I love love love this foundation. I currently have acne and I break out alot, this foundation has been both hiding my acne but at the same time not causing more acne to appear.
It's 10 bucks, and you can find it at any local target/walmart.
Try it!

Simply the best drugstore foundation. I always go back to this one... It covers my acne scars perfectly. I can even swim with this on my face! greatttt
So awesome! Really stays all day. I use mahogany and caramel. And does not break me out.
I buy the ColorStay Makeup For Combo/Oily Skin which gives me a matte finish all that last all day. Zero transfer! I have a lot of hyperpigmentation from acne and it provides pretty great coverage.

Yes, there is the weird glue smell; yes, it can look cakey if you don't apply it correctly... BUT, when done right, this is the most wonderful drugstore foundation. I have very oily, very acne-prone and acne-ridden skin. This foundation is absolutely fantastic for my face. It does not break me out, it stays put all day long but doesn't sink into the lines of my face. I am very pale, but the lightest color Ivory is not the best match for me. It's too pink, and turns my face orange. Buff, on the other hand, blends in with my skin tone perfectly and provides wonderful coverage. All my pitted acne scars on my cheeks are smoothed over, my complexion is brightened and I only need a tiny bit of setting powder to have a smooth, clear face. LOVE this product, will continue to buy, for sure.
Oh yes, one more thing - I've used a MILLION different eyeshadow primers. I own everything from Urban Decay to ELF, BE, Mac, etc. etc. etc. Nothing sets my eyes better for eyeshadow that this foundation. Not even anything remotely close to a crease all day long, and I have some seriously oily lids. Love it.

I've heard so many rave reviews on this foundation so I had to try it. I don't really need to use foundation but I like to, to make my skin tone even. I had read before hand that color stay tends to dry quickly so I used it sparingly on my face with my stippling brush. However, I have to say that I absolutely HATED this foundation. It looked caked on my face and you could tell that I had makeup on. I felt like my skin was suffocating underneath this. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone like me that doesn't really need foundation however, if you have troubled skin, I would recommend it.
Having combination/oily skin, I have been afraid of liquid foundations for as long as I can remember. I always thought they would feel heavy, oxidize, and eventually just make me look like a hot oily mess. For a while I was using the Smashbox BB cream which I really did like but I didn't like the price tag. Then I switched to the Bare Minerals Matte foundation and I liked that too but I would get a lot of residue coming off and it didn't quite give me the desired coverage. I heard great reviews about this and decided to give it a try! My store had no testers so I was really lucky that I ended up buying the perfect shade. Let me just say, I am so impressed! This foundation goes on nicely (I I use a stippling brush/kabuki brush) and once dry, leaves a really nice matte and even look. I'd say it has medium coverage which is just enough for me as I don't have a lot of blemishes. With the BM, I used to get an oily sheen even noon, but with this, I find that I don't ever really have to touch up because it does such a good job of keeping me matte all day. I don't get a lot of residue coming off which means it definitely has amazing staying powder. It is a little on the pricier side for a drugstore foundation, but it sure beats the $35+ dollars I was paying before. Plus, a little goes a long way so a bottle will last me a few months at least. My only complaint is the packaging; I hate that you have to pour it out and wish it had a pump instead but I can deal because it makes up for it in quality. I think I have found a new HG foundation and in the drugstore at that! So thoroughly impressed.
Number one go to foundation! I love this foundation (150 Buff for combination to oily skin) because it can be light weight or very build able with out looking or feeling cakey. Great for those hot summer days or opaque winter days. It does on very smooth and good coverage. The price is very reasonable for the quality. very compare able to high ends brands at a much less expense.Comes in many shades (150 buff being one of a kind and perfect fit for me) and for different sin types which is amazing for a drug store foundation. I would definitely recommend to any one. The only complaint would be it has no pump but other than that, this foundation is great. I set it with E.L.F mineral foundation and the amount of compliments i get about my skin is incredible. Will keep purchasing this for years to come <3 continued >>
With all the hot weather my makeup was melting off in no time so I thought this would be the perfect time to try Revlon's colorstay foundation. I tried the combination to oily formula since it is summer in the color medium beige. I have combination skin that leans dry but also oily at the same time. I was shocked at how well this product performs! It really does stay on 24 hours plus without budging and that is nearly impossible on my skin. The finish is full coverage and covered everything I needed to camoflauge on my face. I have been using MUFE HD foundation and still need concealer to cover some spots so it was refreshing not having to add this step to my foundation routine. Colorstay was easy to apply and left a flawless finish that looked amazing. Never did I have lines or streaks from it fading during the day or night. The only problem I had with this is it was too drying for my face even though it's oily. My face started to dry out after a few days of use which made lines on my face more pronounced and flakes appear so that is the only reason I would not repurchase. I was pleased with the product in general so I will be checking out the normal to dry formula to see if it works better for me. I would recommend this formula to anyone who has a super oily skin....not so much for those with dry/normal/or even combination skin.
This is a fantastic foundation! I have very oily skin, with large pores and an acne problem (with acne marks), and this is a great foundation at dealing with all those problems. It has incredible staying power, and gives a very full coverage.
It has got a strong smell, but you get used to it. It also dries rather quick, so you have to work fast or work in sections on the face. I find it's best applied with a foundation brush. In Australia this retails at $37 full price, which is pretty expensive, but if you stock up when it's on sale, you're all set. Besides, I don't mind paying more for something that I know works, and it lasts a fair while too. I found my last bottle lasted about 3 months and that was with pretty much every day wear.
