I RIS this eyeliner. It works great, it truly does just glide right on and stays put. This eyeliner even lasted through a cry :). However, I would never pay retail prices for this pencil. This pencil is a very soft pencil and I didn't have to warm it up one time. Though, I get very similar results with my usual NYC eyeliner in Black and it's usually only a couple bucks. Though, this is still a great eyeliner.

Very rick, dark, highly pigmented, long-wearing eyeliner. I have no complaints about the product itself, but I would like to find a cheaper dupe. I'd happily switch this out of the rotation, as it is a plain black, nothing too exciting here, and should be pretty easy to replace. (This is not the case with the other 24/7 eyeliners I use: baked, underground, bourbon - those are quite unique colors and will be hard to find dupes for.)

My reason for not repurchasing is regarding how expensive this is. And this considered, it would be easier to stomach the price if the packaging were a twist-up tube. Sharpening this pencil wastes more of the expensive product.

I have very oily skin eyelids and should have heeded to other reviews. I bought the eyeliner mascara eyelashes set on HauteLook, wanting to try false eyelashes. I am so disappointed with my purchase! The lashes are too long and the glue bottle is horrible, when I applied pressure to open it, it splashed all over my bathroom, now half the bottle is empty. A very poorly packaged product. Now for the liner. I used it this morning over an eye base, both over my lids and in the waterline. By noon its all gone, the liner is smudged and faded, the waterline area has gathered on my lashes. While the waterline issue happens with many liners including MAC fluidline, the liner over my lids didn't stay either. Very poor staying power, will not buy again. My search for the perfect waterline liner continues...

Bought the Urban Decay Zero for my daughter. She first used it the day of the FCAT testing in the Florida School System. It burned her eyes so terribly that she wasn't able to go to school. They became very swollen, so much so that she could barely see, they hurt so bad she cried and cried and even though she took a shower and re-washed her face and removed all traces of the eyeline, they STILL burned. It took hours to get better! They were swollen and red ALL DAMN DAY!

Very pigmented, intense, creamy black eyeliner. Gentle on the skin because of it's creamy texture. However, if you don't like any possibility of smearing or smudging, or if you have oily skin, this is probably not for you. Since it can run a bit underneath the eyes after wearing it for a few hours, I recommend going over it lightly with a bit of eyeshadow to help seal the liner.
Until I find something better I'm satisfied!

My eyes are sensitive and water quite a bit. My eye lids are oily.

I got zero in a set. I like the pencil it's a soft black colour not to dark and not to light. It lasts a couple of hours on the waterline and fades evenly but it travels all under my eye and makes me look a bit like a panda. it's only minimal

On the eyelid i use a primer and this lasts all day its easy to smudge out and doesn't transfer to my crease.

Its fairly easy to remove and doesn't stain.
I would buy this again as it does what i want it to do but would prefer it to be cheeper as i feel it's not worth the price but overall it's a good product.

The shade is good (it is as black as you could want an eyeliner, but perhaps the sparkling black, 'oil slick', may appeal more for a night-time look) and is very pigmented. The formula is probably its strongest aspect. It is very smooth and silky to apply, but it does not smudge. I don't know how they managed this, but I think that if you're paying for a premium product, it should deliver as well as this! Urban Decay's eye range is excellent, in my opinion, and I never feel begrudged paying for their liners, shadows and primers. I got a set of the 24/7 mini liners and use many of the shades regularly.
I like how the application does not cause tugging on the eye skin, and is manageable to remove, despite having good lasting power. Very, very good product - I don't know what more one could want in an eye liner (except, maybe, a lower price).

Really not worth it! It's not even that black, and it doesn't last at all. It is super creamy and blendable though. I just don't see what all the hype is about!

I gave this product a second shot because I lost my first one but it still doesn't work for me. I have oily eyelids and have tried all sorts of eyeliner whether it be gel, liquid or pencil. Right now I am using the MAC fluidline for my lash line but still on the search for something on my bottom lash line. This liner applies on great but smudges on me and fades away completely eventually. This product is not terrible but not for me since I don't always have time to touch up my makeup.
