As a 24 year old woman, I’ve been using the same 7ml drugstore liquid concealer for the past 10+ years. I thought it was pretty great. Each 7ml tube would last me 5-7 months. I had to reapply 2-3 times throughout the day (usually early afternoon and early evening) after my initial morning ritual, but assumed that was standard for concealers. I was pleased with the way it looked and felt on my face, and the way it blended nearly-perfectly in to my skintone.
Over the past two years, I’ve started to incorporate SPF moisturizer into my daily face routine as my skin has become increasingly dry. (Age? Environment? Genetics? Not sure. It’s entirely possible that it’s always been dry but I’ve never fully noticed until recently). Plus, I’ve read that the inclusion of moisturizer – regardless of personal skin condition – boasts a long line of benefits. So, I began to purchase a 200ml bottle of moisturizer (approximately $10 on sale) along with my liquid concealer (approximately $7 on sale) a few times per year. I would have to buy the moisturizer every 6 months, and the concealer a few times per year, too. After a while, I realized this method was too expensive for my personal taste. Plus, to be honest, my skin never seemed to absorb the moisturizer. It just kind of sat, lifelessly, on my skin. I had been wanting to try a bb cream for a few years (after reading many glowing reviews, watching how-to videos on YouTube, and admiring KPop idols’ skin). In late December of 2012, I decided that it was finally time to go for it. If it worked out, I’d be saving money annually, and if it didn’t work out, I could re-gift it to a friend or family member. I had always heard extensive hype surrounding Missha, specifically, so after doing some research, I decided to go with “Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream.” I ordered the bb cream on sale, 50ml – straight from South Korea – and after eleven business days, it arrived. I was very excited.
I’ll preface this by saying: I have fair, dry skin with pale yellow/green undertones (and blue/purple undertones under my eyes). I purchased shade #21 and it is PERFECT; it matches my skin perfectly. For reference, I’m usually the lightest shade available when using other products, ie. Covergirl 1 and “Ivory” in other brands. This bb cream has excellent coverage and texture (so soft and natural); it leaves my skin looking fresh and flawless. It adds this special healthy “glow” to my face. It does have a bit of a “dewy” finish, as others have described, so I just pat a tiny bit of pressed powder on top; not too much, as I’d like to avoid drying out my skin. I add a little bit of blush, too. A little bb cream goes a long way, which is great for two reasons: 1) I won’t have to buy the product often; and 2) It doesn’t look “cakey.” I now put this on every morning around 8am and I don’t notice any visible fading throughout the day (or evening)! I can’t report on wrinkle coverage, since I don’t have noticeable wrinkles (other than in my forehead, but my bangs cover that). I can’t report on acne, either – my skin is generally clear, with the odd pimple here and there, and red spots under/around my nose and chin. I am very, very happy with this product. I’ll definitely purchase it again in the future. This 50ml bottle should last me at least 6 months. Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream provides better and longer-lasting coverage compared to my old concealer and moisturizer combined, and I’ll end up saving a lot of money in the long run. Win-win. Very excited and pleased!

