This mascara didn't work for me at all. Not only did it do almost nothing for my lashes (it weighed them down and didn't help define them), wearing even a little bit of this gave me severe migraines. That didn't happen with another mascara I use, so maybe it's just an ingredient in this product.

I hate this mascara -.- It was absolutely the worst I've ever used, no lie. My lashes clumped and became like 3 lashes no matter what I did. The brush didn't help either.

DRAMA!! i Looove this mascara, my lashes arent really lacking in any way they're not long and they're not short and they're not sparse. Also they're pretty straight but not pin straight. I would say they are average.. ? anyways I as well am very surprised at such the low ratings with this mascara. I think its wonderful. It IS a wet mascara and usually with wet mascaras lashes droop down but i haven't experienced this with Zoom Lash. I layer it on. As others have said it's kind of a mascara you have to be patient with and work with slowly but i think its sooooo worth every second of perfecting it. :) its the best mascara I have ever used. It holds a curl nicely, it doesn't smudge it doesn't flake and my lashes look so full and thick and dramatic like if i have false lashes on! which I'm not a big fan of (falsies that is). Its just a little bit clumpy. I guess it depends on the persons lashes but I'm not sure. aside from just brushing it on normally I also brush it on from the top side of my lashes which seperates them a little more. Maybe use a metal eyelash comb.? I don't find myself needing to use one though. I usually use 2-3 coats. good luck with this mascara be patient and try different ways of putting it on. :)

I think this is the most dissapointing MAC product I've tried so far.
The first time I used it I thought ''Do I really have mascara on my lashes?!'' And it's considered to give dramatic results! How can it be?? The only difference was that my lashes looked darker and heavier than normal...
I rated it with 2 because the colour is quite dark, the price is ok and sometimes (with lots of luck and practice I guess) I achieved satisfying results. Plus, I have friends who tried it and loved it, so I guess it can be appropriate for some.
But for me it didn't work and I will not repurchase.
(Oh, and the worst part is that the saleslady accidentaly gave me 2 - though I was planning to buy a black zoom-lash and a brown pro-lash, so I stuck with 2 of them!)

I'd like to give this zero.
Maybelline Great Lash works better than this (and we all know how bad that is).
This is watery, clumpy, messy, strong enough to burn non-sensitive eyes, and doesn't do anything except look bad.
It's cheaper than most non-drugstore mascaras and now I know why.
When I was at the MAC counter asking about mascaras they had because of how horrible this mascara was they all looked shocked because they all claim to love how wonderful this product is.
Oh please, it's no wonder all the MAC girls are *always* wearing fake eyelashes. What does that tell you about their mascaras?

Thought the mascara would b great bc I am faithful to Mac's eyeshadow and I thought id give it a try. The zoom was so clumpy and dried out so fast...so disappointed.

Not impressed,will not buy again..still hooked on Loreal Million volumous lashes mascara better!

Another mascara that irritates my eyes (not all brands irritate me). Colour and the overall look is satisfactory. nothin amazing or special about it.

This product is terrible.... Though they claim it curls an separates your lashes it clumps and makes a mess... This is nowhere close to the MAC standards...

I was really disappointed with this. Its probably the worst product i have ever bought from MAC. Its clumpy, the brush makes it hard to apply and the product is too wet that it just makes a mess if you have long eyelashes like me. It doesnt really lengthen or make your lashes look thick and full - it just makes a clumpy mess. I have tried so hard to like it but most of the time it just looks horrible. The only good thing about it is that its very black. Its quite expensive and definitely not worth it. I wont be buying this again.
