i had to review this because i've read so many conflicting reviews. i even read someone saying it was too dark. now, when you buy black eyeliner (i'm assuming thats what she was talking about), don't you generally want it to be, well.. black!? i realize some come out a little lighter, but black is black, and that's what most people love about it!!
anyway. it goes on smooth, it is dark and bold and easy to use. i haven't had a problem with it smearing after i let it set for a few minutes. i love it. it has the intensity of a cream/gel liner in the ease of a pencil. the price is a little much for drug store brand, but it's worth it.

I bought this in black and brown. I like it, okay. The pigmentation is great and it's much smoother than any other drugstore eyeliner I've tried. It doesn't stay on my waterline any particular length of time, though. It stays longer than WnW but for less time than Covergirl.

I will say that it seems almost too soft, however. I wa susing it on my top lid and it was dulled, but when I sharpened it, it broke off on my lid. I sharpened it again and it did the same thing. I would have stuck it in the freezer for a bit, but I was in a hurry to get to my friends wedding. I ended up with messed up e/l and feeling rushed. I don't know If I would buy it again, simply because of that.

Overall, it's okay.

I love this! It's comparable to high end liners but awesome drugstore price. It might seem a bit pricier than other drug store liners, but cost-to-quality? It's loads cheaper. Super creamy, super pigmented and after I put it on, it does not budge.

This stays on my waterline literally all day. First ever eyeliner that I have found to do that. It makes a very dark pigment and once its dried it stays all day on my waterline and lash lines. Its really super dark and dramatic. The only flaw for me is, that it irritates my eyes when on the waterline ALOT! Which totally bums me out because it was great. However, irritated eyes sucks. Won't repurchase this, but I do recommend because it may not irritate your eyes! Or if your not going to wear it on your waterline then it'll be good..

Love this! HE quality liner at a drug store price. What's not to love! Very creamy, intense pay-off. I have them in every color except green (they are always OOS, but I will find one!). The gold one is so gorgeous, the blue one has purple reflects! The retractable ones are a bit less creamy, but that's to be expected, and they are still smoother than most. Only downside: EXTREME pain to sharpen. *TIP* Put in fridge for 15 mins (or freezer for 5). It sharpens beautifully.

I first heard about this on YouTube and decided to try this during Milani's Cyber Monday sale when their entire site was 50% off. Their site was so overwhelmed and it took almost 2 weeks to get but it was worth it!

The pigmentation of this liner is amazing. Rich bold black. Give it about 15 or so seconds to set and it will not rub off whatsoever!

For $6.99 (depending on where you live), this is s steal and gives higher end liners a run for their money!!!!

I used to swear by MUFE's aqua eyes in 0L, which is the matte black one, however mine dried out. Pretty bad and that stuff is not cheap so I bought this as a replace until I had the money for the mufe.
This is the best. For real this time! Its so much deeper in terms of color, this is the blackest!! It glides on like nothing else and it just wont move, you do need make up remover to take this off.
The only downside for me its that its sooo creamy and I am not used to it so I didnt get to control it as much as Id like but I am getting there.

Ok, so here's my deal. I've been using an old lancome kohl eyeliner for the longest, then I saw these reviews and they were all so different that I had to try it and see for my self. Found it at cvs, I expected it to be cheaper but it was mid range for a drugstore brand. The first time I put this liner to my upper lid, it glided across so smoothly with such an intense black pigment that I was shocked. Now let me say that my lid is super shiny and oily so I usually get that awful smudge line on my upper lid within an hour of wearing it. The Milani eyeliner had amazing staying power - no upper eyelid line and believe it or not even watery eyes kept it in place. I'd def recommend this eyeliner! One thing though, it's a real hassel getting it off. Maybe it's this way for other deeply pigmented eyliners but using Lancome's eye makeup remover I have to use it about three times in order to get it all off. Also I've never tried sharpening yet, so I'm curious if I'll have a hard time like other reviewers. Over all though I love this eyliner!

Soft like butter and pitch black! I love putting this on my waterline, no effort needed or tugging of my eyes. Like heaven for my waterline!
- 2 lippes : I don't use it on my upper lid as it's too soft and doesn't last on my oily lid. The line doesn't get very precise either due to the softness. It's alright for smudging out with a smoky look. I haven't yet found any eyeliner that stay all day on my waterline and this one fades quite quickly.
Another thing I have to say about this pencil is that the product itself is SO soft that is not very long-lasting, so when I sharpen it lots of product gets wasted:(

I use this on my waterline. I think it works better than alot of expensive eye liners. I have used mac's, urban decays, estee lauder just to name a few. HOwever they all smudge on my water line and does not have the lasting power. I would say the color is very intense and black. It still smudges at the end of the day- within 3 hours I would say, even with black eyeshadow on top of it. It is very easy to apply, however it is extemely hard to sharpen. If you use a cheap sharper, it will just eat up the pencil. I would recommend in investing in a nicer sharper if you want this eye liner. I use the sephora brand sharper and it works pretty good. For now, i will continue using it since it is a cheap alternaltive until i find a better one.