I was excited to try this line because it has more colors than most Asian BB cream lines AND it has warm colors, which is great for someone who is very yellow like me. I bought this in #27, which I thought would be great for my NC25/30 skin but it ended up being a bit orange and dark. I'd say it's solidly NC35/37.
By itself, this BB cream has decent lasting power (maybe 6-8 hrs) and a lovely dewy, skin-like finish. It doesn't break me out, but test before you use it because BB creams have a lot of "stuff" in them and can potentially break some people out. This one evens out skin tones and is great at hiding sun spots and acne scars, although it won't cover up extreme redness like erupted pimples. It's light-medium coverage, depending on how much you use. I don't think it lasts as long as the Skin79 Hot Pink BB cream, which wears like iron and lasts 12+ hrs on me. I would definitely set this BB cream with some powder if you want it to last longer!
To solve the color problem, I mix #27 with my greyer BB creams (Skin79 Hot Pink) to get a yellow shade that matches me very well. This mixture gives me a bit of a dewy finish (from the Missha) and longer lasting power (from the Skin79). While I like the mixture, it's just annoying that I have to mix two products to get a good shade, so I'm taking off a lippie for the color range in this line because it jumps all over the place. #23 looks really light on me (maybe NC20?) but #27 jumps all the way to NC35/37!
All in all, I still like this BB cream. It's affordable and easy to find (I ordered off Amazon), and it gives very natural, even coverage. It comes in a squishable tube with a pump, which is sanitary, easy to use and allows you to get every drop out by the end. You may have to go through some trial-and-error to find a shade that works for you though!
This is awesome. So much better than having to put on a moisturizer and then a foundation. This is the ONLY product that blends perfectly with my skin. Pale olive, and I wear color #21. I have not experienced the grayishness others have mentioned. It makes my skin softer and healthier and it looks so natural. I will certainly keep buying this. It's a shame it's so hard to get... but I did find an American seller online and she was honest and shipped fast so I will stick with her as long as she's selling.
I absolutely fell in love with this,, what great cover for such a little tube of product!! I bought this on sale so all was good for me... It easily covers my blemishes and doesn't break me out!! (yet) I will have to wait and see.. but I loved it.. no cakey look.. just something very very light and easy with good cover.. I will definitely buy this again if I do run out.
I like this product. It has nice coverage, it's super smooth, and has great great great sun protection. I think I do notice a difference in my skin when I wear this. It's very moisturizing , so it might not work for oily skin and I think it has anti aging benefits as well. The only thing i absolutely hate about this product is the color. It's greyish. It fades, but it's kind of gross looking at first.
I have used this product for a year, eventually got bored (like I always do) but am planning on purchasing it again. I have sensitive and dry skin, despite the old lady smell it does not irritate my skin. The smell grew on me and now I like it. The coverage is good also. For reference I have Siberia skin, or MAC NC5-10 and I mixed the 13 and 21 for a perfect match. I only gave it four stars because it is not very long wearing, unless you wear powder (which I don't). By the end on the day my skin basically has nothing on it.
I bought this after reading lots of reviews. My skin is 64 years old, saggy with age spots. Luckily I don't have too many lines. The BB cream is wonderful. I had been looking for a sunscreen that wasn't greasy, could be applied thickly and was tinted. This has ticked all the boxes. I bought #23 as that seemed to be popular. I was seriously concerned about selecting a shade from the internet. But it's perfect. I recently tried a trial of a product said to cover tattoos. I have to say the Missha BB Perfect Cover was just as good as the other product regarding cover. I don't expect it to perfom long term miracles (I don't expect anything to!) but for what I wanted, and at very few dollars, it is brilliant.

I love this product. I've wanted to use BB cream for a long time and I'm really happy with this one! I'm using shade #21 which is surprising to me. My friend, who's caucasian and super pale, uses the same shade and I'm tanner than her.
I know it says that it has moisterizer already in it, but people should really use their own moisturizer before applying on this BB cream. There's very little moisturizer in it. The coverage is light.
I don't understand when people say the fragrance is strong. It's fairly light and a nice smell to me.
I only use this BB cream when I go out, which isn't a lot. I have noticed that whenever I use BB cream, my dark marks seem to get lighter after some use.
I use concealer and setting powder after the BB cream and I'm set for the day.
Because I am fair with pink undertones I originally bought this bb cream in shade #13. It was too pale for me and made me look really washed out, though I did like the coverage it gave. I was surprised that it was too light because I usually do end up getting the lightest shade in whatever foundation I am using.
I gave it to my teenage daughter and it looked lovely on her. We have similar skin tone so I assumed my 48 year old face may now need a little more colour, therefore I tried the #21 shade. Love it! Buildable coverage, not too yellow, dewy look that my dry skin loves( I also noticed that #13 didn't seem to be as dewy) and no hint of a grey caste that some bb creams can have. I also love the price.
Highly recommend, well done Missha!

This Missha is the only brand that comes in a darker shade. I purchased #31. It matches perfectly with my winter skin colour. Not sure if it will be dark enough in the summer when I am tanned.
Love this product. I found it light and layered it 3 times to build up enough coverage to almost completely cover my acne scars. Concealer is still needed for the under eye circles. I use moisterizer, Hard Candy primer, Missha and light dusting of loose foundation power and I have perfection. A smooth, light, natural, even toned finish.
Allow any primer or moisterizer to set for a minute or two before using the Missha and if you are going to layer the BB, allow 10-20 seconds before the next layer. You only need small amounts for each layer.
Even at 42, I have moments of acne breakout. Its been a week so far and no skin issues.
