This is a great liquid foundation because it feels light and airy on my skin. The formula glides nicely on my skin when applied with my fingertips, but work it quickly because it dries fast. The only 2 concerns I have is that it starts to clump out of the pump (even when shaken well) and I've only had it for less than 7 months. Also, my skin color has tanned in the summer months but I can't seem to find the correct/close match for my skin despite the SA help. I have the color #031 and I'm definitely in between #031 and #040. I would have definitely purchased another color just to match my tanned skin tone, but I guess I will have to make my current color work by adding bronzing powder (suggested by SA). Wish they would have more colors for my tanned filipino skin tone!
I read so many good reviews about this so I decided to go get a sample at Nordstrom to see if this would be the one liquid foundation I actually liked enough to buy AND keep. (I've tried MUFE, Dior Spray, MAC, Laura Mercier, YSL, CoverGirl, Maybelline...etc & none of them worked). Anyway, I was matched to Cameo; I'm NW25. When I put it on, the result was alright. The coverage is a lot sheerer than I expected, but not as sheer as say a tinted moisturizer. It is truly lightweight but a bit hard to blend and at first I didn't feel like I had makeup on. At first, it felt hydrating and my skin had a pretty radiance to it so i thought, wow this is great!
However, after an hour, I felt like my face was melting off and I looked super greasy! My skin looked and felt oily! Ew. I have normal skin that is oily in the t-zone sometimes so I didn't expect to get this greasy looking. Also I should note i was inside this whole time in a house with AC on.
I can't believe this got such good reviews! I honestly think this is overhyped. Defnitely get a sample first if you are thinking of buying. continued >>

I am in love with this foundation, and if I'm honest I'm also a little bit in love with the Dior lady who sold me this.
My skin is oily, acne prone bla bla bla, so I frowned when she suggested a hydrating foundation. But she put me right, my skin is DRY, and my doing everything to get rid of the oil is making it drier still, so my skin produces oil to compensate. I'm testing her theory now by using a range of hydrating products, including this lovely foundation.
She applied it with a brush, and advised that I do the same. When I got home I found I couldn't find my foundation brush so the next morning I applied with E.L.F.s blush brush and the result was an excellent finish.
The foundation feels very soothing on the skin, this is new to me, as my mineral foundation always feels a bit stingy. The coverage was good, and it lasted all day with some blotting later in the day on the T zone.
All in all a fantastic product
As with all water based foundations, the bottle needs a really good shake before use for the product to be optimal.

I am extremely pleased with this foundation. Sure enough the first time I wore it, my boyfriend couldn't stop staring at me and stating how I was "glowing".... honestly! I was so surprised. He had no clue I had just tried out a new foundation.
I find this formula to be extremely light and smooth and my skin. It also lasts a full 8 hour work day. I have never found a foundation I actually enjoyed putting on in the morning, and I definitely look forward to the applying this. It was a soft, sweet scent. I use this along with the diorskin nude concealor.
Also note that I bought this online without trying it out first. Luckily, I am typically always the lightest shade in most lines, and it worked out for me again here. Ivory matches me perfectly.

Perfect 'skinlike' finish for dry skin! Application with fingers or brushes (Sigma, MAC, Clarins) or blender/sponge gives great finish and still looks very natural. Gives medium coverage but is buildable. Great staying power. No caking, nothing.
Don't know for oily or combo skin though!!
Colour range is for light skintones good, darker are not sold (where I live).
Comparable to NARS Sheer Glow or Bobbi Brown Luminous Moisturising Foundation or Chanel Vitalumiere.
Pricey but efficient product - need little to get far.

