I have very sensitive eyes and the other removers I used would sting. This is the first remover I used that was gentle and easily removed my waterproof makeup. The only reason I took 1 lippe off is because of price. I found a dupe of this at Target...Sonia Kashuk's "Remove". It works just as well and it's only $10 for a 4.75 oz bottle.

I got a sample of this years back when I bought one of Lancome Blanc Expert product. I was impressed at how easy it is to remove my eyes makeup just by rubbing once. Years down the road I tried other eyes makeup remover brands such as The Body Shop, Paul Joe, Shiseido but nothing work as great as this!!!
I shall only stick to this!!! Yes this product is expensive but I'm willing to pay to a product that I'm comfortable using and it does what it said.

This does remove non waterproof makeup very fast, just one swipe and it is gone. But I do wear waterproof mascara daily, I have to hold the pad (generously soaked) against my eye for 10 to 15 seconds, and then gently rub the lashes to get the stuff off. It is a good remover, but expensive. It did not sting my eyes. But I won't be re-buying this. The Clinique Take the day off one (2 phase) does as well, and is cheaper.

This is a great make up remover. It does not sting my eyes and it's kinda oily after using it. It doesn't remove everything in one swipe but it's good enough for me. I'm sure there are cheaper ones out there that can do the same job.

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by how much easier it was to remove my make-up. Eye shadows, liners and non-waterproof mascara slide off like a dream, without any "dragging" on my skin.

This also removed long-wearing lipsticks with little effort.

It's not as oily as I expected but it does leave a film of fine oil on the skin after use. This rinses off without a problem, I did not mind this as every scrap of make-up got removed.

My skin had no breakouts from this product given the fragrance and "oiliness".

The two-tone blue makes any bathroom look chic and I have re-purchased this three times already. Though I am paying the top price for a cleanser, the benefits outweigh the price tag.

This is a good product but I have no idea why they perfumed it! It is also much more expensive than the clinique 'take the day off' eye makeup remover which does a very similar job and is less likely to irritate eyes.

As a disclaimer, I've tried the Neutrogena Oil Free eye makeup remover, Mary Kay Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover, Bioderma Makeup Remover, L'Oreal Refreshing Eye Make Up Remover, and Estee Lauder Makeup Remover and for the Lancome Bi Facil I would say that is it NOT as amazing as what I thought it would be.

I do not wear eyeshadows on a regular basis but I do wear eyeliner and mascara on pretty regular basis. I'm a mascara junkie so I've tried so many mascara (waterproof/non waterproof) and eyeliner I mainly use MAC, Physician Formula, K Palette and Dollywink. I think this makeup remover DOES NOT meet my expectations of Lancome. I've use cotton balls, cottn pads, Q tips to removed my eye makeup using this and many times i need to scrub or rub my eye that it gets irritating. I've tried to leave it at my eye for a few seconds or minutes but it doesn't help. Overall, I would not recommend this if you are someone that wants to spend very little time getting your makeup off (especially mascara). I like the Mary Kay and Bioderma much better, not only is it cheaper, it is alot easier to remove my mascara + eyeliner. But for a note, the neutrogena makeup remover is very similiar in formula but that one took me even LONGER to remove my makeup.

This product is a bit oily but I actually don't mind it. Just make sure you shake the bottle well before you use it. I like this product because it gets rid of any eyelash glue residue off my eyelids from wearing false lashes and in my opinion I think it removes my eye makeup quite well.

Great eye makeup remover! I just feel like it doesn't disolve ALL of the makeup. After I wake up the next morning after I used it to remove makeup the night before I will stil see dark circles under my eyes due to the eye makeup it didn't pick up. And I don't wear that much eye makeup! Other than that... great product, not greasy, and gentle on the eyes.
