once (international shipping). I have very sensitive fair skin and light blue eyes and have had absolutely no problems with irritation, itchiness or discoloration of my lid or iris. I've applied it with and without contacts in and have never had any issue with the lenses or my vision. Morning or night, daily or weekly, application has had no negative effect on me whatsoever. The only times I've been upset are when I go to apply and realize the bottle's empty and I don't have a refill- but since that awful occurrence I always make sure I'm stocked up!

I started using Careprost after wearing extensions for about a month. I was concerned about how many natural lashes I seemed to be losing with the extensions, and I didn't like the maintenance that I had to put in. I also didn't like the "heavy" feeling of the extensions, even though I was wearing the lightest ones available.
After about three months of regular use my "lash gal" commented that my lashes were as long as the extensions she'd been using, and asked whether I wanted to just have the extensions off! I had one last lash application and then let them just fall off naturally, and was astounded by what was "underneath." My eyelashes are darker, longer, and there are more of them. If I look up, many of them touch my eyebrows! I still have to curl them, but they seem to have acquired more of an upward "bend" than they used to have. I've never felt the need to wear mascara but now it is positively a pleasure.
I have gotten tons of compliments and am VERY happy with the results. I will definitely continue to use the product. It is dirt cheap for what you get, although shipping is a bit expensive. I buy two-three bottles at a time and keep them in the fridge.
The packaging is, of course, for a pharmaceutical eyedrop - so not very pretty or user-friendly. To get the most bang for my buck, I bought a very fine eyeliner brush as an applicator. I squeeze a drop of the solution into the "dimple" on the top of the bottlecap (perfect receptacle) and then use that drop on the upper lids of both eyes. One bottle lasts quite a long time.
I have had no side effects. I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to try a growth stimulator. If it doesn't work for you, at least you won't be out a couple of hundred bucks!

I have no comment on the product Careprost but I will try it because I knew a few people that used it and love it. I also see the difference in their lashes too. However, I have used Latisse to the last drop but my lashes doesn't grow or improve as much as other people reviewed it. I'm an esthetician and have tried many different skin care line, I have to say that you really have to try it yourself especially skincare, there are skin care lines work very well on certain people and not others. That's why there are so many skincare company in the market. Same as lash conditioners, you have to try it to see if it works for you. Doesn't meant it doesn't in general. A lot of people are ooh aah about Latisse, but it doesn't work for me. Doesn't meant you shouldn't buy it, I say you should give it a try.
NOT anywhere close to the same results as Latisse.
With Latisse, after just 8 weeks, the results were absolutely dramatic. My lashes were so dark, thick & were so long that it made wearing sunglass a bit uncomfortable because they brushed against the lenses. I was super happy & got tons of compliments. So many people thought that I had eyelash extensions.
I used Latisse for 8 weeks & then immediately without skipping an application, went straight to using Careprost. I've been using Careprost for 3 weeks now & my lashes are falling out like crazy, the color of my lashes has faded back to light brown. It is as if I'm using nothing at all & my lashes are reverting back to they way they were before using Latisse. (actually even worse because I now have tons of bald spots in my lashes)
I am using the same Trish McEvoy brush that I used when I applied Latisse. I'm using the product correctly.
The problem is that Careprost simply is NOT the same as Latisse, regardless of the fact that they both supposedly have the exact active ingredient. I ordered from all day chemist & ordered 6 bottles because I was so excited about the savings. Big, impulsive mistake. I could have just refilled my Latisse prescription for the close to the same price as what I paid for the 6 bottles of Careprost. At least I would not have lost my lashes & amazing results if I had just kept on using Latisse. Very disappointing. Will not be using the 5 full bottles of Careprost I have left. I'm definitely going back to Latisse & will not try anything else again. continued >>
This product definitely delivers! I've been using careprost for a little over 2 months now and my eyelashes have definitely grown significantly. I can't stop looking at them in the mirror! I've always had short eyelashes that even with the best mascara never looked beautiful. Now people are complimenting me all the time on my lashes and asking me what kind of mascara I use!!! I just ordered 3 more bottles. I'm anxious to see if month 3 and 4 will make them grow even longer. Right now they are long, pretty, and curl up at the ends. DEFINITELY recommend this. ALSO, important note, I had absolutely ZERO side effects.. no itchy, red eyes, no discomfort, and certainly no discoloration.

Two months of using this on my short sparse straight asian lashes and i cant believe the results already!
UPDATE: I'm close to 16 weeks, and the results are amazing. Like others, any dryness or light irritation is a non issue after the first week. People notice how awesome my lashes look too.
DOSE: I always kept it to a minimum, 1 drop to do both eyes. Used the little dimple in the top of the cap. Once I really started loving the results, I reduced to every other day, and didn't stress if 2 days went by without. My 1st (of 3) bottles is nowhere close to done, and I will update how long I can stretch it!
NOTE: I noticed a little darkness around the eyes too, but when I looked REEEALLY close saw that the tiny hairs of my face had gotten just slightly darker. I used my remington hair remover and instantly found clarity. Just check if this is the issue causing darkness for you, easily remedied! ENJOY EVERYONE!
