Yep, this is your typical plain moisturising eye cream that yields no anti-aging/antioxidant effects whatsoever - at least not visibly.
its inefficacy reminds me so much of the stale, unproven L'Oreal creams - claims many things; does zilch.

I am not a fan of this eye cream. I gave it a good chance, because it takes time for these things to really work. However, I never saw a difference. It didn't feel that nourishing or moisturizing. Also it seemed to run out pretty quickly with the tube. Not impressed. I wouldn't buy a RoC product again.

Michelle Phan convinced me that Roc has really good products in one of her in-the-shop videos, so I gave this a try. I need a good eye cream cos during stressful times, my normally flawless under eye area gets ruined by really deep lines.
I must agree with the other reviews. Besides hydratation, I do not see much effect from this cream. Best solution for me is to just get enough sleep.

This is a nice product from 15 to 25y old,for dark circles,bags ,nice moisturizer but with no antiaging effects.
The product is in tub,the texture is light,runny,gets absorbed quickly ,while i tap the areea gently with my index finger,but sometimes i notices white residues .
The product it is non comedogen and especialy for people with sensitive eye .
The price is decent and the product is easy to find.
This is perfect like make up base,before ss and concelar.
This eye cream can be used starting with age 15
I took 2 lipies becouse of the white residues and becouse there is no spf..and no anti-aging effects.
I highly rec this prod for girls with dark circles,bags and senitive eyes..also day time or night time.

I have used this for a long time now. The small tube lasted for ages as I use quite little. There is nothing special about this cream. It moisturised well for me but it did nothing beyond that. I went through patches when my skin got very sensitive from Differin gel (no I didn't apply it to my undereye area!) and my skin stung when I used this cream.
The tube is also hard to squeeze when you get to the end. I thought the cream was finished. But when I cut up the tube to transfer the cream to a pot container (I love doing that:-) I discovered there was tons of cream still left!
I don't think the overall performance matched the price.I will also not repurchase because they test on animals.

I have dark circles under my eyes and am forever on the hunt for a product which can make them look even the tiniest bit better. This product said it was specifically for targeting dark circles and tired eyes so I thought I'd give it a go.
A month later, we have the verdict: Horrible. My goodness. Even using the tiniest amount it pills up like crazy. Don't even think about putting makeup over this as it will make you look like a rotting clown. It has made my undereye circles WORSE, something even the ridiculously overpriced and underachieving Skin Doctors Eyecircle couldn't do. It's so bad that it has even made my circles sink back into my eye sockets, making them a heck of a lot worse and making me look like a drug addict even more. And don't get me started on the horrible migration. It stings like mad and makes your eyes very, very red.
Unfortunately I'm unable to get my money back for this tube of hell so I don't know what I'm going to do with it. $NZ35 down the drain on another supposed "miracle" for under eye circles.

I have a ton of problems finding an eye cream which I don't react to - this is one of the very few that suits me and doesn't make me itch or my eyes water. Feels really nice on the skin and the tube is hygenic and lasts a long time. Will repurchase. **EDIT** - this has started to make my eyes really water... am gutted

I am huge fan of RoC skincare even though I suffer from Oily/Combination skin I find the Hydra+ line just right for my skin.
I hesitated at first when purchasing this as I have never spent a lot of money on an eye cream and was scared to buy anything too heavy for my oily skin but I really do think this cream is suitable for all skin types from oily to dry to sensitive.
I am so glad I bought this, I suffer from undereye circle and this has reduced them slightly, it also feels nice and light and sinks in quickly. I use this morning and night. It provides a good base for my make-up.
You get enough in a tube to last forever, I loved this so much I purchased a back-up which I just think I will never get around to using.
Would recomend this, it really does feel like a luxury product and has given me good results> continued >>
