In the Uk we have this product, only it goes under a different name "Olay Complete Care Daily UV Fluid For Sensitive Skin". Ever since i have bought this product the sunscreen ingredients have always been Avobenzone and Octocrylene. So it seems that the Olay company in America must be swithching to the Uk ingredients for this product which is really hateful especially for someone who has been using it a long time with the original formula and got good results i understand. I hope Olay live up to their promise for bringing back the old formula in the U.S. Anyway heres my review for the UK version
I bought this when i was looking for a moisturiser with SPF in Superdug so i grabbed this. My first thoughts were despite it claiming it was fragrance free it did have an ever so slight sunscreen smell but i reckoned it was due to the SPF so i did not really mind. The consistency is thin, light and easily spread. It has never made me break out but i do remember at the start my face had a sort of allergic reaction like some people described it went sort of red but nothing long term but as i kept buying it this stopped full stop and I really love it. Oh and even though my skin isn't really sensitive it's combination and acne-prone i purchased the sensitive skin version as it does not have any fragrance i not a fan of heavily fragranced products. I really love it even though it is Avobenzone based. I hope all you guys across the pond get your beloved formula back.

(This is a review for the combo/oily formula)
I've been through about 2 bottles now, so i can review confidently about this lotion. Its a no-nonsense moisturizer for the no-nonsense. the smell is gentle, and i cannot rave enough. ive been on the search for a day time moisturizer like this. one that provides the perfect amount of moisture for me, not too much, not too little. it doesnt leave me greasy and sinks in quick enough. it hasnt broken me out, and i am acne prone, and is not something i have worry about putting on my face. it has an spf of 15 (very important), and the back label says it has "antioxidant vit. e plus c, its oil free, and has oil absorbing powder." its affordable and comes w/ a good amount of product (6 fl oz). the white bottle is simple and elegant, it has squeeze top w/ a black cap. i cant say enough about it!
(This is probably for the old formula, i bought it about a half a year ago...i dont know about this new formula...)
At first I was happy to use this, bcoz it seemed like it moisturize my face. After couple of days, I started having pimples. I normally get one pimple, three the most. But ever sonce I started using this, sudden breakout! I have to find a hg moisturizer coz this is just not it. I might try neutrogena. Booooooo Olay!
So I used to love this lotion until they changed the formula. I had a bottle of the old formula but ran out a few weeks ago. I had to buy the new formula, and I hate it. It smells exactly like sunscreen and I can just imagine my pores being clogged up. It makes my face greasy and oily within an hour or so. Seems to break me out too. I miss the old formula, it was the only moisturizer I could really use on a daily basis that didn't make me break out :(
This burns/stings a bit. Plus it has a very thin consistency that I am not crazy about. It didn't break me out, but it did irritate my cheeks, they looked red for a while after applying. Not sure why they say it is for sensitive skin.
I love very similar looking, but oh-so-different, Olay Complete SPF 30 moisturizer for sensitive skin. This one is a bit more expensive and in a smaller bottle, but very worth it. It goes on very nice, is effective as a sunscreen and never irritates, even around my eyes. I tried the SPF 15, because it looked so similar and was less expensive. I am sticking with the other Olay product. I like the Olay product line, I only wish that it was less confusing.
I have been using olay moisturizers since i was a kid. lol. It moisturized my dry skin very nicely, but i don't know about this new formula. I was disappointed. It does not moisturize my skin at all, too liquidy. Awful i would not buy or use it ever again unless it is the old formula.
I used to really like this product. It was my HG moisturiser for a few years but alas, they changed the formula.
Now, it breaks me out AND makes my face look like an oil slick. Seriously, if I wear this moisturiser under my mineral makeup, I look like have a wet face by lunch time!
Really disappointed.
I've now changed to Neutrogena Fresh Moisture and it is 100% better.

