PF is proving that they are the go to company for fantastic eye liners. First the Gel/Cream and now this eyeliner. (The pencils will be next)
The EB 2 in 1 eyeliner, has a stiff, thin, brush that feels like a felt tip liner. Just shake it and apply. The control is superb with no skipping. Glides on like a felt tip but gives you intense precise lining like a liquid. (thin or thick it's so easy) I got twelve hours of wear recently with no smudging or fading. It come off easily with cleanser or eye make up remover so no worries there.
The colors are Deep Brown, Black and Ultra Black. I bought Deep Brown and the pigment is strong and dark. Darker than MAC Dipdown More like brown/black. I've been using it for a month and haven't noticed lash growth but I don't care. If you love the look of a liquid liner but don't like the mess that can happen, Get this!

This is my favorite eyeliner now because it is super easy to put on, it goes on in a smoothly subtle line and lasts all day. I have no idea if it will actually improve my lashes, but it doesn't matter because it's a great liner.
Update: after using this for awhile, I've found that my lashes are thicker and longer. They are still light in color compared to my hair and eyebrows, so I still need eye makeup, but there's definitely an improvement overall. Very cool product & very worth the money.

NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! I'm on my way to return this right now. I was recommended this liner, and figured I'd try it as a cheaper alternative to my usual $30 YSL liner. I purchased it in Ultra Black 7365, and it is not even black. I got a sheer, grayed out version of black. But worst of all, is that this liner BLEEDS like crazy! I drew a line, and then it started spreading, looked really sloppy and gross. I assume that it's the serum part that is making it bleed, but it really looks terrible. I would never recommend this, yuck.

Reading so many positive reviews made me really want to buy it. I bought it for about 12 dollars (more expensive side for DS) It doesn't make me have 10 more lashes but they are stronger. The staying power for me isn't that great.

Love, love it! The pen gives so much control, and it's super easy to get the shape you want. The formula lasts all day as well, and the cap has a spring so it doesn't dry out as fast. The lash boosting works a bit (I notice that my lashes are a tiny bit thicker), but definitely not as amazing as the package claims. Took off a lippie since you get very little product for the high price (at least for a drugstore eyeliner).

The only thing is that the Black colour is more of a gray, and you should go for Ultra Black instead.

Edit: Took off two lippies because my cap broke after a little while. It just wouldn't click shut any more, and now I have to wrap a tissue around the black plastic part at the front to make it close. It's now pretty much usable. I really love the product, too! What a disappointment.

I am just here to reiterate all the wonderful things people have said about this eye liner. I read a great review on a blog and saw it on sale for 40% off at CVS recently and thought what the heck.

I am pretty much the worst ever at applying eye liner and it is so freaking easy with this felt pen. I mean effortless. I haven’t once had to go back and thin it out due to over applying like I am used to with other eyeliners. My old technique involved applying, q tipping to thin out, then filing in holes where I over thinned. Nightmare compared to this!

Don’t know if it’s really going to boost my lashes, but whatever! I like this eyeliner plenty for what it is – eyeliner!

I love this product so much! Before I was buying Japanese liquid eyeliners online because I couldn't find a good priced American liquid eyeliner that was packaged this way. All of them had it in a little bottle with a wand you pulled out and I couldn't get precise lines, etc.

This is why I love this product, it's easy to apply, no smudging, no flaking, great pigmented line, precise lining, great packaging, convenient to find in many stores.

Can't say so much about the eyelash serum that's supposedly in there cause I was only really looking for a liquid eyeliner and not looking at my eyelashes. Anyway, if you are looking for a great eyeliner this is definitely one of the best!

Why did I think Urban decay liner was good??? why did I think ANY liquid eyeliner was good compared to this gem!!! This is easy to use and wears a very long time in all kinds of conditions. This holds up to hours in the Texas heat, exercizing, and it even held up being stranded near Corpus!!! (a coastal city). I am in love. I have this in the darkest color and I will say that you do have to shake it to get the best color payoff, but that's not a problem for me. You can get a tiny line or a thick line, this is pretty much the best purchase i've made in a while. I will be updating on the lash growing portion as the weeks go by, so far it's been a week today and I've noticed that a little portion of broken lashes on my top lid have started catching up to the rest of my eyelashes (they were very awkwardly short). I have also noticed tiny little baby lashes starting to come in along my lashline! I'm excited for this development, and I will update next week
Edit: 6/19/2012:
I am absolutely loving this eyeliner still, I've used it everyday since i've bought it i order to see the changes in my lashes during a 4 week period, I've been using this for two solid weeks and have noticed changes in my lashes. I bought new mascara during this time to the Revlon grow luscious mascara so I cannot contribute lash growth solely to this product, however, using the two products i've noticed that my lashes are softer and much fuller. *note: on the packaging for this eyeliner it said that results were from the combination of liner and mascara, I decided that if I wanted the best results to buy a lash growing mascara to use with the liner*) I noticed lashes growing inbetween my existing lashes last week, these lashes are about half the size of my regular lashes now! the growth is very accelerated! I have never seen lashes growing like this on my eyes, this is absolutely due to the use of the lash products and i'm very pleased with how much fuller the lashes are. I have not seen any dramatic growth as far as length goes, but they are not any shorter.

Great dupe for the Heroine Make Smooth Liner which is one of my HGs :) The Japanese-style pen-brush format makes it very easy to use and I definitely recommend it for people who are scared of liquid liner, or have trouble making liquid liners look natural on their eyes. I cannot tell if it has made my lashes longer/ thicker but the nourishing ingredients can't hurt ;) Compared to the Heroine one I'd say the color (black) is a bit darker and the brush size is a little thicker. Overall a very good liner, I just wish it was cheaper in Canada...it is almost $10 cheaper in the states :(
