Sadly, these never do much for me.
Yet I continue to purchase them... Usually I get a couple things removed, but not much.
I've heard you can make them yourself though...
Despite what anyone else says, this product works, i have terrible blackheads that are unsihtly all over the surface, bridge and side of my nostrels of my nose. Even all over my face, but undoubtfully this product works, it not only lifts the top but pulls out all of the dirt from the black head and shows up and the sticky bit of the strip. When you look at the strip, eye level you can see the difference! It cleared my nose right upand even improved the had to get sides too. I paid about $6 for a pack of 6, and they really are great! Even on my face the work just as well, and the longer you leave them, the better results!
Used this patch plenty of times and each time I get very good results. This product actually does its job removing all them icky blackheads deep down. Keeps skin clean deep down. Cons are its a bit pricey for a few strips and packaging is unnecessary for a big box for a few strips. Come on. 10 times more strips can fit in.
I have been using these strips since middle school. They really do help keep gunk out when used regularly, but with every use I'd say they only pick up about 80%. If I go without using these for a couple weeks the amount of gunk on the strip is unreal! I apply right after washing and exfoliating my face when it's still sopping wet and then I pat dry with towel. When you remove make sure you pull up from both ends of the strip very slowly, I find if you rip it quickly in one direction less funk from your pores sticks to the paper as it comes off. Overall this is and will continue to be a staple in my beauty regimine.
I've been using this product for a few years, I have to admit I haven't really seen it get that many blackheads but it has gotten lots of white heads so it does work pretty well I would repurchase.
I use this once a week but you have to be attentive to it, I make sure I'm pressing down a lot during the first 5 minutes so it actually sticks but it works decently well.
I don't have a lot of blackheads on my nose, but I thought I'd try these out to get rid of the few that I do have there. Unfortunately, they really disappointed me and I didn't notice any difference after taking it off. I'll admit I may have used it incorrectly, or something like that, which is why I'm trying again this weekend with a second strip, but for all the hype, these really didn't seem that great to me.
This works for me but not amazingly. It definitely unclogs my pores but still leaves a few stuff behind. I'd say it catches around 80% of the gunk stuck in your pores. You should was your face with warm water or take a steamy shower before you use these to open up your pores a little so it's easier to pull out the gunk stuck in them. Sometimes a little of the glue residue is left but you can just rinse it off.
These strips claim to get rid of blackheads on the nose. I wouldn't buy these ever again. It comes in a box and you just remove the pore strips and place them across your nose then just leave it on there for 5 or 10 minutes. I didn't notice any difference on my nose after using it. I wouldn't waste a good 6 dollars on these because it doesn't work.
Although I gave this product an average rating I will continue to repurchase these strips. First off, if you are using Retinol-A or Acutane or anything else like these products please do not use these strips because the strips can damage your skin just like they say not to get your eye brows waxed, same thing. This product is a good one to keep around in your drawers at home whenever you get a blackhead attack, but I would not necessarily depend on it. Usually, if I get a lot of blackheads I will use this product with a combination of a mask like the Indian healing clay mask. I use the strips for my nose and the all over face strips. Whenever I use these strips I usually use three, one for my forehead, one for my nose, and one for my chin. I wouldn't use the strips more than twice a week and that might be a bit much. Also if it hurts too much to pull them off just re-wet the strip and it will slip right off.
