Color does NOT stay. I like the idea of it in a pen bc it is quick and easy but the color definitely smears.

Very disappointing, this is by far the worst liquid eyeliner in the Revlon line. Will not buy this again, and I don't recommend it at all. It was a waste of money and if I would've read the other reviews in this website I wouldn't be having to write one myself right now. The only good, I did contact Revlon on their website and they agreed to send some gift certificates to cover the amount I paid for the liner. At least they are taking responsibility and I am happy about that.

I got this product in Blackest Brown, but it comes out more like a black color, and it was not vibrant or solid enough to make the winged or cat eye liner look. The only reason why I would repurchase this is because it's easy to make a very thin, natural looking line underneath the waterline, right on top of the bottom eye lash roots to give it the illusion of denser bottom lashes. It even lasted all day for me when I applied it in that area.

I had this one time and used it for quite awhile. I really liked it. It gave me a fairly thin line and lasted for awhile. It ran out so I bought the same thing again. This one lasted for a lot shorter time and didn't work so well. I'm not sure if they changed the formula or what, but it isn't so good anymore. I was really disappointed with it. It seems like it is always drying out and there is no way to "refresh" it when you are trying to put it on your eyes.

I wouldn't recommend this product and won't buy it anymore.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. i was very excited to try this product out, after I put it on my top lashline, it was a greyish color! I could barely see it. I will never purchase this again.

What a waste of money! I wanted to do a bold eye for Halloween and all I got was a grey watery line. Even going over the same line 3, 4.... Even 5 times it still wasn't black. Don't waste your money.

Compared to other drug store felt tip eyeliners, this falls far behind in quality. The felt tip is is about as stiff as a marker and the pigment is extremely poor. Whenever I wore this, it smudged all over my lid and onto my lower lash line so I looked like a raccoon in a few hours. Everything about this eyeliner is just awful.

Did not like this eyeliner at all :(. Not only is the felt tip so stiff it feels like you're gonna poke your eyes out but the pigment is just terrible!!! No matter what you'll have to apply multiple layers to even get a solid dark line. It comes out streaky and just terribly watery. Was totally not worth the 8 dollars i spent on it! Do yourself a favor and spend your money on something else.

Oh how I wish I had looked up the reviews on this website before buying this awful eyeliner! i've always used Revlon Colorstay black eyeliner but this is the first time I tried the liquid form. terrible, just terrible. comes out gray and watery, impossible to make a solid line with, and rubs off at the slightest touch. don't even bother wasting your money on this garbage. shame on you, Revlon!

Can't recommend this at all. What a waste of money. I thought the felt tip would get filled with deep black color, but as another reviewer mentioned, all I got from it was a watery color. You know like when you're a kid and you paint with water colors and you wonder why your black is pale grey instead of black? Well it was the same thing with that liquid eye pen.
The flow of the eyeliner onto the felt tip is very irregular, sometimes you have to press really hard to get a little product on your eye and other times you take off the pencil cap and it's already flowing out of the felt tip.
I would' ve thrown it away, except I find that I can use it on my lower lashes (if I manage to control the flow) to create the illusion of a fuller lash line. Because the color is so watery, it does look more natural on my lower lashes than a really black color.
I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this to anyone.
