Really lovely cool and soothing - moisture without being greasy which is perfect for before bed moisturising to sleep in. I have super sensitive skin and have had no problem with it. Both my mum and I use it. I've stopped using any moisturiser recently though as I don't feel I need it. But when I do it is always this one.
This product gives me a rash! Clinique is supposed to be hypoallergenic, but this one is not! I get itchy, white and red patches whenever I use it! I don't recommend!
Love the way this feels on my oily sensitive skin.
It wasn't cheap, but is definitely worth it's price.
Very simple, easy to recycle store packaging. Love that it is in a pump - helps me ration it, and I've heard that using moisturisers in jars can lead to acne.
Like anyone, I want to keep my skin healthy and youthful. As I went into my 30s I noticed a couple things:
1) I still had oily skin and it seemed that seemed to get more pimples than other women my age.
2) I didn't seem to have as many wrinkles as those same women my age.
So, although I knew I needed to start moisturizing so keep my skin healthy and youthful, I had a hard time adding that to my routine...when anything I tried felt ucky on my face and I didn't think I really needed it yet. However, now that I am closer to 40 than 30...I thought I should try to find something. This product was recommended, and I've used it every day since I bought it. I will definitely use it all up, and buy it again.
I stopped using this a few weeks ago to try estee lauder daywear advanced multi protection anti oxidant lotion for oil skin, and I have to say woooowwww, big difference in my skin, I stopped breaking out, my skin looks a lot smoother, I have to say clinique was a total waste of my time, so not going back to it, its goin in the bin!!!!!!
I wish this moisturizer hadn't broken me out because I loved what it did for my skin otherwise. It provided the perfect amount of hydration, left my complexion looking dewy and lovely. The non-greasy formula was excellent for my oily/combo skin. At first I was so impressed, I thought it was my HG moisturizer at last.
Then after a few days of use I started getting these really weird, large, under-the-surface-type blemishes that took forever to go away. The only other product that has caused that kind of reaction for me is Clinique's DDML. No problems with Clinique's other moisturizers, I've tried a ton of them. I think the yellow dye Clinique uses in these two products was breaking me out. I could be wrong, but I won't be using either one ever again.
I love this. My forehead use to break out so much (because of my bangs) but this gel made it disappear within 3 days. Amazing. I use half a pea sized amount all over my face and then use a heavier cream over the center of my face (because it is drier). I highly reccomend this for oily and acne prone skin types, super gentle and effective. My skin looks absolutely gorgeous.
I continue to come back to this product (I use the lotion with the pump which I find is excellent for making the product last). From time to time I try other moisturisers with fancier gimmicks and marketing ploys, but this 'moisture drink' is the only one I trust, and the only one I feel I get my money's worth with. It is simple and effective and my skin thanks me too. Kind people often tell me I have nice skin. I give Clinique the credit for the occasional compliment that comes my way.
This gel moisturizer feels smooth and lightweight on my skin. Since I have oily/combo skin, I always had trouble finding the perfect oil-free moisturizer. It sinks in the skin quickly and leaves no residue^^ However, I only recommend it for oily/combo because it is not that hydrating. This is a must buy HG item!!! Don't let the price dissuade you!! it is worth the money!! (;
This is the third step in my 3-step Clinque routine. The DDML was just a little too much for me, but the DDMG is perfect. It soaks right in and makes my skin feel so good. I cannot go without this and I use it faithfully morning and evening.
This is a light weight moisturizer that is good for a person with sensitive skin that does not need that much extra hydration. I have very temperamental skin that is oily in all the dry places and I also have acne. This has not been "dramatically different" for me, I think I will go back to Moisture Surge Intense in the future.
This did moisturise me but it did not change the texture or anything else with my skin. My skin dries out very easily and this did not stop the winter and summer weather from getting to my skin.
