Makeup Forever's Full Coverage concealer is the best. This is OK, but it doesn't last forever, melts off by the end of the day, and doesn't cover too well. It's kind of greasy or something.
I just didn't think it was that great. OK at best, but nothing special and not worth the money. Didn't go on smooth.
Firstly, the only reason I wont be repurchasing this product is due to the colour range that retails here in Australia. I need aa, which we no longer get, as a is too dark on me. I'm quite surprised to see people describing this product as greasy. Apart from the colour range, the biggest downside for this concealer for me is that it was too dry on me. It does feel a little shiny to touch, but when applied, it did often create the look of dry patches if my skin wasnt primed properly. Under eyes, I liked this stuff. Whilst finishing my degree, this effectively created the illusion that I had actually slept. I also think it's a reasonable sized package and lasts for ages.
What a disaster of a product! First let me start off by saying that I have dry skin so I wasn't so concerned when alot of the reviews before mine said how greasy and shinny this concealer was but even for my very dry skin was it disgusting! This product is pure grease! No matter what kind of skin you have. Just look at the ingredients- the first few ingredients are polybutane and all kinds of oils. I even realized that the first few ingredients are the exact same like my philosophy lip gloss so what does that say! This concealer felt like I was rubbing thick lipgloss/vaseline all over. My skin felt dirty and clogged. It's so greasy that all it did was slick off too. No matter if I pat, dab, rubbed, used my finger or a brush- it all just slicked off. I even set it with powder and it slid off. Due to that- it did not cover a thing. I normally would just toss it but I was so annoyed that I drove 45 mins to sephora to return it out of principle! Oh and P.S- when one of the reviewers before me said that her face looked like a grease bomb exploded on her face- she couldn't have described it better because thats exactly what i looked like as well.
I bought this concealer when I had a *serious* skin issue on my face. I needed something really heavy duty and hygienic. I was very pleased with this concealer. It went on smooth, gave really good coverage and dried well. You can definitely build with it, but you will need to put foundation or blush over it if you use a lot because it is very bright and (of course) the more you use, the less it blends. So great coverage, but not so natural looking. I will definitely repurchase but I think the tube will last me years and years.
I'm ready to leave my perfectly working Clinique concealer to try something new. My eyes landed on this brand spankin' new concealer line from Stila. I got it from one of their promotion deals, where for $30 I got the concealer in shade C, a short concealer brush, 1oz illuminating tinted moisturizer, and 24ml. all over shimmer.
I'm glad cause the shade concealer that came with the package is the perfect shade for me and without the promotion, the concealer itself is $20. So I was getting a really good deal.
It covers blemishes really good though I wish it has some acne solutions to cover and yet heal. It's supposed to be able to cover dark circles underneath the eyes. I did try once when I had some dark area to be covered. It didn't cover completely though it did make it less noticeable. I lost the brush and I've been using my finger. It's working just fine.

I bought this concealer recently on a visit to Sephora. I picked the shade d 05 as it was summer and I had a tan. The price was okay, I think it was about 20 dollars and I expect it to last for some months. My problem-area is my dark circles under my eyes, and I've used Dior Hydrating concealer and wanted to try something different, hopefully better covering. The concealer from Stila comes in a small silver tube, 8 ml (0.27 fl). It is quite thick and creamy. The problem is that it doesn't blend well and looks cakey under my eyes.. I'm going back to Dior Hydrating concealer..
How do so many bad concealers keep making it onto the market?? When I first bought this stuff, I thought it was great. Lord knows why. It's quite thick and densely pigmented, so I think that tricked me into believing it would do an unbelievable job of concealing my problem spots (dark undereye circles, slight splotchy bits around my nose and chin, and the occasional blemish) but no. No! First of all... it's shiny. Why is it shiny?? Never before have I come across a "dewy" concealer but that seems to be what this one is. Second, that nice, thick, pigmented texture? Is impossible to blend. Impossible. I blend it with my fingers, it rubs away. I blend it with a sponge, it rubs away. I blend it with a brush, it rubs away in patches, and creates weird stripes in others. Pretty! Third, this creases like no other. My undereye area has never looked more hideous. I have pretty intense dark circles, and I actually looked better without makeup than I did wearing this stuff. That's saying something. Now... okay... not every concealer is meant to be used under the eyes, I get that... but used on other areas of the face, it just slides clean off. Maybe it's just due to my oily-ish skin, but whatever the reason, I thought this stuff was awful and it sent me running back to mac in a panic, with my tail between my legs. Sorry I concealer-whored around on you, mac.
I like this concealer compared to the other concealers I've tried (Benefit, Fresh, Laura Mercier, Prescriptives, Shiseido, Kevyn Aucion). My shade is C, and it's a fairly good match for my fair Asian skin. I've been using the product every day for the last month, mainly for under eyes, but occasionally for pimples or around the nose.
I haven't had problems with it being shiny like other reviewers mentioned, but noticed that a few hours later it does settle into my fine lines. I usually apply powder to my face with a powder brush after concealing.
I have yet to find a concealer that does not settle into my fine lines, look natural in office lighting and outdoors (oh had huge problems with that with Benefit), AND conceal! Until I find one that does all of that, Stila will be what I stick with.
