I really like this gel liner! I have it in black - it's really pigmented, and the brush that came with it isn't bad either. Goes on super smoothly and lasts the whole night of dancing and getting all oily/sweaty. I only really use this gel liner on nights out, so I have yet to see if it lasts allllllll day (I use liquid liner during the day). It is kinda hard to remove though, even with waterproof eye makeup remover. But other than that, I'm happy with it! Especially at this price point.

edit: took one lippie off 'cause it is waterproof and I have to use oil based eye makeup remover. I don't like to use oils near my eye area frequently. Still like to product, will be great if they make a non-waterproof version.

This is a great gel eyeliner. I tried Bobby Brown and Mac in the past, this is the best in every respect. It does not smudge and glades easily, stays in place, does not come off in little flecks like Blacktrack. Performs good (can't say excellent) when used in waterline, better than Blacktrack and BB. I will use the rest of Blacktrack but will not buy it again. I will buy this one again for sure.

I was really excited to try this eyeliner- it was my first gel eyeliner. The colour is an intense, deep black which is great. However, it smudges so much! I have oily eyelids, and I normally use the eyeliner without a primer, so after a few hours it smudges all over my bottom lids. Also, when I use an eyelash curler, the eyeliner will stick from my eyelid onto the curler. So I have to reapply my eyeliner after putting on mascara, which is a huge letdown. I won't be repurchasing this- I'm not sure if I just bought a dud (because other people have raved about this product), but it has turned me off buying it again.

Overall this is a good product. The pigmentation is great, and I've had it for well over a year now and it's still not dryer than when I bought it. Once you apply it and it dries down it becomes absolutely smudge and waterproof. Nothing but oil and rubbing will tear this apart.
It is a quite good product for the prize (8-9£), but I'm a bit picky and I wish it was a tiny bit more liquid, because that would make it a lot easier to apply.
The reason that I wouldnt repurchase this is that it's not cruelty free, and because I usually prefer the sharp look you can get with liquid liners. If you want something that's blendable and looks softer this will be a great product for you :)

I've been using this eyeliner (in black) for a couple of years, as a cheaper alternative to Smashbox. It lasts all day & does not smudge or lose it's pigment during the day. My only issue is that about half way through the jar, it starts to dry out and becomes flaky when applied. Those little flakes fall under and INTO my eye. I end up tossing the product and buying a new one, which is pretty wasteful, but it's still cheaper than buying the more expensive alternatives.

Cons:
-very hard to take off, even with Vaseline and makeup remover.
-it smudges, even if you've had it on for hours, it'll smudge, especially on your eyelid.
-very messy

I can't think of any pros other than its easy to apply on.

I love how this eyeliner glides on so nicely BUT it smudges like crazy. I was used to a different brand that stayed on forever but this brand gets all over my upper eyelid by the end of the day. And if you accidentally touch you eyes any time during the day it comes right off. The pot does last a long time but I can't stand all the smudging... I guess I'll have to keep searching for a better gel eyeliner...

Definitely my GO-TO EYELINER! I use thicker eyeliner (because of my monolid eyes), so I do have to be careful with smudging and I need liner that lasts all day.

This lasts me all 8 hrs through work and another 4 hours of class without breaking a sweat. It's been thru heat, cold, humidity, and dryness. It does smudge a teeny little bit on the lower-outer corner of my eyes, but only because of the way my eyes are shaped. The brush is nice and precise, you can get a thin line or a thick line depending on how you use it. Other than this, no problems!

I've tried MAC's Blacktrack. They're both equally great in quality. Blacktrack is definitely more "black." I go over the eyeliner twice with Maybelline for it to be super-black. However, for less than half the cost (around $6-7 at my local drugstore), and for how much eyeliner I go through, I will always choose this. I haven't had any problems with the product drying out. Just gotta keep it closed up when you're not using it.

If you're looking for a MAC Blacktrack dupe, this is it ladies! (I just picked up Loreal's gel eyeliner. I will update later after comparison).

This is such a great eye liner! Applies smoothly and in a subtle way.. if you want, you can build it up. The brush is great as well, very precise and easy to use and I am a newbie when it comes to gel eye liners xD
Definitely will be repurchasing this one!
