A soap free foaming cleanser for sensitive skin. The bottle is pretty big but if you follow the directions and use 2-3 pumps it will go fast. I find one pump is more than enough unless you have on heavy makeup. I was told this did not remove makeup so I bought it as a morning cleanser so all the heavier moisturizing from the night before would not be stripped away but I have found it removes my powder foundation and even dark smoky eye makeup just fine (but use 2 pumps). I have not tried it with heavy foundation. Overall it's a welcome part to my skin care routine. I find it is less harsh (not that my regular face wash is harsh) and my skin looks well rested, smaller pores, less redness, etc. Excellent for mature skin and no breakout so far and I've been using it 3 weeks now. I love the feel of the foam, smells nice too and rinses easily. I would buy it again. @#@@#@##@#@UPDATE#@#@#@# I do really like this product for washing my face in the morning (as said above) but even not using it everyday I can see the level drop fast with every pump. I would repurchase if I had to make a GWP amount, bought it on sale (I bought this on sale) or with other discounts but the price versus use is extremely unfair. Fresh should either give more product or lower the price. As much as I love Fresh and know they are OTT a bit in pricing this kinda pisses me off. It's a good product but a face wash should last you AT LEAST 6 weeks if you used it 2x a day and this would not. My Soy Face Wash lasts for a few months and costs less. This is really on of those products that is only good for very dry, very sensitive skin and I think sadly it will be discountinued because people will choose something else over it. It's great, but not THAT great for the value.
