This is an excellent product and I wish I'd tried this sooner. My HG topcoat used to be Seche Vite for it's shiny finish and quick-dry feature. However, I hate that it becomes thick and gloopy overtime, and it is not readily available in my area (I drive a good 30-45 min to buy this stuff).
Essie has is widely available, in both drugstores and beauty supply stores as well as salons, the formula is thin and applies evenly without ever shrinking and thickening in the bottle and provides a gorgeous shine that lasts the entire week.

very good top coat; very comparable to seche vite & out the door top coats. dries very quickly. happy w/ this :) continued >>
The best fast drying top coat I used so far, this is way better then Seche Vite! It dries faster and does not give you any shrinkage. I hate waiting for my nails to dry but with this it's no problem you are really good to go in about 10 minutes. It also gives a nice shine to your nails. I took one lippie off because it does not prevent my nailpolish against chipping. Update 12/10/11: another lippie off because although it makes my nailpolish dry really fast it also makes my nailpolish chip faster. So I'm still on the hunt for a fast drying topcoat that also prevents my manicure from chipping.
This topcoat is my holy grail topcoat! I've tried Seche Vite and loads more - none of them work like this! Seche Vite shrinks and I couldn't stand that + it contains "a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm". So Seche Vite is a no-go for me! Good To Go dries within no time, shines like a diamond and lasts for a long time :D I love it! I've already used up two bottles.

I am a fan of Seche Vite top coat, but had found that with some brands of nail polish (esp RBL) I would get shrinkage at the tips one hour after applying the color. Very frustrating. I bought Good to Go based on Makeupalley reviews and problem solved! So glad I bought the Professional kit. I still prefer Seche Vite for all my other colors because this one takes longer to dry.

This top coat is a Godsend. It dries my nails SO quick, gives awesome shine, and I can get at least 7 days of wear out of my polish before it even THINKS about chipping. I pair this with Essie's protein base coat, and they work wonders. I'll never stray from these two, I love them! I don't even care if the top coat is $10, it's totally worth every cent. Try it out, ladies!
I have tried many a TC including Seche Vite (don't), Barielle Manicure Extender (second fav), SH Insta-dry, and Revlon's top coat and Good to Go has quickly become my go-to top coat. It hardens (not just dries, *hardens*) very quickly and has excellent shine. My favourite things about this TC are that 1) It didn't cause unsightly shrinkage (unlike Seche) and 2) is 3-free.
I would recommend this as a top coat despite the price (~ $10). I am very happy with it so far.
Edit: I have bought 4 bottles so far and haven't looked back.
Edit: I have been using this for weeks now and I still LOVE it. HG TC.
This is my favorite top coat ever! It makes my nails shiny and dries them quicker than anything. I apply 2-3 coats depending on the polish. I wait about a minute to let the polish settle, then I apply this. I wait about 5-10 min maximum and my nails are dry. Love this stuff for when I'm on the go! I'm already on my third bottle since I started using it last summer. It is a bit pricey but it lasts a long time.
This is probably the best fast drying top coat I have used so far. I previously used the Sally Hansen drops, but this Essie one blows Sally out of the water. Nail polish dries very quickly (as in dry to touch within 2 minutes), and keeps them looking shiny and new.
The only negative is that I think it makes my polish chip off much faster than usual.