I LOVE this foundation. When I put it on my skin just glowed. However, I'm slightly disappointed b/c after a month of using it, the product now tends to clump and crumble when I put it on my skin. It's like the foundation has caked in the bottle. I purchased it at Sephora and it was just off the shipment, so I don't know why it has done this. For the price I'm really disappointed, and b/c I love the foundation so much I am even more disappointed. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem, or if I just got a bad batch?
I had my heart set on Dior Forever 031 for my next foundation purchase, having fallen out of love with Mac Pro Longwear (NC25-30). However...i then read about Dior Nude...Now being an oily skinned girl, I never anticipated a radiant, moisturising foundation as an option for me and have always sought matte, longwear types. The reviews on Nude compelled me to road test it, so after grabbing a sample of Nude in 031, i nervously applied this morning. Expecting a major oil tsunami within a matter of hours i took two powder compacts with me too. So i went shopping, to the cinema etc. Plus my eyes were welded to the car wing mirror waiting for the shine..........it didnt happen. Now i am seriously confused. Ive not powdered or blotted, ive touched my face alot but it doesnt feel moist just normal. My t-zone is glowing but my skin looks great! Ive checked my face in every type of lighting known to man but i just look healthy. It oxidised when i first applied but it has held its color, not moved, not set in fine lines, not faded or made me look like ive sat in a steam room for 10hrs. Im astounded. Im going to road test again tomorrow before i pledge £29.50 of my hard earned money but ive a sneaking suspicion that until the new Dior Forever launches in October, this Nude stuff will be my complexions new best friend. Thank you Dior whores but for your great reviews, i'd never have bothered otherwise.

The good stuff:
This is by far the best foundation I have found to date. I'm a fairly pale skinned Asian so I've got light-ish skin with a yellow undertone - in other words, impossible to find a foundation match in North America. I currently use this foundation in 021 which is a perfect match and is their lightest shade with yellow undertones.
1. It's super helpful that each shade comes in a pink, neutral and yellow version (check out the Sephora website for full range of shades).
2. It gives a sheer-medium coverage that is buildable but I usually just use a small amount to perfect my complexion and it makes my skin look almost photoshopped-beauty-ad flawless
3. NEVER had a problem with it breaking me out, allergic reaction, settling in fine lines, etc etc
4. Idiot proof: works great with sponges, brushes or just my finger tips, the formula is super blendable
5. A little goes a long way. I don't use much of it but I use it pretty much every day (about 1 pump) and it's almost been a year.
Some cons:
1. It holds out pretty well throughout the day but my face looks kind of shiny at the end of the day if I don't blot or touch up (I use the Diorskin Forever powder in the same shade). But then again, nothing I've tried ever passed this test :(
2. The pump occasionally malfunctions towards the end of the bottle but it's not unusable, just a little harder to press down.
3. I disassembled the bottle once and noticed that the "straw" part does not reach the bottom and a lot of product will never get pumped out so when it's almost done, I plan to open it up again and scoop the extra bit out. (Hey, it was pretty expensive and I want every penny's worth!)
Overall: will definitely buy again (almost running out!). It's a hefty amount to pay but this stuff is my EXACT shade and it is super high quality product. I'm still hoping that there will be a cheaper dupe of this product (a girl can dream...) but until that day comes, I'm sticking to Diorskin nude.

Very nice foundation that imparts a light yet buildable coverage. It does not look cakey. When I apply it, it looks very luminous. However it oxidises sligthly (without getting orange). The pump makes it easy to dispense the right amount of product, it looks classy and a little goes a long way. I apply it either with my fingers or with a foundation brush. the colour range is very poor. I use n. 200 and it is the exact copy of Nars Sheer Glow in Gobi (n. 100 is too pinkish). These two foundations are copycat, with the difference that Nars is more expensive and does not have a pump and Dior is much more moisturising (perfect for my dry skin). The staying power is OKish (it disappears after 6 hours, but I have never found a foundation that truly lasts all day). 4 lippies for the oxidisation and limited colour range. Otherwise, great foundation. Much better than Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua, which is outrageoulsy expensive, smells terribly and is not moisturising.

Awesome liquid foundation! I have to blend shade 022 with 030 to get the right shade - this is why I'm giving it 4 lippies. Otherwise the texture is fine, dewy and glowy; gorgeous finish. Settles into pores a bit only with a heavy layer but when applied with a light hand it's a flawless finish.
Pump dispenser whIch is great. Glass bottle, beautiful packaging. No scent I can distinguish. When set with Diorskin Forever powder and MAC's Fix + will stay perfect for 8+ hours. HG. Definite repurchase.
