I really wanted this makeup to be extraordinary. I have to say though, it's not. I do like it, but it's nothing special. The packaging is really kind of complicated, but it could always be worse! When I use it I pour a little bit of powder into the cap and use a kabuki brush to buff it and apply. The brush it comes with is crap- throw it out. As for coverage... it's nothing near to perfect. I do have very acne prone, red, skin so my spots are a little more difficult to cover than the average person. When I use it by itself it comes out a little bit cakey on my skin, and it eccentuiates the flakyness. (But most powders do do this)
***If you have clear skin, this will be a good makeup to use because it's light weight, quick to apply, and will have nice coverage for you. ***If you have acne, this probably isn't what you want to use. Or atleast you don't want to use it by itself, you'll want a good liquid, or creme foundation underneath it.
This product is also a little too overpriced if you ask me. I bought it for $10 at Walmart. Not worth it really.
I took of one lippie for packaging, one for application, and another for price.

This product gives great coverage, but the finish of it is awful. It leaves you very cakey, plus I have dry skin so it was worse for me.
I love that it's mineral and that it has spf in it, but I wish the finish was better. I even used the slighted bit and I got all dry later on that day from the product.
I would only recommend this to people who have really oily skin.

So, I used this stuff once when I ran out of my Bare Minerals and couldn't afford to spend $30.00 on new foundation... which is very, very sad. Anyways, I bought this stuff because it has minerals and at the time I had terrible, terrible skin and Bare Minerals we really helping and I figured this would at least make due. OMG... Was I wrong! With my first day of wearing it, I got 12 new pimples and this is NOT an exaggeration. The second day 7 more popped up and so on and so on. My skin looked worse than it did before I started using it. I finally broke down and returned to Bare Minerals and gave this to a friend. This is THE WORST foundation I have ever tried.

I don't have much new to add to the song the choir's singing here- it's OK at best. I use it to set my liquid foundation, I don't find it keeps the shine down, and the packaging is very cumbersome and I'd rather not have the pack-in brush at all (I use with a big fluffy powder brush, helps me to apply more evenly). There's loads of it and I'll use it until it's gone, but I plan to try a different product when it's done.

this stuff really works!!! except for the annoying packaging (can't get enough powder out of it and once it is out, it flies a lot!!), it is awesome!! it doesn't break me out, which is great. I've been feeling depressed looking for a foundation/powder to cover up my blemishes without breaking me out and out of the sudden, I jumped into this one. Nothing else seems to work better than this. Not only it gives a natural, light coverage, but also I feel that it doesn't harm my skin! The best thing is that you can get it anytime in the drug store. My sister used to use Bare Escentuals and i think it has the same effect with my Physician Formular, only mine is way cheaper. I love the way my skin look with it, and have high hope that it will be my HG for years.

After experiencing some cystic acne recently, I stopped using most lotions & decided to try a powder with spf protection instead. This seemed like a good bet, it was $10 so I figured I'd give it a try. The brush is terrible, it irritated my skin so I threw it out & use a soft kabuki brush instead. However, the performance of this product does not suit my skin type. I am in my late 30s but still have problems with oiliness & break-outs and this powder does nothing for shine. If anything, it accentuates pores & has a sheen to it that just makes my skin look bad (maybe the mica gives you that big pored, shiny look?). I have been mixing some of the Avon Mark Matte-Nifficent powder on the brush along with this to help with the shine, but I think I will be on the look out for a powder with spf protection that works better for my skin type. continued >>

I use this to set my foundation. It is my HG over any other namebrand powder. The color is an amazing match for me (I am Translucent Light) and after I apply my liquid foundation, I use my concealer brush to target areas where I have breakouts. Then I use my Bare Minerals Foundation Brush to apply all over my face. I don't rely on indoor lighting since lamplight is a liar, so I've checked my color in the natural light, and It's perfect. No cakeyness, and no dry patches (thank you God!) the only thing I hate about this product is the packaging. The brush sucks, so I throw it away, and the lid gets loose after time. I just transfer the powder into my old bareminerals foundation container that I used up and It's fine, no spills.

I don't get the hype, after reading all the reviews, I kept believing it was a good product, but then I finally read the lower raters and glad I'm not the only one. I don't get it, it doesn't cover at all, today, I packed it on, but nothing! Yeah, don't get it.

This is the mineral powder I am recently using. I can honestly say that I'm not a fan of it, even though I'm trying my hardest to use it all up so it's not a waste. I have very oily/combination skin. When I first apply my makeup in the morning, my skin looks great. But by 12-2 o'clock rolls around I'm an oil slick. I go to school monday through friday, so I hate the idea of carrying around pressed powder to help with my shine.
I don't really have a big problem with breakouts, they're just occasional. But I do have a problem trying to find a product that doesn't break me out. This works great for that reason.
But, instead of reading my rambles. I'll just list the things I like/dislike:
LIKE: It has good consistency, I think it covers pretty well. I could have a blemish on my cheek, and if I apply a couple layers, it pretty much fades. It's not too hard to get a good amount of product. It evens out my skin. Makes it look flawless.
DISLIKE: The "flawless-ness" doesn't last long. This stuff pretty much makes me even more oily. But it doesn't break me out. Right now, my forehead is basically reflecting light. I do have bangs though, and those might be adding to the oil:/

I'm going to set out on a journey to find a better mineral foundation than this. I'm really disappointed in this product. If it could absorb oil, I would like it a lot more.
Just ends up make my skin look terrible.
