Just found this in the beauty store. Wasn't looking for it...but the color struck my eye. All the color seems to have been drained from my lips as I got older so I am always in the market for that natural lip color we have as children...no matter what form it takes, lipstick, lipgloss, lip pencil, stain, etc. Elf luscious liquid lipstick in strawberry mimics that natural flushed lip color lightly with a nice gloss. The gloss is just right and it's not sticky. It's everything you want in a natural looking non-sticky gloss..and particularly if you only have a dollar in your pocket. Loving this find.
I used to own Pink Lemonade, but I currently own strawberry and perfect pink and I love them! you get a nice wash of color so pretty much all of them are wearable, and they smell minty! The only con is that sometimes you have to keep twisting and twisting to get the product to come out. Other than that, I love these!
So not that long ago I went on an E.L.F. binge and bought a bunch of makeup from them. I can't help it, I'm obsessed! Among that bunch of makeup I bought four luscious liquid lipsticks. Why not, they're $1! I fell in love with each color online and put them into my cart without any hesitation.
I ended up buying: Pink Lemonade, Baby Lips, Strawberry, and Raspberry.
Pros:
They're pigmented and very pretty colors, even if they weren't what I thought they'd be.
I don't need to wear a lip gloss with them. They're so shiny. I love it.
Stays put and doesn't move.
Someone mentioned that it's a refreshing minty feeling when you put these on your lips and I definitely agree! I love the feeling.
The price! You absolutely cannot be these gorgeous colors for $1.
Cons:
My only qualm...almost none of the colors look like they do on the website. I was hoping that Strawberry was going to be a bit more of a melon color (I know, I know, it's strawberry, so it makes sense that it's red) but that's not what they sold to me online. Raspberry looked like it was going to be a lighter pink, and it turned out to be darker. I like the sponge tip application, but some times twisting it to get product out takes forever. Small price to pay for such a product like this though.
Sticky on my lips!
I do agree that Baby Lips is a very light color and is pretty sheer, but the rest of them are fine and very wearable. Overall, I would get these again and even try out new colors.

this is okay. it's not sticky or drying on the lips. my only problem is how it's not pigmented at all and it doesn't stay on for a long time. i would recommend this if you're okay with re-applying a lip product. i have two, perfect pink and baby lips. i have a love-hate relationship with these. i probably will buy again, but i honestly don't know. it's a dollar, so you don't lose anything trying it out.
beautiful color (i have baby lips) , easy to use, good taste. The package looks a bit cheap (like dollar store product...but it is really A dollar product, so I wouldn't complain too much). The biggest down side is that it is sticky! when it is applied, it is ok but gets tacky more and more. so although it is cheap and relatively good product (in relation to its price), I would not purchase again. I rather invest in a more expensive but non sticky product .... i guess im just more bothered by the stickiness than others..
I love this product and it is only $1! it is a bit sticky but really I can't complain. I use the Pink Lemonade and it gives you just the right amount of gloss and pigment I like! Why spend $30 dollars on a gloss when you can spend $1 and have the same effect!
I bought a whole bunch of these when I did my first ELF haul.. and I was excited at first and then they started breaking. I like the color selection and the texture and they weren't too pigmented but had a nice sheen that was great, especially for $1. However, the tops started popping off when I'd twist up the product. I really would like them if they didn't break so easily.
I really do enjoy the E.L.F Luscious Liquid Lipsticks. I have it in Pink Lemonade and I'm in love with the color. I expected it to be a lot more sheer, but it was actually highly pigmented. They don't last long, since it comes from a twist up applicator. I do like the pen like packaging though, and that it doesn't come with a ton, as I get bored with lip colors really easily and can experiment with different colors, for only $1 each. I will be looking for more, and will get my hands on some when I find them.

I was quite surprised how good these are for $1.
I would say these are more gloss than lipstick, though the applicator is not a brush like the gloss packaging, it is a hard plastic sponge. I found the pink lemonade color stays on a bit longer than some other cheap glosses, so I like that. You don't get much product but I find that is a bonus since you can try other colors often, and are replacing the applicator more often than using an old product for a long time. These do have scent and taste, but I like both.