This review is for the old formula of Olay's Complete Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin, SPF 15, which consisted of the main active ingredients, Octinoxate (6.0%), and Zinc Oxide (3.0%).
The moisturizer's consistency was wonderful. It was light, non-greasy, and didn't leave a white cast. Also, it is fragrance free! Huge plus! My skin is about olive in the winter, but get tanned in the summer, and I use this all year long. I know it's only SPF 15, but to me, no other drugstore sunscreen with the SPF15 (or higher) have worked for me.
I live in Texas, and the summers get pretty hot and humid, so a lightweight, nearly oil-free moisturizer was what I needed. If this sounds familiar, then this sunscreen won't fail you for light-sun coverage days.
I've used this sunscreen for over two years or so, and was extremely disappointed when Olay changed the formula, using active ingredients, Avobenzone and Octocrylene. This made my skin very red and irritated within half an hour of leaving it on. So, I wrote a letter to Olay's online contacting service regarding about how the new formula isn't sensitive as it claims, and my extreme disappointment. This was what I received:

Dear ____,
As you have noticed, in 2009 we changed both the packaging and the formula for Olay Complete All Day Moisture Lotion SPF 15 for Sensitive Skin. I'm sorry that you were disappointed in feel of this product, and that you do not like our new version as much as the previous one.
Olay Complete All Day Moisture Lotion SPF 15 for Sensitive Skin now contains improved UVA protection with “Skin Shield”. “Skin Shield” is a combination of moisture, vitamins, and enhanced UV protection. Olay Complete All Day Moisture Lotion SPF 15 for Sensitive Skin now includes an Avobenzone and Octocrylene based sunscreen system with significant levels of both Glycerin for moisture and active levels of Niacinimide (B3 complex).
____, before we introduced the most recent upgrade for Olay Complete All Day Moisture Lotion SPF 15 for Sensitive Skin, we tested it to find out if consumers generally preferred it to the previous version. The results were positive, so we introduced the new and discontinued the old one.
Although our newest formula of Olay Complete All Day Moisturizer Lotion SPF 15 with “Skin Shield” technology is safe and has strong UV protection, we now realize the original sensitive version with its gentle formula better meets the needs of many of our Complete users with sensitive skin.
In January, I was advised that Olay will relaunch the Original Sensitive Skin version of Olay Complete All Day Moisturizer Lotion SPF 15. The original formula of Olay Complete All Day Moisturizer Lotion SPF 15 will be widely available later this month, with packages labeled “Classic Gentle Formula”.
Your satisfaction is important to us so we’d like to send a coupon by postal mail for a replacement item. ____, please respond with your complete name and mailing address. Once we receive your information, you can expect to hear from us within the next 2-3 weeks.
James
Olay Team
I KNOW there are many, MANY disappointed users out there who miss the old formula. (Thank you to those who have written to P&G, also!)
If that's the case, go to the Olay home site and e-mail them! You can make a difference.
I received a response within the same day, surprisingly. I normally do not receive any responses from any company, and was pleased to hear back from a representative so promptly.
EDIT: Update 04/12/10 - P&G did send me a slip in the mail, saying I'm eligible to receive 1 Free Olay Facial product (excluding Total Effect, Regenerist Definity or ProX), expires end of June. continued >>

This is so good. used it everyday in smith for face, maybe the spf should be higher. karen used it too. I have sensitivie skin, but this is not greasy, not too overdrying. vanessa hudgnes uses it too. everyone should use it.i put it on as body lotion and felt a difference. my skin was more calm and less itchy. it took forever to use up though.
I have oily acne prone skin, been battling acne since I was 14. I've usually stuck with Neutrogena because my derm recommended them, the only one that worked for my skin was the sensitive formula with no SPF, not good.
So I took a gamble with this, I got the reformulated version and it worked on my skin. My skin is typically so sensitive, easily hurts from wrong ingredients, turns red, breaks out. So I was shocked to read the reviews here - because my skin has been glowing - no breakouts, no redness, no irritation. I do need to put some mattyfying powder over top, otherwise it looks too glowy, but not a greasy oily look...
I am in love with this, and glad it has better UVA protection, because I will try to avoid wrinkles for as long as I can. AND I can use this around my eyes without any stinging at all :O I am shocked... this has never happened before- I've used all kinds of sunscreens for the past 11 years and they all sting after a whole day of wear it starts to seep into my eyes and I sometimes can't even drive cus my eyes are tearing up. This stuff is wonderful :) yeaaaaa
