Brilliant eyeliner, the beest I have found so far. I have pretty oily eyelids, and this stays on with minimal smudging. The pigmentation is amazing, and application is also very smooth and easy. The downsides would be that there are soo little product, and sharpening it is very messy. The price is also way up there. I bought this for around 12 bucks in a pack with the revlon growluscious mascara, which is another amazing product. Since it is a drugstore product, I suggest waiting for a sale!

it sets perfectly , not smugged ( most of pencil type liner is smugged easily even they say it's waterproof)
I bought black brown color. color is so nice
much cheeper and works much better compared with high-end products.

honestly I was disappointed with liquid colorstay eyeliner so I didn't expect about this one that much. but
this one is really good.

Not bad. But I wouldn't buy again cause there are many better products that is worth trying. It is quite lasting but it doesn't go on smooth and it tugs your eyelids a bit if you aren't gentle.
maybe heat it up to soften it a little before applying? but of course most people don't really have the time. which is why it would be better to just try other eyeliners.
But its not bad.
The packaging? its kinda weak. The plastic for mine started breaking after a while.
Its really thin and skinny.

I went thru a 6 month phase in which I started using eyeliner and had a few requirements for my product (in random order):

1. must be inexpensive and easily found in many retailers
2. must be long wearing and not morph into raccoon eyes
3. must not pull on my eye when applying
4. must not make my eyes water

This meets all my criteria + it is easily smudgable if I decide I don't want a crisp line. I have Black/Brown and Blackberry and both look quite nice on blue/gray eyes w/ NC 15 skin.

Now, I use occasionally whenever the mood strikes me and I don't have the urge to go out and try other eyeliners = I"m quite satisfied w/ this one. :)

Bought Brown after seeing the glorious reviews on here for this liner. I am (well, was) a huge fan of retractable liners. I found them convenient and easy, but an issue I had was that it wouldn't stick. Well, this liner gets raves for how long it lasts and I don't know why it doesn't work for me as it does on everyone else! It doesn't go on very smoothly, but I made application work as best as I could. However, although I only applied to my top lid it would transfer onto under my eyes by the end of the day. Frustrating. I've since moved onto gel liner and am way happier.

I love this eyeliner! I used to only use UD 24/7 liner in Zero but this one works just as well and is way cheaper. Also, this liner doesn't need to be sharpened in order for more product to come out because it's twisty, unlike the 24/7, which is great because I'm lazy. And for those who like to sharpen pencils in order to get a precise line, the liner comes with a little sharpener at the end up the pencil. Most importantly, this liner has really good staying power. But, like most, this doesn't last very long on the waterline or tight line. Anyway, this is pretty much my HG liner because it's a lazy girl's best friend.

I have used this eyeliner for the last couple years. I am happy with it however it tends to smudge by the end of the day. I coat it on pretty heavily under my eyes and it often leaks/smears on the corners. I am on the lookout for a more durable eyeliner but i am happy to continue using it until then. Good value for money if purchased over Ebay (slightly cheaper). I use the blackest black.
Hope that helps :)

This is the best eyeliner I have ever tried! Its better than MAC technakohl! It lasts a long time it doesn't smudge but if you smudge it on purpose it lasts! I will definetly buy it again!

Am I the only one who can't even get the stupid thing to apply?!

EDIT: Okay, I used my dad's lighter to melt the sucker.

It now applies easily enough. Still sticks a little and I have to go over two or three times to get it dark enough. Definitely an improvement from not applying at all. It lasts for about six hours and then starts to flake and smudge. I'll repurchase because, hey, at least it stays perfectly for that long.

I used to use Covergirl Perfect Point eyeliner until i found this and decided i'd give it a try. I'm really glad that i did. It doesn't smudge anywhere near as bad as my CG eyeliner. I use it in black/brown and it makes my eyes really stand out. Love it!
