This is the only foundation I have used and liked it. its got a nice velvet texture when you apply it to your skin. im in the shade W5.I like how its not shimmery or thick and creamy. I apply it with my fingers and set with maybelline dream matte powder. Perfect! My Hg foundation.

As a person with oily/comb skin, I usually refrain from using liquid foundations and just used mineral. The consistency is very watery, which I've learned to work with. It's can be hard to apply with a brush because it can leave streaks, so I find fingers and sponges work best. Medium/ light coverage and will cover most ance scars with the use of a concealer. I get really shinny throughout the day and sometimes oil sheets just don't do the job, so I touch up with Mac studio fix very lightly on my t zone. Lasting power for me is about 6-8 hours with a ouple touchups in between. I really prefer this over Revlon CS because CS can leave me looking really cakey. Love the light shimmer in true match too, leaves skin looking refreshed, natural, and dewy. 3 for packaging, because since it is so thin, it's really easy to spill.

Well i absolutely MUST write a review on this! I purchased C2 and the VERY NEXT day i wore it on top of clinique moisture surge, NO PRIMER which I know is weird and I normally do not do. That day I received 5 compliments about my makeup, not only from girls but teenage boys!! They said my skin looked "beautiful", and know I have plenty of acne scars. Honestly i was shocked! The next day I received 3 compliments about how my skin looked great and much smoother! Overall I love this foundation, I bought it at HEB $2 off, so about $5, which is cheap!! Its pretty liquidey, but I still like it! I use the real techniques stippling brush and apply a loose powder on top, FLAWLESS! Unfortunately the packaging is very poor, but great foundation!

This foundation is awesome! I would say that this is a medium to full coverage foundation...and that being said, because it covers all my redness and makes my face look flawless. Other "full coverage" foundations can't do that, so I have to load up on the concealer. I don't have to with this, and I always get complemented on how good my face looks. Kind of weird, but whatever lol. I am a MAC NC/NW 20-25, (can wear both NC and NW) and because of that, I chose the shade Classic Ivory N2 (which is from their neutral side) And it matches just perfectly! Can't say enough great things about this. It lasts all day and doesn't transfer. And It's affordable! NEVER discontinue this Loreal!!!!

Great value for the price! Comparable to $50 foundations on the market.

This is an okay product. I got the lightest shade, and its still rather dark for me. It goes on smooth if used with a brush. It can be streaky but it does not cake on like some products, so I like the light feel.

This used to be my HG, lighter coverage foundation. I would mix it with Revlon CS to make it a wee bit more heavy, or apply it alone for a lighter coverage. I have applied it with every tool imaginable, but I like to buff with a kabuki and blend with a damp sponge the best. This was a great mix between coverage and a light finish. The colour selection is why I adore it though. I have insanely light skin and they have a colour to match- Yipee! I now use a BB cream mixed with a wee bit of a heavy foundation for coverage (only because I like the skin healing effects of a BB cream) but True Match will always be a staple in my makeup collection. My skin fluctuates so much, which is why I don't use it as much anymore.. But for slightly discoloured skin, or a few pimples, this foundation is a dream. As I said, great mix between good coverage and flawless finish.

Side note.. Crummy packaging!

I've been using this foundation for over a year. I love loreal products they are drugstore quality. I actually downloaded the app to find my shade and it matched me up perfectly ! I love the consistency although it is liquidy it's super blendable thus the name. The only con to this foundation is that it has no pump so I oftentimes useore product that I should.

When I first tried this they matched me up to the wrong shade and it was much darker. I still tried it though since my previous foundation wasn't working out.
I really liked it, it really is very very blend-able and light weight. Once it set there was minimal rub off and it really helped tone down the redness and shine.
The coverage is light to medium, so if you have any deep blemishes you're going to need concealer.
The second time I went back and got a better shade and it was great.

I tried this years ago and of course returned to my Colorstay. I had a few $3.00 off L'oreal makeup coupons and since the price of this is only around $7.00 at Walmart now I gave it another go along with the Truematch powder. ( For around $4.00 a piece I couldn't pass it up) I choose W2 and I have neutral to cooler toned skin. The C and N shades all look to pinkish to me. I prefer more yellow based foundations as they seem to brighten my face up making it look fresher. W2 is a bit too light but the W3 looked way to dark. This foundation is way lighter than Colorstay but still covers well and its buildable. It takes much longer to set than Colorstay and when it does its sort of a powdery finish. For me this is going to take a bit of getting used to. I topped it off with Truematch powder in W1 (as the W2 powder looked to dark and yellow to me and I prefer translucent colored powder) I wasn't sure if I liked it as first as it was too light and not as full coverage as I am used to. After a short while, I was impressed. Once everything really set up it seemed to mesh with my skin making it look perfected but not heavily madeup. I did use L'oreals primer first and I never use a primer with Colorstay, but I am really liking how I look. Lasting power is the biggest issue with me and its been about 4 hours and still looking perfect. The true test will be in the summer time heat and the long days. Also I really don't think the foundation would work as well for me without the matching powder. The powder is amazing.
