OMG LOVE! This chartreuse is surprisingly very wearable. It can actually be subtle! (surprise surprise) I am blonde haired and fair skinned and I love this color on me. I use it as an unexpected liner for the lower lash-line with the rest of the eye neutral. It is really a golden-hued chartreuse and the light picks up the gold shimmer. I highly recommend it!
Skin Type: Normal to dry, tans easily, rarely breaks out. Skintone: LLL (olive skin tone) Haircolor: Changes frequently Right now, dark cool brown with red and caramel highlights. Eye Color: Espresso brown.

This colored scared me when I saw it. I hardly had any luck with any chartreuse color. I would look bruised or close to death. Luckily, this one makes me look alive and healthy!
The color is definitely a shimmery yellow green. Not for the faint hearted since it is pretty vibrant with soft sparkles. It almost looks dayglo, like a trip back to Wham!‘s Wake Me Up Before You GoGo music video. Foiled this shadow is more neon lime green than yellow with multi colored sparks to offset its lime-ness.
Is this color scary, yes to a certain extent. Is it wearable? Most definitely. Instead of using gold to as a dot on the middle of the eyelid, use this color and watch brown eyes pop, green eyes go greener, and blue eyes turn dreamier. Pair it with a neutral color to tone down its vibrancy yet to add something different. The only people I think should avoid this color are the aliens, they have big enough eyes and the green might not show up since their skin color is similar to this color. May only turn out to be a highlighter for them.
