I bought this on accident when Wet 'n' Wild had a 40% off sale. I wanted to get the Megaliner Liquid Liner and silly me didn't notice there was a difference between that and this "H2O proof" liner. This is not waterproof! It creased and smeared all over my lids within an hour and application was a streaky, flakey mess. I couldn't apply this without getting fallout under my eyes and even on my cheeks. The brush was also way too stiff and hard to work with. I wouldn't repurchase this in the future.
The positives of this product are that it is waterproof and it's not expensive.
The big negative is that the applicator is terrible. The tip is so stiff that I feel like I am poking my eyelids all the time and after a while, it hurts. Also, I don't know if it's because the tip or the formula (or because of both), but whenever I'm dragging the tip across my eyes to draw a line, the tip just moves the product around... it doesn't deposit the product. So it's difficult to get a nice smooth line at first try. I had to dot the eyeliner around my lash line in order to create a smooth line, but because of the stiff tip, it just irritated my eyelids more.
Sometimes, the colour changed too. It would start as a nice grey-ish black, but then it turned to a grey-ish black but with whitish dots. It looked pretty gross so I had to wash it away.
This thing will last on your eyes, but the application process is so terrible that I'd rather pay a bit more for better eyeliners.

This is my first MUA review. I purchased this eyeliner in 'smoky' and its a pretty soft black. The formula itself seemed okay and it did not smudge on me and is extremely waterproof (you will need makeup remover to get this off) but the applicator it comes with is terrible, its very hard and pointy which makes it not only difficult to apply the product, but also irritating to my eyelid. I would not recommend.
It's so cheap that it looks dangerous.
However, the felt tip applicator made it easy to apply on the waterline (which seems dangerous, I know)
I think it's definitely more for the "between the eyelash space" that you fill from under, instead of the general "eyeliner" above the lid.
Just like someone who reviewed this product also, I chose the gray instead of black by accident. It gives a more softer look and I actually like it.
However, I won't buy it again because it does clump up and it's dangerous for my eyes.
It's VERY Long lasting. It's hard to come off, so you have to kind of scrape it. That's also the annyoing part. It's just so dangerous! I wonder what kind of chemicals they use.
Last month I checked on the reviews on this, it was hecka good, aha! Like, 80% would buy it again. When I bought it, I was so excited too! First day I wore it, I LOVED it. Second day, OMGOSHWHATHAPPENED. The eyeliner started flaking and it looked REALLY gross. I had to reapply it 2~3 times a day! So no, I would NOT buy it again! Pros is that it stays on for at least 8 hours, and is super black. Cons is that you would have to scrub it off your face, it flakes, and you would need a mirror around you if you're gonna put this eyeliner on!
I'm not used to liquid liners, so i decided to try this as my first and it was ok, its a little hard to apply the tip does not make it easier, sometimes it can last if you apply 2 coats, i would not buy this product again i heard there were better liners for around the same price.

I bought this at the drugstore looking for a nice, cheap, liquid liner. I was in a hurry so grabbed this one. I wanted a black, but accidentally picked up the gray. I tried it when I got home and was super disappointed. I really wanted to like it. It went on watery and sheer looking, and it took major scrubbing to get off! If your looking for a good liquid liner from the drugstore, try L'Oreal linear intense. It is much more pigmented and is a lot easier to work with.
I bought this by accident when I was looking for a new eyeliner. The color was good and the staying power was amazing. The downside to this is that it is really hard to come off even with makeup remover and it has a horrible smell (it kind of smelled like chlorine for some reason). Overall, it's a good product and it literally stayed on my lids for at least 6 hours and it didn't smudge for me.
Tip: Shake the bottle every time you use it or it will come out runny.
*Update* I have definitely moved on from this eyeliner to liquid pen liners. Also, I found that it was hard to get the brush out and it started to irritate my eyes so I stopped using it. It's also kinda flaky.
I bought this eyeliner to try it out and it was horrible.
pros:
- cheap
- small/cute packaging
cons:
- slightly watery
- would go all over my lids when i blinked
- would stick to the crease on my lids
this product is pretty much waterproof. it took many wipes of eye make up remover to take it off - and unfortunately, it took off a few of my eyelashes.haven't used it since and i would not buy it again.
EDIT: i watched a video of someone who really liked this product and i gave it another try. i bought a darker color - dark brown - and tried it again. it's actually not that bad. another brush is recommended - a more precise brush. the brush it has originally is entirely coated with the liner and thus - creates horrible lines. one thing i love about this, is that it is COMPLETELY WATERPROOF. i had to use several tries at make up remover to get it off, and there is still a thin line on my lash line. THE SMUDGING PROBLEM: a way to fix it - for me - is to just wait for the liner to set. allow 20 seconds for it to completely dry before opening your eyes completely.
IF you want a waterproof eyeliner, you must try this.it has it's quirks but ultimately, it's a REALLY good waterproof liquid liner.
This is an average eyeliner. It will stay maybe 3/4 of the day on my oily, Asian half-monolids, but it eventually fades and transfers onto my lower lid. Because it is waterproof, I have to use vaseline to remove it, and it does not come right off. Packaging is kind of cheap, so the product starts to dry out and gets sticky after a few months so that the application isn't smooth anymore. I recommend the Revlon Colorstay Liquid Liner--it's much better.
