Great colour; very nice on pale skin in particular. A bit unexpected, but not a "gross" green; very much more of a bottlefly green, which I love. Go ahead and indulge! Just give it ample dry time; it is a bit slow.

Overall, I'm quite pleased with Suvi. The color is gorgeous, and reminds me of velvet. It applied smoothly, and needed two coats for opacity.

Suvi is a gorgeous green. I didn't think it would work with my skin tone but it's amazing. :-) 2 coats for opacity. One coat would have been fine but I am a two coat girl.

Meh. Looks good in the bottle but is very sheer when applying and takes FOREVER to dry. Once you can get it opaque and dry it looks nice - very shiny .
I bought this as part of a 3-bottle promo, I probably wouldn't buy it again.

This was the first Zoya polish I ever used. I wanted to see what all of the hype was about so I ordered 3 polishes during their promotion where I only paid for shipping and got the polishes for free. I was honestly a little disappointed at first. The polish seemed to spread around on my nail and almost "erase" itself in some spots if you went over it again. The second coat went on much nicer and the polish was completely opaque. The polish lasted my a very long time before it started chipping. This is the perfect Green Bay Packer green!

I'm in love with this one. It has the consistency that I adore - not sheer but not thick, a sort of stained veiled effect on the nail that has a dewy wet look b/c it never gets that thick plasticky look.
Must be a matter of personal taste b/c most reviewers seem to vote the thick creamy opaques over this style - but I love it. The colour itself is amazing and perfectly suits my cool skintone.

I just got this and I have to say the color is fine, after you add about 2-3 coats. I dont mind two, but anymore than that is not a plus.

A beautiful shimmery emerald green. Funnily enough, I've actually received more compliments on this shade than the usual reds and wines...but perhaps thats because your reds and wines are precisely that... usual! It has a very thin consistency so I have to apply 3 coats to get it as opaque as I like it. But this is a minor issue for me and I would repurchase.

Suvi is a great color and a great polish. It's always green--meaning, you won't get inside away from natural sunlight and have it look black. I love vampy shades, but if I'm wearing green (or blue, or purple, or...) I want it to look like that shade all of the time. It's a lovely, sophisticated emerald that's beautiful indoors and out. It does take 3 coats to achieve bottle color, but it's definitely worth the extra few minutes.

my only beef with this color is i feel it isnt intense enough. i would prefer a thicker base with more full coverage. i found Suvi to be a bit "watered down". i think there are more striking, intense forest green shimmers out there - Misa toxic seduction, china glaze gussied up green...

Suvi is part of Zoya's core line. It is a beautiful dark emerald green color- infused with shimmer. It is one of those unique colors that I like wearing when I want to wear dark nails yet not too dark, and with alot of interest to the color.
I would definetly buy this np again.
First off, the application was a breeze. The first coat was very thin and watery. I almost thought I feel into a bad batch. The application however was very smooth. The second coat came on, and the color began looking more and more green. A third coat isn't needed, as two gave an opaque finish, but adding one would look closer to the np color in the Zoya bottle.
I haven't tested how it will hold up (I applied it today) but I hear nothing but raves on Zoya nail polishes. It is also my first time venturing into green nails, and as my first color, I love it. It is so beautiful and vampy, yet not too vampy. We can still see that it's a green np is dim lighting.
All in all, I really like this color and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to try something different yet sophisticated.

This is my first forray into green nailpolish, traditionally I'm a red manicure girl but lately have branched out into deeper, darker colours.
Zoya Suvi is a brilliant, shimmering dark emerald green that almost reminds me of a Christmas Beetle. It is undeniable luxurious and the best thing is- it's dark without being a black-green. (i'm over those blackened colours that just look black).
The only reason I'm not giving Suvi a 5/5 rating is due to it's application. The first coat is a streaky, uneven mess. The second coat evens up well but it's the third coat that really does the colour justice. I find the formula 'sticks' to the nails quickly and I'm dipping my brush into the bottle more often. However I am willing to go through this application for the most amazing green nailpolish ever...

The dark green queen Suvi is a lovely shade of British racing green, with a little fine shimmer! A beautiful deep emerald green shade that doesn't look black or blue or teal in certain lights, just true green. Nice, the same color as classic dark green velvet fabrics!
Today I even had sunlight for the photos, wonderful! On the pictures above I've painted three coats of Suvi, with China Glaze Fast Forward as a top coat.
The first layer has almost as bad coverage as Zoya's Kotori (also from the Downtown collection), so I need at least three layers for this look (one lippie off for the sheerness). Too bad, I would have want it to be more covering from the very first layer, it's so boring to watch paint dry! Lucky thing is that the Zoyas are easy to apply in a thin and even layer.
Suvi is an amazing green color and I'd say it's a must for all green lovers. For some reason, Suvi didn't attract as much love from me as I'd expect it to, I don't just feel that tingling sensation when looking at my nails in this color. I'll either swap it or add some light green or perhaps silver pigment to it. continued >>

In my never ending quest to find a good Jasper Jade/Rainforest dupe I hunted one of these down. The color looks to pretty in the bottle but was a dirty brown with green shimmer on me. :( I tried layering it on top of OPI Alpine snow but it still took 2 coats to get a true green color.
The work just wasn't worth the payoff to me. So my search continues.

Fantastic deep emerald shimmer that takes about 3 coats to reach bottle color. I'm Chinese with warm tones, but the color seems to work on me. I appreciate the fact that the polish is on the darker side but not so much so that you can't tell it's green. Random bonus: the color sort of matches my boyfriend's Subaru. :D

This color looked so pretty on everyone's nails and is a gorgeous shade of green in the bottle. I'm warm toned and I didn't like how it looked on me. I let mine go in a swap. Definitely worth trying though!

I am absolutely in love with this color!! It is such a deep, rich, shimmery emerald green which is absolutely gorgeous! I agree with shriekingviolet that it isn't blackened, and I do see a blue-green cast in certain lighting. However, this is a pretty true deep emerald shade for the most part. I thought coverage was fine with three coats, but I definitely needed that third coat to get good color and opacity.
My last vehicle was this color, and now I can wear it on my nails. I am a freak for anything green and cannot believe I finally found the perfect deep green nail polish...must get backups...I can't stop staring at my nails with this color on...

Suvi is a dark emerald green that came out with Zoya's Fall '07 Downtown collection. I'm a huge fan of funky polish colors, so I was excited to try this. I love green polish, but as I'm fair skinned with pinky undertones, I have difficulties wearing some of the shades of green that I find and fall in love with in the bottle. Typically, if they're too warm and gold/yellow based, the color will look awkward on me, but if they have more blue in them or are somewhat dark they work. Lucky for me Suvi was one of the colors that worked. It's dark but not blackened, and on the bluer side of green without looking teal. It's got a nice amount of shimmer to it too without making an already unorthodox shade of polish look over the top. I think it'd work out on a nice array of skin tones. My only complaint with this polish is that it's a bit sheer, so I had to apply 3-4 coats to get the color I wanted. Still worth it though and I'll definitely repurchase!
