I have tried atleast 15 different types of eyeliner for my waterline. I have long lashes and somehow even the best of the best smudges off. But this one still meets 90% of my expectations. It doesnt smudge much, not to the point where I start looking like a vampire. The only downside is that its difficult to correct once it dries, also, it just does not come off completely even with the best make up remover. I recently bought 10 of them in black color as there was 50% off on entire website. I also wear contact lenses and I need to be very careful, coz if it enters your lenses, you will not be able to see anything at all. But overall, its a great great eyeliner for the waterline. Love it for the price, quality and pigmentation. Its far better than most expemsive eyeliners. Also, Milani must make it retractable as sharpening is a pain.

I like this eyeliner.
I wear contacts and I wear eyeliner on my waterline and like most of you reading this, always on the hunt for an eyeliner that doesn't smudge and stays on all day. This comes very close. Sure, it smudges but its nothing not fixable (its very minimal) and it also stayed on my waterline better than most HE eyeliners. I also took a nap and about 75-80% of it stayed on! I was impressed! Anyway, I would totally recommend this especially to those of you spending almost $20 for an eyeliner at a department store when there's a perfectly good eyeliner for a fraction of the cost at walgreens or whatever. Definitely give this baby a try.

I just bought it in black and honestly I am kind of disappointed. I was expecting a lot more. It definitely does smudge and that's even without me touching my eyes.It is very creamy and black but it smudges so fast! I prefer my NYC waterproof eyeliner better and it's a bit cheaper than this one.

This liner is really nice, reminds me a lot of the UD liners, very smooth and applies easily. Honestly, I find it to wear exactly the same....for less than half the price. So if you love UD liners, go for these instead. That being said, it does smudge, but only when I touch my eye in that area. I don't think it smudges on it's own, but if I touch it, it will move. I find the UD liners wear the same way tho. Anyway, nice liner I think you should at least try it!

Since I live in europe I had a friend buy this for me from the US and I definitely do not regret it! Its pitch black and goes on really smoothly, and its actually one of the eyeliners that has the greatest stayingpower for me (And i usually use MAC Feline which i consider to be quite good aswell). Definitely well worth the cash.

WOW!! REALLY WOW! I have tried soooo many liners (UD, Mac, BB, WnW, gels, creams, pencils, liquids, etc) and have not found any that would stay on my waterline. I picked this up at Target, honestly not really expecting much. I lined my waterline, put on shadow and mascara and went to work. Fast forward 10 hours...Time to take off my makeup. I usually use an eye makeup remover, but was feeling lazy, so I just slathered some cleansing oil all over my face with my eyes closed and jumped in the shower. I rinsed off the oil, then washed my face with my Clarisonic and cleanser. Fifteen minutes later, I got out of the shower (mind you, I was in there for 15 minutes with steam and hot water running down my face), I was SHOCKED when I looked in the mirror and saw that my waterline still had liner on it! And I don't mean just a few spots... the ENTIRE waterline was still black with liner!! At first I thought the cleansing oil didn't work with waterproof eye makeup, but upon further inspection, I saw that all of the eyeshadow and waterproof mascara was gone. It was just the liner that remained! (I'm guessing that since my eyes were closed while I washed my face, the waterline was not exposed to the cleansing oil.) I had to saturate a q-tip with a dual-based eye makeup remover, pull down my bottom lid, and swipe my waterline a few times before it came off. It may sound like a pain, but to me it's worth it, to have the liner to stay on my waterline all day, Just a tip: This liner is VERY creamy and soft so it can be a pain to sharpen. Just stick it in the freezer for 5 minutes before sharpening. It will make your life so much easier!

When I rather coyly gave in to letting my mom buy me this eyeliner from our Walmart's new Milani section, I could so clearly imagine myself giving this a glowing review weeks later, after giving it a go and coming to realize that it really is as great as everyone says it is. Well... that's not exactly going to be the case. Don't get me wrong, while Milani's Liquif'eye liner is one of the best eyeliners that I've ever tried, it just didn't meet my expectations at all.
It's definitely the blackest and most opaque eyeliners I've ever used. It takes pretty much one swipe to my waterline to deliver a wonderfully jet feline type of appearance. It glides on ultra-black and very smooth. I can honestly say that this liner stays the same shade of black as it wears. Never once have I noted that it'd worn down to a dingy grey the way other liners have on me.
Yes, it's very creamy and smooth as others have noted. This can be both good and bad. It's great because I'm sure it's soft consistency is responsible for the stellar pigmentation. It's bad because trying to get this pencil sharp can be a real pain.
I bought this with the intention of using it especially on my waterline and as a base for my black eyeshadow. I'd read and was under the impression that this pencil sets like a cream/gel liner would, so naturally I assumed that it might stay a little better and last a bit longer than other liners of the pencil variety do. This isn't exactly true. This liner never seems to set on my eyelids at all. It creases and breaks down in less than five minutes even after being set with an eyeshadow, just like all of the other liners I've tried. On my waterline it is magnificently black but begins to gum up in the inner corners of my eyes after about twenty minutes of wear. It can make my cat eyes look like a gooey mess if I don't check periodically and clean things up carefully with a q-tip. The color still magically seems to somehow stay the same intense black even though it's practically melting off of me. It's crazy.
How I wish I could have not only given this pencil a rave review but also found a product that actually stays on my eyes. Back to the drawing board I guess...

This and Revlon's Grow Luscious eyeliner are exactly the same. Both made in Germany..hmmm I wonder if it is the same thing just packaged differently. Anyway....I love the gel like easy glide consistency of this and the Revlon liner. I would buy this over Revlon because it is a few dollars cheaper. Amazing deep black pigment. Easy formula to work with without tugging on my delicate eye area. The only complaint I have is the same I have with the Revlon liner...that it is hard to sharpen to a point. There is a lot of waste. But with this type of soft formula it comes with the territory.

So so so so so bummed. I have extremely oily lids and no liner will stay put on them ESPECIALLY on my waterline. The only thing that works for me are some liquid liners and gel liners (I use MAC fluidline). I tightlined and looked a terrible mess in less than an hour, I'd say maybe less than 30 minutes but I wasn't constantly checking... BUT I was just sitting in my room watching a show on my computer.... so pretty much doing nothing.. That made ms so sad because i had such high hopes for this... I tried this on just my upper lid and since I have double eyelids that overlap by a lot, this smeared so fast. Wanted to love this and I've tried several times, but it just won't work for me. What a bummer. (I don't mind it being soft or anything, I could still sharpen it and use it.. as long as it worked - but alas, it didn't). sad day.

PRO:
Cheaper than Zero
More pigmented than Zero
Softer than Zero
Staying power is better than Zero

CON:
Hard to resharpen
The Milani pencil point is not as fine/thin as UD Zero and it is difficult to get that perfect pencil tip again after your first sharpening because of how soft the texture is. When I resharpen it is literally so creamy it falls off.

***Pop it in the fridge for 15 minutes to harden the inside and then sharpen it (do it quick and don't hold on to the entire pencil your ur hand because you will warm it up faster).***

Signed by,

the eyeliner whore.
