Overall, I really like this gold. Unlike Gorgeous Gold, it goes well with a variety of looks. It doesn't go on super heavy, but delivers a nice subtle gold shimmer.

This is the best colour of gold out there. I have NC 35-ish skin (lighter in winter, sometimes darker in summer). While this isn't super intense on my skin, it makes me look glowy, with perfect gold creases in my eyes. I use a lighter colour as a highlight and lid shade, usually nylon etc. Lately though I've taken to using this over my Shiseido goldlights, it's a great look for casual coffee. I WILL buy this again, which is saying something, I own about 100 shadows, maybe more!

This is the perfect shade of gold! The color is super intense, and works great wet or dry. It is absolutely perfect for brown eyes.

My absolute favourite eyeshadow from MAC. I use it pretty much daily with my Mythology and Bronze eyeshadows. I would def re-purchase this when I ran out :)

I've been on the search for a perfect gold eyeshadow for a long time, I have MAC Gorgeous Gold also which looks like a lovely gold in the pan but turns green on application. Goldmine truly is a unique shimmery gold color. I will definitely repurchase when I run out!

Intense gold w/ shimmer and a frost. Almost bought gorg gold over this but got steered toward this one instead (via another mac fiend) w/ similiar coloring. My only gold e/s and not an everyday one for me but definitely getting used. I didn't think gold would bring out my hazel eyes so much but a pleasant surprise. Very pretty yellow gold color. I like to pair it with Woodwink which makes the gold stand out and give it a metallic look. very nice texture and color... will buy it again!

This product is ok, but it's not great to be used on it's own. Because I personally have a yellow skin undertone, it makes me look sick if i wear it alone. I ususally wear it with Woodwinked to give it an extra gold tone to it but, again not great by it's self. It applys alright, not as smooth and even as i'd like but it gets the job done.

The SA at Nordy's used this on me on top of the new N Collection Paint Pot Soft Ochre and the look was amazing. My brown eyes popped and the gold color was so soft, feminine, and sexy. It gave my brow such a pretty highlight and it emphasized my arch. The thing is I had no idea what the color was (b/c I never asked and she didn't mention it) until I got home and continued to be wowed by the way she put the eyeshadow on. So, I went directly to the MAC site and guessed at a few colors it might be-I then went on to MUA and compared the reviews this one seemed to be very popular and it got great reviews. I went back and asked for this color and low and behold it was it! I highly recommend this color it looks a lot more gold in the pot but if you use it w/MAC's brush 217 as I do it goes on so beautifully.
